One frustrating feature of RC is the bad user-experience with dev/prod projects and thus the dashboard.I think Clerk does this very well, allowing a single project with a dev/prod instance (picture 1). This makes things very easy to flip between the two, isolates sandbox data vs real data, and allows very clear separate API keys, management, etc. Example - Lets assume I have a very active project, post launch perhaps:If I wanted to test adding a new type of webhook for the firebase extension, without the risk of blowing up my firebase functions quota, I’d need to set up an entirely separate RC project, duplicate all the settings over (which is equally a painful process right now), update my local application with new API / public keys, just to test the addition of a single webhook event. I would *LOVE* to see a unified unified approach that really separated the environments, and the intent behind the data. I don’t believe the sandbox

Hello!Since a couple of days, the very useful bhttps://app.revenuecat.com/activity screen I could always use to see a few screens worth of transactions doesn’t work anymore?I can get it do display, but if I click on “older” to see the previous pages, the URL changes to what it should be (i.e. /activity+timestamp) but then it goes back to /overview?I’ve tried a couple of different browsers but no luck...

Hi, See attached screenshot. I’m pressing Save, but it won’t save. I see the red exclamation mark error, but what does it mean? Hi Folks,I really want to love RevenueCat since it comes so highly recommended by so many people, but I'm having a few issues that are making that hard. The first is that the Customers List page (https://app.revenuecat.com/lists/) is very slow - a fresh load takes ~6 seconds before any information is shown. Looks like there are 2-3 requests that are queuing in the backend to me (me, subscriber_lists and manifest).  These requests are taking nearly ~2s each.The `query` request can also be slow, around ~1s. Timing from Safari:

So we’ve been running an experiment for about a week now, and discovered a row called “other”. We’re guessing that it is counted as “other” when a user changes the product, say from Monthly subscription to Annual subscription in the device settings or app store. (*not* within the app or RevenueCat paywall) The question is, if our understanding is correct, how does this affect the actual offerings rows? For example, If a user changed from monthly subscription to annual subscription, then is monthly subscription counted -1 and annual subscription counted +1 in the Experiments report table? Or do the numbers not change once they’re counted? Thanks!

Is there a way to calculate LTV easily?Can you add an LTV parameter in the dashboard?

I'm not sure what to do with this point. When I look at the configuration of my apps, they all have Store Status OK with a green dot. I have set both the APIkey and the entitlementsID in the app and I know they are correct. Running on iOS. I'm testing with an app that I've had on the App Store for quite awhile so I'm sure it's in-app purchase is set up correctly. I've got the P8 key file from App Store Connect set up. I'm still getting this message when I try and run the MagicwWeather app to test. ERROR: 😿‼️ There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details. There's a problem with your configuration. But the interesting thing is in RevenueCat Dashboard, I can IMPORT my iNAPP products. RevenueCat can identify a new product created in my Play console, import it without any issues but can’t fetch ProductDetails! Is this normal? Again, have not published my app in Closed testing yet, waiting for review to finish. But since I’m a license tester on a physical phone, and RevenueCat can fetch the products themselves from the Dashboard, maybe there is something else I am missing?

We have custom subscribers attributes like persona and we would like to be able to segment and filter graph based on this. I don’t think it’s possible today, is it in a planned featured? It would really help to estimate LTV and revenue per persona.

We just created a Customer List Export. But after decompressing the file all time stamps and other numbers were converted into E+12 numbers. Unfortunately this help article (Viewing Customer Lists Exports | RevenueCat Community) does not help . It seems that the time stamps are already converted to E+12 before extracting the file.I am using Windows & Excel.How can this issue be solved?

I am wondering how do others handle cleaning up customers that are created when Google and Apple run their automated tests during a new app version’s approval process. They definitely skew the dashboard numbers in RevenueCat.My app is using a defined App User Id so I am thinking of exporting all customers and deleting all customers with an Anonymous App User ID (starting with “$RCAnonymousID:”).Thoughts? Any issues with deleting customers with an Anonymous App User ID?

