Trial purchase and cancellations not reflecting

I tried purchasing a trial from the google playstore for my sandbox app. The trial purchase reflected in app history on revenuecat. It did not reflect in any of the dashboards on revenuecat. Then, I cancelled the trial, and it did not reflect in the customer history section for the same customer on revenuecat.

Missing Slovenian Localization Option for Paywall

Hi everyone, I'm in the process of setting up a Paywall and noticed that the Slovenian language (Slovene) is not available as a localization option. I do see other regional languages like Slovak, Croatian, and Italian, but unfortunately, Slovene seems to be missing from the list. Is there any way to request the addition of Slovenian as a supported language for Paywall localization? Or is there a workaround I can use in the meantime? Thanks in advance for any guidance! How to run a custom data export query?

Apologies if this is a basic question. I’m recording a custom subscriber attribute called 'charity’ against my customers, which stores the name of a charity they have chosen, to which I am going to donate 10% of the subscription revenue I get. So now, I’m trying to create a report of total revenue subscription in the past year, grouped by the charity, so I know how much to donate to who. I figured based on this forum question that I can achieve this using scheduled data exports. So, I have just finished setting up a scheduled data export integration to a Google Cloud bucket. I see in the documentation lots of examples of custom queries in Postgres, which looks ideal. But this is where I’m stuck. I assume these queries can be used to modify the data I get in the scheduled data export - but where do I enter the query SQL? eg I can’t see anywhere in the query integration settings where it says something like 'run this query’. I must be misunderstanding how this works.

Disappearing MRR since April 1st

Hello everyone, We've been experiencing a decline in MRR since 1st of April, despite a normal rate of cancellations. On 20th of March, we introduced an upsell option in our paywall, allowing users to upgrade their subscriptions. While we haven’t made any changes on the Stripe side, we’ve noticed that the price value in Product Change events is now appearing as $0. As a result, these upgraded subscriptions are not being counted toward our MRR and ARR. Any insights on why this might be happening would be greatly appreciated.

New paywall templates don't show valid products

When using the new paywall editor (not the v1 ones) and new templates, when I try to edit the product button I see an $rc_monthly and $rc_annual product but I only have an $rc_weekly and $rc_annual product set up, not a monthly one. These products are currently live and being sold via a v1 paywall so we’re fairly confident they are set up correctly. I am also unable to publish the paywall because no offering is selected, the offering drop-down is grayed out and says “no available offerings” in the sidebar under “General paywall properties”. Separately I’m wondering if there is a way to take a template which is designed for a single product, and add the product toggle (i.e weekly vs annual) there does not seem to be a button for this in the paywall editor.

Conversion charts segmented by Product ID

I’m trying to answer the question using RevenueCat charts and data. At what price point is optimal for install to paying conversion that results in higher LTV? We done some A/B price testing, but not across all prices, and also had different prices at different types. I can look at retention charts and segment by Product ID (which we use to distinguish between pricing). But I can’t segment any conversion charts by product ID. So I can’t tell when and at what price we saw higher install to paying conversion, to determine what is the optimal price for conversion and revenue. Maybe I'm looking at this the wrong way. Any help is appreciated!

Issue with RevenueCat Incorrectly Tracking Promo Code Redemptions as Real Purchases

I generated promo codes for a one-year annual subscription in my app and used them for promotion. However, RevenueCat tracked the revenue from these promo codes as real purchases, displayed it on the dashboard, and generated an invoice of $110, which is incorrect. Here’s some background: On December 24, I generated some in-app purchases and subscriptions, then configured and uploaded the In-App Purchase Key following the guide. However, after that, I created new subscriptions and in-app purchases for promotion, which RevenueCat mistakenly tracked as real revenue. Today, I generated a new In-App Purchase Key Configuration and uploaded it again. Please help me resolve this issue.

Paywallv2 Editor: How do I do tiered products?

I have 3 tiers of products, individual (monthly, annual), team (monthly, annual), and enterprise (monthly, annual) So I want my paywall to have a tabbar which allows viewing each tier of subscription and letting the user select the relevant package. This seems to have been possible with in paywallsv1, but I can’t figure out how to get the v2 editor to do the same thing. Is this currently possible via the editor?

General UI and Components improvements

Hi everyone! 👋 First of all, I really appreciate the work the RevenueCat team has put into the Paywall Editor—it’s a great tool with a lot of potential! However, after using it extensively, I’ve noticed a few areas where the UX/UI could be improved to make the experience even smoother. I wanted to share some thoughts and open the discussion for others who might have additional suggestions. 1. Editing & Usability Enhancements There’s no way to undo an action (neither Ctrl + Z nor a dedicated button). You can’t double-click a component to rename it. The Delete or Backspace keys don’t work to remove a component. There’s no option to hide/show components while editing. 2. UI Layout Improvements The language selection, dark/light mode toggle, and preview settings currently overlap the phone preview window, making it harder to work on designs. The same happens with the orientation and phone size options—they appear on top of the editing area. A possible fix: Placing these options above the

Loved the 2025 SOSA report - but a straight up figure for sub retention after the first month?

