Paywall design, Offer Codes and App Review

I’m trying to design my first paywall and I may have made life a bit too complicated by also having Offer Codes for about a 50% discount on launch. What I can’t see how to do is customise paywall content if the user has an offer code. I’ve setup offers $7.99 for first year (vs $14.99 normal), or $0.99 per month for first 6 months (vs $1.99 normal) Am I obliged in some way to put those reduced figures on the paywall? Or am I overthinking this and I can just ignore the offer code discounts in my paywall pricing? I’m using the Siamese Content paywall template which generates (sample) content such as “Try 7 days for free, then $1.99 for your first month, and just $3.33/mo thereafter.” which I think is rendered from the Play store suggested Try ( sub_offer_duration )) for free, then ( sub_offer_price_2 }) for your first ( sub_offer_duration_2]), and just {{ price_per_period }} thereafter.

There are transactions in the system using this product.

I get this error when deleting my products. “There are transactions in the system using this product.” Currently the products are not in any entitlemnts or offerings. I saw in the community that I need to delete sandbox customers, but when I press the delete sandbox customers button, no sandbox customers are deleted.

Condensed Footer Bengal for iOS

Hey folks, how is it possible to set up the condensed footer for my iOS app? Im using the Bengal paywall and I can see in den preview settings that there is a possibility to set it up as fullscreen, footer and condensed footer. I can't get it to be the condensed footer version. Do I have to put this into my code? Thanks for any help. Best, George

Error While Saving Paywall Template - Localization Issues

English (United States), Catalan, and English (Canada) have errors. I’m facing an issue while saving changes to my paywall template in RevenueCat. An error message appears: "English (United States), Catalan, and English (Canada) have errors." I’ve tried the following steps: Clearing cache. Testing in incognito mode. The issue persists. Console log highlights this specific error: An invalid form control with name='localized_strings_by_tier.en_US.gRcPHXRzvt.tier_name' is not focusable.

Data Discrepancy Between My BQ Dashboard and RevenueCat Dashboard

I’m currently facing an issue where there’s a noticeable difference between the data displayed in my dashboard and the RevenueCat dashboard. Specifically, the metrics (e.g., revenue, subscriptions, subscriber) don’t seem to align, and I’m unsure what might be causing this discrepancy.I used the RevenueCat API to create my dashboard

Is It Possible to Segment Charts by App?

Hi everyone, I manage several white-label apps, and when I first set up RevenueCat, I bundled some apps into the same project—looking back, I realize that might not have been the best choice. Now I’m trying to dig into data like LTV, or conversion to paying users and others for individual apps, but it seems like I can only see this data at the project level . I can’t find a way to break it down by app, and I’m wondering if I’m missing something. A couple of questions: Is there a reason we can’t segment charts by app? Is there any workaround to this? Is there any way to move my apps into separate projects without losing historical data? I’d really appreciate any advice or insights from the community. Thanks so much for your help!

Revenuecat attribution info by keyword

Hey Guys! Anyone knows if its possible to see apple search ads attribution information by keyword? I can see information by campaign and ad group but don’t see it by keyword. Having this information by keyword is extremely important for us to optimize, so if it’s not possible, I need to find another attribution platform. Looking forward to have some thoughts and feedback

Paywall localization error

I’m trying to create a Paywall from the RevenueCat dashboard for an existing offering. For the Localization field, I keep getting the following error: Paywall content is required for at least one language. When I select other languages, for example, Japanese, I get the following error: Japanese has an error. Is anyone experiencing the same issue? I cannot create a paywall because of this error.

Missing ProductType even after auto importing products from the Apple App Store.

Hello, I am currently creating a test project and experimenting with app settings for Apple App Store and Google Play Store. I have succeeded in automatically fetching product configurations from the both of stores. However, on Apple, all products are being treated as Subscriptions. On GooglePlay, I can correctly retrieve both Subscriptions and Consumables, but on the Apple’s product information page, I can't find an option for Product Type. I suspect there might be some missing settings. I will attach screenshots of the Product Pages for both Apple and GooglePlay. Could you please tell me which items I should check? Thank you.

