Experiments without use default offer

Hello, In my app I sell subscription and consumable in-app purchase packages. In the app my default offer includes subscription packages. I’m fetching my in-app purchase packages with hardcoded offer id like “default_credit_offer” and I want to make experiments for default_credit_offer but I haven’t found the solution for that issue can you help me for that. Is revenue cat support this situation?

Where are the API keys?

Hello, where are the API keys? In the docs says it's under "project settings" but there's no tab or anything with API keys there. I created the project, and confirmed under the "project settings” > “collaborators" that I've the "Owner" role. I also verified my email. I also signed out and in again. Still nothing with API keys. Thanks.

Rough timeline for remote onboarding?

Hi, I’m considering reworking my onboarding. However, I might delay that if RC is going to release remotely configurable and AB-testable onboarding as a new feature in the near future. I understand that’s private info and even if you’re planning on it, the timing might be hard to predict. But can you give me any sort of rough estimate as to if/when you might do this? Also, if/when you do release this, will I be able to implement basic logic (e.g. if select these goals, show them this page, but if select those goals, show them that page). Any info you have on functionality would be much appreciated! Thanks, Toby

Paywall V2 Editor Not Working Across All Browsers

I've been trying to update the text in Paywall V2, but the editor doesn’t work in any of the browsers I’ve tested. I’ve tried Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Brave, and Arc — the issue persists across all of them. I'm unable to edit the text or styles at all. Even when I duplicate components, they appear on the paywall, but I still can't modify the styles or label text. Can someone help me with this? I need to update my paywall content.

REST API Postman - error The API key does not belong to the projec

I’m attempting to use Postman to get test data back to incorporate into my server. As a test, I ran this as a GET https://api.revenuecat.com/v2/projects/{project_id}/customers/{customer_id} Replacing {project_id} with my project id from general → project id And using a customer_id from the overview dashboard. Setting the header as show using the secret API key generated via API Keys → Secret Api Key → New However I receive this error: How can this be resolved. Thanks

PaywallV2 Components Are Not Updating as Expected

While using RevenueCat’s PaywallView (PaywallV2), I’ve noticed that some UI customizations do not reflect on the live preview or actual device. For example: Changes to a text component (e.g., color, content) don’t persist or appear on screen. Similar issues occur with other component edits — it’s as if certain elements are locked or cached Any insights would be appreciated!

Paywall features not updating

For some reason the old setup I had months ago still persists and nothing I do gets rid of it. I can’t see the latest version only of the features. For some reason, these ones update immediately: The main content Packages Call to action Footer links Close button However, the features do not update no matter what. This is what I’ve tried: Getting the latest flutter sdk, current version in pubspect.yaml is `^3.7.0` Getting the latest versions of purchases_flutter and purchases_ui_flutter Cleaning the build folder and running the app again Clearing the apps cache, storage and uninstalling the app. Publishing a release build to the internal test track and installing it on google play console. I’ve attached screenshots of the device and the preview in the dashboard for side by side comparisons. I don’t know what else to do and it’s been frustrating me for months. Minor nitpick: It is such a pain to scroll down on the Paywall editor to see the entire preview on the right.

Paywall UI cannot access system errors Flutter SDK + more

purchases_flutter: ^8.10.0purchases_ui_flutter: ^8.10.0 If a user is on Android is not logged into their Google account, the paywall shows “Error 2: There was a problem with the store”. This pop-up blocks interactions and the ok button does not work. Furthermore there is no way to customize this message for example to say “Please login to your Google account”. On top of this, the Paywall does not have a good cache invalidate method, its often updated in the Rev Cat UI, and no updates show up for hours on App? Additionally the Paywall edit screen is buggy, changing text inside the ReveneuCat dashboard is often not reflected in the preview, even days later.

Feature idea: revenue by latest supported iOS version

Whenever I need to upgrade the minimum iOS requirements of my app, I wonder: “how many subscribed users will I lose?”, and “how many users who purchased a lifetime license no longer receive updates?” It would be great if RevenueCat had a chart for that. One that looks at the maximum supported iOS version per user. For example, I may have two users, Alice on an iPhone 7 and Bob on an iPhone 8. Both are running iOS 15. When I bump the minimum version of my app to iOS 16, Alice can’t ugprade to iOS 16, so I’ll lose her, whereas Bob on his iPhone 8 still can, so the chart should not show him as a user I’d lose.

The Paywall Editor seems to have a bug right now where I can’t re-arrange elements by dragging the handle of the element on the left side. Is there any workaround to move things around?

How to add cancellation and auto-renewal info to Paywall UI

While preparing my app for publishing on Google Play, I noticed that the Play Console requires paywalls to clearly display information about subscription auto-renewal and how users can manage or cancel their subscription. However, I couldn’t find any fields in the RevenueCat Paywall UI editor to add this required information directly. I want to make sure my app is compliant and avoid potential rejection. Would adding this info in the “Footer Link” > Terms of Service URL be sufficient for Play Console reviewers?Or is there another recommended way to include this content in the paywall? Here is my paywall UI; Also, one small extra question: On my paywall, the monthly subscription option shows a "%37 off" label.Is this calculated automatically by RevenueCat? If so, is there a way to disable or hide that label?

