I would like to be able to test free trials using test store.I can’t see an option for that, is that planned?

We’re using Placements for multiple areas in our app, to call different offerings that accord with the placements.  And now we’re trying to run experiment for one of the placements, say “onboarding”. When setting the experiment up, I see “All other cases” section, which says :The selected offerings will be the ones delivered:For any placements other than the one(s) aboveFor any new placements added in the future when getting the 'current' offering without using placements Now I’m concerned if this experiment overrides the Targeting(Placements) I set up, other than onboarding.I want the experiment to only affect “onboarding” placements, not the other ones. But in the console it seems like I have to set variants to all other placements, too, and the experiment overrides all my placement settings. Could you please explain how this works? revenuecat website productionI updated image on my paywall and saved it, but for some reason i can’t see it updated on production?Other changes I made alongside updating the image, such as updating texts, are being updated just fine.

I created a paywall with a toggle. With the toggle is off, I have 2 offers:$rc_annual  $rc_monthlyWhen it’s on:annual_3d_free_trial $rc_monthlyannual_3d_free_trial is basically an annual offer, but I attached it an Apple Store offer identifier. My issue is that when I’m selecting $rc_annual, the Apple Store offer is applied to this subscription, while it is not linked to in the paywall configurator.Expected result: the offer identifier should be liked to the package I selected $rc_annual configuration annual_3d_free_trial configuration

When editing a paywall package, if I set a custom color for the package border, say #e17728, and then scroll down to the badge fill background color and also set it to #e17728, the package border color is reverted to the original value, in this case, #cccccc.Steps to reproduce:Open V2 Editor  Select package Set a custom Border: Border color (i.e #cccccc → #e17728) Set a custom Badge Fill: Background color (i.e #cccccc → #e17728) (Step 3’s color is reverted to the default.)Steps 3 & 4 can be reversed with the result being the former color is always reverted to the default value.

I'm having the following problem in the sandbox.I configured 3 products one time.When purchasing the 3 products for the first time, the revenue cat executes the payment perfectly and the orders appear in the dashboard.But if I try to buy the same product again, from another supplier, the purchase is automatically validated, as if the sandbox were reusing the IDs of the old purchases in the new purchases; no new payment is made.Is this common behavior in the sandbox?What is the solution for this?

When I try to adjust my experiment enrolment percentage (to say 50%, or any other value down from 100%), on mobile (Safari or Chrome), it says “Failed to update price experiment”. Been happening for a few months.

Hi, my app keeps getting rejected from the iOS App Store due to issues with my subscriptions feature. They need the following things: an account that doesn’t have a subscription active an account that does have a subscription active an account with an expired subscription i can obviously create the first two accounts by just going in the app and either subscribing or not, but how in the world do I simply take a customer (by email) and set their subscription through the RC dashboard? Why is this not straightforward? If anyone knows, the help would be greatly appreciated. also, if there are any other cases that you’ve seen Apple reject surrounding paywall features, I’d love to hear them so I can plan ahead better as Apple seems to reject as soon as they find one problem rather than giving a report of all problems they found.

Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with one-time products from the Play Store. I created a one-time product and activated the purchase option in the Play Store, but RevenueCat is unable to fetch it. It worked previously, so I believe this is related to recent policy changes.Even when I create the product in RevenueCat using the exact same ID as in the Play Store, it shows a 'Not Found' error. Is there any way to resolve this? Does RevenueCat currently not support selling one-time products from the Play Store?

Hi i try to setup my paywall but i keep getting wrierd numbers and can’t figure out what is wrong with this paywall. -.-” I selected my offer when i started my paywall at the top rigth: I clicked on the button that i wanna give my premium subscription to and selected Package and my mothly packaged that i defined before.

I have 3 products for my app in app store. One should not be presented on change plan option in customer center. I select 2 in revenuecat but still see 3 in my app after click on change plan. It used to work couple of days before. 

when i am adding a sale countdown timer then if i set the target date then i am getting error paywall validation failed. 

I’m wondering if there’s a setting I can change somewhere. I have a day pass set up as a prepaid subscription for my Android users. It seems to be working fine in the actual app and not renewing, but the RevCat dashboard counts it as a renewing subscription until it expires. This means that my MRR is shown as my actual MRR + (each active daypass’ cost * 30). This is pretty annoying as I do like to use the dashboard but this makes my totals very inaccurate.

