Question

How do I edit the 'Overview' dashboard so it shows data relevant to one-off purchases

I have an app that uses one-off lifetime purchases instead of subscriptions.

The overview dashboard seems to be set up with subscription data in mind. Is there any way I can make it show one-off purchases and other data related to that?

Hey @sara-b40e6f - the Overview is definitely built with subscriptions in mind, so this is great feedback to share to the team.

In the meantime, we do have some charts specifically for one-off purchases that should work well for you, the main one being the Non-subscription Purchases chart.

The Non-subscription Purchases chart measures the count of consumable, non-consumable, and lifetime purchases that occurred in a given period.

more context here

You can filter or segment it by things like product, country, install month, or store, so if you want to see how specific cohorts are contributing to your purchase volume, you can drill into that.

For revenue, the Revenue chart (here) includes all your one-off purchase revenue (it shows up as "New Revenue" for first-time purchases). You can filter this by your specific products to isolate just your lifetime purchases.

And if you want to see what percentage of your new customers are actually converting to purchasers, you can check the Initial Conversion chart (here).

Thanks for sharing this! Let me know if you have any questions.