Hello RevenueCat staff! I’ve gone quickly over the 2025 SOSA report and it looks very good. But I was wondering if you could provide a simple “dollar retention after 1 month for monthly subscriptions” figure by Category.I see page 69 has one 6 months in, but I was wonderng the % of a second monthly payment after a first one. Thanks!

iPad Paywall Not Displaying Properly Until Device is Rotated #358

Is it possible to use presentPaywallIfNeeded with a footer paywall?

I’m using a footer paywall: struct Paywall: View { var body: some View { ScrollView { VStack { … } } .paywallFooter() }} However, by doing so, it seems that there is no way to use the “presentPaywallIfNeeded” method, and that I would have to re-implement the logic myself. Is this correct?

Can I create a "Horizontal Scrollable Component" in Paywall Beta Editor?

Can I create a horizontally moving component? Right now, it can only scroll up and down. Is it possible to add horizontally scrollable cards between these lists?

V1 paywall editor only accepts jpeg

I’ve been finalising my paywall and after too much time stewing over the hero image, finally tried to upload it. I followed the guide that the image should be below 5MB and 2:1 ratio for Siamese template. No image appeared. I then tried it in my app, just in case it was a Preview bug - still nothing, just solid black. Different bit depths and original image sizes made no difference - I wasn’t seeing any errors in the web editor. Finally tried exporting a jpeg and it’s accepted. Failing png Bigger failing png Working jpeg

Are promo code purchases displayed in dashboard?

My first app with subscriptions just went live! Are App Store purchases made with promo codes displayed in the RevenueCat dashboard? I see purchases for my new app, but I also sent out promo codes. When I click on the transaction details, it states that it is production environment and the takehome_percentage is 0.85. I do see a “offer_code” is null, but nothing else about if it is a promo code or not. If anyone could shed some light on the subject I would appreciate it.

Customer List is very slow to load and doesn't appear to reflect new customers or changes to state?

Hi Folks, I really want to love RevenueCat since it comes so highly recommended by so many people, but I'm having a few issues that are making that hard. The first is that the Customers List page (https://app.revenuecat.com/lists/) is very slow - a fresh load takes ~6 seconds before any information is shown. Looks like there are 2-3 requests that are queuing in the backend to me (me, subscriber_lists and manifest). These requests are taking nearly ~2s each.The `query` request can also be slow, around ~1s. Timing from Safari: And query: Note that I have less than 10 customers, I am a little worried about what might happen when I (hopefully) have hundreds. The second problem is that (unless I’m doing something wrong, which is very possible) even after I’ve waited for the list to load it doesn’t appear to accurately reflect the state of my subscribers. For instance, if I register a new customer via AnonymousID it doesn’t appear in any of the lists, I need to search specifically for that I

API v2 Get Customers Attributes

Hello RevCat team :) I have seen a couple of posts related to this issue on this forum but just wanted further clarification on the commitment to an action. If I am misinformed and there is a service for obtaining the desired data then feel free to inform me and close the article. The question is when calling the /v2/projects/{project_id}/customers endpoint. The documentation states the return responses provides: active_entitlements, experiment, attributes objects, of which are not actually returned. Two Workarounds: Obtaining a list of users and then polling their attributes one by one via the endpoint: /v2/projects/{project_id}/customers/{customer_id}/attributes. The issue is that we have hundreds of thousands of users daily and we would need to call this endpoint for every user. Another work around is to export the list of customers from Customers List table. The issue with that is it is manual and the exports tend to be very large, containing all user information. PaywallFontProvider doesn't work in iOS

PaywallFontProvider does not have any affect on iOS v2 paywalls. Where do I set product.relative_discount?

Hi I have 3 packages in a paywall. I wanted to add badges two of them and I am guessing I am supposed to use product.relative_discount for this. But in the app I can’t see the value. Badge appears empty. Do I need to set it somewhere? Cheers,Ulaş

Refunds: are they shown reliably on RC dashboards? Do they affect past months' revenue?

Hello again I was wondering what are people’s experiences of refunds on the RC dashboards.I haven’t catered for them in any particular way in my sub-based app. If I look at Charts>Refund Rate, All Time, Monthly, I can count 6 refund transactions in the 18 months of life of my app. Considering at least a couple were openly malicious from a user, I’d sign with blood for that to be the actual number… But I guess I can investigate further in App Store Connect and Google Play Dev Console! Secondarily, if a refund is requested in November for say a yearly sub that was bought in September, would this refund retroactively change the stats about September? Thanks!

In Testflight, Subscription recognized by AppStore, but not RevenueCat

I am using TestFlight, in production because I’m testing with production iCloud data. If I make a subscription purchase through the RevenueCat paywall, the App Store recognizes the purchase and does not allow me to make a second purchase, but in the app, RevenueCat does not recognize that I have Premium status and the RevenueCat Sandbox purchases still shows zero users.