You need to create a product with identifier: '[my_product]' in App Store Connect to use it for production purchases.I see that the product has no records, not even sandbox records.How can I delete this product?

Hey guys, how's it going?Recently, our team is working on exporting the csv from revenuecat everyday to our Google Clooud Storage. After that we ingest the data into databricks using Airbyte. The ingestion work with no problem, however, when we try to replicate the data from ReveuneCat he numbers don't match 100%. I'm following the documentation, and using the exact query, but it's not matching. using the AI from RevenueCat, I understood that one of the problems might be related to the date time (the exports uses start_time and revenuecat uses another time column), but I can't see that second column in the csv. Any thoughts on this?

Has RevenueCat recently removed support for the x-revenuecat-signature header in webhook requests? If so, is the API authorization header now the only supported method for webhook authentication and security? Also, I am not seeing any option in the RevenueCat dashboard to create or retrieve a webhook secret key—has this functionality been removed or relocated?

I try add links to “Terms” and “Privacy” Footer buttons on the paywall builder but they disappear immediately when I click on a different element and not being saved. The following screenshots are sequential in that actions that I take. Hence, Apple is rejecting builds since there are no original Terms and Privacy links but just default RevenueCat url “https://example.com”. 

Hi team,I'm seeing inconsistent behavior in the RevenueCat dashboard regarding customer attributes. For some users, attributes like email, userId, and others appear correctly, but for certain customers, these attributes don’t show up at all — even though they should have been set from the app.In the screenshots attached, one customer profile shows all attributes (email, userId, etc.) while another only shows the default metadata and does not display the attributes we expect. Both users went through similar app flows, and we’re using the same code path for setting attributes in the SDK.Questions: Why would some customer records show complete attributes and others show none? Are there any known reasons (e.g., aliasing, anonymous IDs, timing issues, sandbox behavior, or overwrites) that would prevent attributes from appearing in the dashboard? Hi, I’ve built several RC paywalls. They display correctly on iOS, but not Android. I think this started yesterday during the outage, but the problem persists today. Maybe a part of your system hasn’t refreshed? See attached screenshot. That’s what the paywalls look like on Android. The products are correctly configured in Google Play, the Store Status is Published. The paywall is pulling the correct price. It’s really just the paywall design that’s not rendering. This is happening for several of my paywalls, but here’s an example: New Default (offerId 3231). Name of app is Brightmind Meditation. I just migrated my in-app purchases on the Play Console to the new one-time purchase system, and payments on RevenueCat seem to work fine so far. However, after changing the price of the legacy-base purchase option (automatically created by Play upon migration) has no effect on the price shown in my RevenueCat Paywall. Clicking the purchase button does bring up the correct Google Play purchase popup and it shows the correct price, but the price in the Paywall remains unchanged.Also, there doesn’t seem to be a way to add the new one-time products in the revenuecat dashboard, which I thought would be the way to solve this problem. This is driving me crazy because there is a corrupted user in my sandbox environment and I can’t continue working without deleting it. But deleting it doesn’t work because it’s cached for a few hours. We REALLY need a way to be able to completely delete a user in sandbox environment along with clearing the cache.

I wanted to add a social proof carousel to my paywall, and the text inside the carousel didn’t show up! I tried changing the colour of the text didn’t work. There was an emoji in the text, which was visible just fine. Can you help me debug this? I tested on two real devices, and it didn’t work on either of them. I also tried a different style of the carousel, but still the same problem. 

Hello! I am using RevenueCat in my React Native app. I have recently started using the custom attribute and targeting features to dynamically show different offering options to subsets of users. I would like to periodically run a reconciliation between RevenueCat and my own backend to make sure that the attributes set on users in RevenueCat are correct, according to data stored in my database. I’m unsure of how I can export custom attribute values for all users in the RevenueCat ecosystem. Things I’ve considered:Scheduled data exports - this seems to be driven by transactions, so users who haven’t made a purchase wouldn’t be included, and if a user’s attributes have changed from the time they last made a purchase, this wouldn’t be reflected. Hello,Loving the product and learning new things about it daily! Recently I tried to implement the Paywall feature, and the design and SDK implementation went super smoothly.