[FEATURE REQUEST] Improve UX on sandbox/test vs real data in tools

One frustrating feature of RC is the bad user-experience with dev/prod projects and thus the dashboard.I think Clerk does this very well, allowing a single project with a dev/prod instance (picture 1). This makes things very easy to flip between the two, isolates sandbox data vs real data, and allows very clear separate API keys, management, etc. Example - Lets assume I have a very active project, post launch perhaps: If I wanted to test adding a new type of webhook for the firebase extension, without the risk of blowing up my firebase functions quota, I’d need to set up an entirely separate RC project, duplicate all the settings over (which is equally a painful process right now), update my local application with new API / public keys, just to test the addition of a single webhook event. I would *LOVE* to see a unified unified approach that really separated the environments, and the intent behind the data. I don’t believe the sandbox toggle is sufficient - here’s a RC example: The fir

Scheduled data export CSV columns

I have noticed from the 14th and 15th of May that our scheduled data export on version 5 has had some columns move. Specifically `first_seen_time` and `auto_resume_time` which used to be in that order and have now been reversed in the export from the 15th onward. Has anyone else experienced this or similar? it broke our importer so I just wanted to see if it’s unique or if others have had the same and/or experienced this with other columns or exports in the past so I can find the best strategy to deal with it in our data pipeline. Filter Customer by Last Seen App ID Containing is Broken

The filter for Last Seen App ID using either contains or does not contain seems to be broken. For example, I am trying to filter non-anonymous IDs using Last Seen App ID does not contain “$RCAnonymousID”. All customers are shown. Similarly, using contains returns no customers.

Adding links to text on the paywall editor is not working

URGENT Currently, when trying to add links to tex on the paywall editor, the link seems to disappear asa soon as as I click on a different element or anything. TLDR they’re not staying on the text and fail to deploy. The following screenshots are sequential in that actions that I take. Please fix the immediately as our apple build is being rejected because we’re not including the links.

Health Score Data

Hi! I tried the “Auto-populate your metrics” function in the Health Score page and I can’t find the data entered automatically on my dashboard. For exemple: the trial start that has been populated automatically is 3,714% and when I look at the trial conversion chart, I can’t find this figure. I tried different grouping and timeframe but impossible to get this figure. Can you help me understand how is it computed please ?Thanks in advance, Marion

Trial not being charged after they finished (Google Play)

I successfully managed to integrate RevenueCat into my app for subscriptions and now I’m concerned that maybe it was too easy and I forgot to do something!! I’ve been trying to find information about this and I cannot see that this is happening very often to others. My first trial subscription started 8 days ago now (free trial period is 7 days). Yesterday I waited for it to convert into my first subscription as I haven’t seen any cancellations and the end of the trial came and went with nothing. About 30 minutes after it was supposed to be converted, a new event came in of “SUBSCRIPTION_EXTENDED” - my understanding is that this is an internal RevenueCat event that happens if nothing else happens. When I check the Google Play console, it just says “Payment Pending” - “Order received. Google is the merchant of record for this transaction.”. Nothing else - it doesn’t appear that Google has tried to charge them or that they have done any fraud checks which would delay the transaction. I a

Unable to Delete Product – “There are transactions in the system using this product.”

Hi RevenueCat team, I’m trying to delete a product from our project, but I’m seeing the following error: “There are transactions in the system using this product.” The product ID in question is: com.predictwind.AnchorAlert.12months This product: Is not attached to any entitlement Is not included in any offering Was likely used for testing or was previously active but is no longer in use Since I don’t have any current references to this product, I’d like to either: Remove it completely from our dashboard, or Get a list of app_user_ids or transactions still tied to it so I can understand what’s preventing deletion. Can you assist with identifying what’s blocking deletion or help remove this product if it’s no longer active? Thanks in advance,

Google Playstore test subscriptions not displaying in RC Dashboard - Customers

I’ve setup a License Tester as myself to test the subscription system. Paywall is displaying and it goes through the motion and confirms the subscription has been successful, and checking my “Payments and subscriptions” in Playstore showed Active. This was not displaying in the above dashboard, I’ve cancelled it a few times just to test if a cancellation would appear, but nothing. I’ve also noticed some errors in the Cloud API for the Android Developer API, I can’t see the error exactly but I’ve provided a screen of what appears to be potentially causing the error. Any assistance in finding a resolution would be great - thank you!

Paywall V2 : No availbale offering

Hello, I wanted to try to create a Paywall V2 for one of my Offering (I have already a V1 configured) but on the Editor I can’t select any Offering in the Paywall component as you can see here : I have also tried to duplicate one of my offering, but anyway it doesn’t show up. Is it a bug or did I miss something ? Thank you

Can't Change Offering on Duplicated Paywall (A/B Test)

Hey,I want to A/B test two paywalls with different prices, but the Experiment only lets me change the Offering, not the paywall — it always uses the default one. I tried duplicating the paywall, but I can't assign a different one in the Experiment.Any way to A/B test both paywall and pricing properly? Thanks!

Not seeing real Appstore connect prices in Paywall editor

Hello, I am new to revenuecat, so I'm sorry in advance if this is a very basic question. The issue I am facing is this:1) when I am in the create paywall view and have selected a design, after selecting an offering.2) I do not understand how to get the prices that are defined in the AppStoreConnect to show up in the corresponding offering in the Paywall. I have successfully created Products with the Status being Ready to submit. The offerings and Entitlements are also created without any issue. The big issue is when I am in the paywall editor and use Variables to show the price, the price being shown in the design is NOT my Store Price. Is this expected? Will I see the dummy RC values for prices and NOT the real prices from AppStore in the Paywall editor?

Cancel subscription from RevenueCat Dashboard

Hi there! Is there a way to cancel subscriptions from the RevenueCat Dashboard? I tried navigating to Customers → Tap on a customer and under Entitlements, the three dots have only the “Refund” option. We removed a certain feature from our mobile app and we need to cancel the subscription for those who opted in for that feature. Regards, Florian Nistor