Hi,I started my experiment on January 20. Both variants have successfully converted users from 3-day trials. However, after almost 3 weeks (on February 7), I didn’t see any results for the experiment. Instead of it, I see the message “Data for this experiment will be available in 24 hours”. Questions:How do I know if my experiment is running successfully and I’m not wasting my time by looking at placeholders for several weeks? Why does RevenueCat say that the data will be available in 24 hours if this is never true? I’m running my third experiment and data was available in 1-3 weeks. What are the minimum criteria for data to be available? E.g., at least three converted users / purchases? Are there any plans to show how the LTV is calculated for each variant? Any clarifications on my questions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have some users with email addresses and also some with keywords.When I create a custom customer list with the logic ‘Email is not null’ or ‘Keyword is not null’ the filter does not pick up all instances of keywords and returns nil for emails. Any tips or workarounds for this?Thanks so much

Hi there, I’m having trouble trying to match data from the scheduled csv exports to the data as displayed on revenueCat dashboard. Can someone please assist? I’m not sure where I’m going wrong with my querying. For instance, to count actives and actives lost for the month, I count the distinct user id grouped by start date, then for lost I group by unsubscribe_detected_at instead. However, my metrics do not match what is on the dashboard. I’m off by a few hundreds sometimes.

Hello All, How can i identify a user so that the user gets merged with another one? I Have a case in my app that the user made a purchase and for reasons that we already don't know yet, kept Anonymous. We already identified both users in RC and we would like to merge them so i want to identify RCAnonymousIDxxxxx (The one that has the Entitlement active) to 123456XYZ(his actual user). Doing that he will be able to be premium in our app. Didn't find anything in the Dashboard nor the REST API. How can i do this? Thanks!

Hi! I've encountered an issue where the dashboard displays an incorrect price. I setup a base plan and an offer with a discounted price with a 4 repeating periods . I subscribed to the offer then I disabled it, for the periods following the first periods the dashboard started showing the normal price(not discounted) but I was charged the actual discounted price on the play store. So the dashboard showed an erroneous price. Might be wrong, but I guess the system is looking at the current base plan and if an offer is active or not then displays the price? If so, is it an expected behavior?

The revenue amount reported by RevenueCat did not equal the amount I expect, so I want to update my mental model. What am I missing? I’ve set the price to 24.99 USD. The Mr. Google set the price across the globe accordingly. The list price in Germany is 28.99 EUR including 19% VAT. So the price shown to user is 28.99 EUR. The 5.51 is deducted as a VAT. Then there was a purchase.  List Price: OK Tax: 4.63… Weird, that it’s not 5.51 as stated about, but… Okay. Estimated Revenue: OK. Hi, stepped away from this particular app I’m working on and just got back to it again. I’m still having difficulties getting the new paywall to show in the app. I had posted a question sometime ago but didn't get to try the proffered suggestions earlier as I stepped away from the app.  when I try to duplicate or create a new offering, and attach the newly created paywall to it, it still displays with errors.how do I detach the current V1 paywall from the offerings?​@guilherme

I can report on monthly churn, but what I am not sure about is how to calculate how many of those monthly users have not really churned but moved to a a quarterly or annual subscription. Thank you!!!

My first app with subscriptions just went live!Are App Store purchases made with promo codes displayed in the RevenueCat dashboard?I see purchases for my new app, but I also sent out promo codes. When I click on the transaction details, it states that it is production environment and the takehome_percentage is 0.85.I do see a “offer_code” is null, but nothing else about if it is a promo code or not.If anyone could shed some light on the subject I would appreciate it.

Is there a way in revenue cat to see how long (days, weeks, months) an users are premium paid subscribers before they voluntarily churn? Ideally this would be a cohort chart. I see there is a cohort chart, but I am trying to see this in days. On average how many days before someone churns. Is there already a way to see that that I am missing?
