How are we meant to test introductory offers? The documentation & articles show options for configuring introductory offers that do not exist when creating a product on the Test Store.

Hi @chris-kasdn2137! Thank you for your feedback. Right now, the Test Store does not support Introductory Offers, although it is something we want to add in the future. For now, introductory offers can only be tested directly through the underlying app stores (e.g. App Store / Play Store).

If you have specific links to the documentation or articles that led you to expect this to work in the Test Store, could you share them with us? That will help us identify and address any confusing or misleading references.

What about redeeming a code? Can we test this with the Test Store?

I added a redeem code button using the Paywall Editor, but it is not displaying in app. (Other updates are displaying and I’ve waited a day, so it’s not an out-of-date issue)

What about redeeming a code? Can we test this with the Test Store?

Unfortunately, code redemptions are not supported by the Test Store either for now. We launched the first version of the Test Store with only some basic functionality that we do intend to improve in future releases.

I added a redeem code button using the Paywall Editor, but it is not displaying in app. (Other updates are displaying and I’ve waited a day, so it’s not an out-of-date issue)

Could you please share the following information?

  • What SDK and version of the SDK you’re having the issue with.
  • If you’re on a hybrid SDK, are you having the issue in iOS? Android? or both?
  • The link to the paywall you’re having issues with. That way we can see why it’s not being rendered for you.