New Subscribers Chart

I am looking at two charts to find the correct number for New Subscribers on a monthly base. 1. “Subscription Retention” which shows me the New Susbcribers as a base for retention on a monthly base.2. “New Paid Subscriptions” with a monthly breakdown and total Sum The charts show me different numbers (10-20% difference)Does anybody know why?

Revenue growth rate chart?

Is there a way in RevenueCat to see my monthly or weekly revenue growth rate as a percentage? E.g. if I made $100 January, $110 in February, and $121 in March, I would expect to see the chart flat at 10% monthly growth. If not, do you think that would be useful? I’d love to see it.

Carriage Return in Feature Title in Paywall

Hi, I have a feature with the title ‘Share workouts with friends or trainees (Coming soon)’, but like to have the ‘(Coming soon)’ part on a new line (not a new feature). So like: Share workouts with friends or trainees (Coming soon) Is this possible? Is it possible to add a line feed or/and carriage return character in the title to accomplish this? Regards,Peter

Product Not Deleting

Although I removed a subscription that I deleted via App Store Connect from everywhere via revenucate, I get this error when trying to delete it from the products section: “ There are transactions in the system using this product. ” But I am 100% sure that the product I want to delete is nowhere to be found. Why is it not being deleted?

Segment by offering

I’d love to segment certain charts by offering to analyse conversion rates. Right now I can filter by offering, but it’s tedious when I want to see a side-by-side comparison. Initial conversion, conversion to paying, trial conversion are the charts I’d be most interested in.

How to delete product with transactions?

When I try and delete a product it says “There are transactions in the system using this product.” I’m not sure how to find and remove these transactions. I’m on the free Revenuecat tier at the moment. Do I need to upgrade?

No hard paywall in swiftui

I’m using the .presentPaywallIfNeeded(requiredEntitlementIdentifier: "Premium", presentationMode: .fullScreen) in SwiftUI. I like to use a hard paywall. yet I don’t see the option in anything else then React Native. Why isn’t this option available for SwiftUI

I would like to know how many users will likely churn in January 2025 based on their subscription status. How can I identify the number of users likely to churn in January by finding users who: Have auto-renewal disabled AND Have subscriptions expiring in January?

When an experiment ends, will Realized LTV values continue?

When you stop an experiment, do developing values like those for “Realized LTV” and “MRR” continue to update for those who entered the experiment or are they frozen at when the experiment stops running? I have an experiment running currently that I’d like to stop (to run others) but would prefer to continue to see how developing numbers like those for LTV and MRR evolve over time. Is there any way to restart an experiment that has been stopped or pause an experiment or turn the enrollment % down to 0%? Thanks, -O^O-

How can I completely delete a Customer or reset the entire Sandbox?

I want to reset my subscription test and delete a Sandbox Customer. However, even after clicking "Delete" from the Customer details page, the customer does not disappear from the list. When I click on it, an alert says, "No customer found with that App User ID, please note that it's an exact search." How can I completely delete a Customer or reset the entire Sandbox?

Track Cross-Grades with RC

I’m looking for a way to track the number of users that cross-grade from a higher priced plan to a cheaper plan we’re introducing to figure out potential cannibalization. Is that something that RC can help with / reports on? This question is related to but not exactly the same as

No hard paywall?

We use react native and want a hard paywall. The issue is a user does the onboarding flow > sees paywall > can swipe down or press “x” and it goes. Even if a user goes off the app then back on, the paywall won’t pop up again. Is revenuecat paywalls only worth doing for freemium business models? If so this should be highlighted upfront.

Trial end dates for all customers

In dashboard > customers > Active. Can we have column showing the expiry date for those currently with trials. Like we can with the overview > recent transactions. I’d like to see how long users have left before conversation. Seems strange that the data in recent transactions isn’t displayed in all customers table.

Paywall appears but the numbers don’t show on RevenueCat subscriptions

I’m trying to add payments on FlutterFlow but whenever I click a button it doesn’t show the information but instead a white wall that covers the site and nothing appears there. I have tried adding the payments and accepting the paid agreements of Apple and Google Play but the screen is still white. Can you help me solve this problem please? Any help is appreciated!
