I am noticing a difference in key performance metrics when comparing the RevenueCat Web Dashboard (Overview) to the RC’s iOS app’s dashboard. Which one is correct?

You're not imagining it — this mismatch is common.

Quick checks that usually explain it:

- Same date range + timezone in both views?

- Same metric definition? (not all cards show identical calculations)

- Sandbox/test filters aligned?

- Could be a refresh lag between surfaces

For anything finance-critical, the web dashboard (app.revenuecat.com) is the more detailed reporting surface. If numbers still diverge after checking those, open a support ticket with screenshots + the exact metric and date window — they can verify your project-specific data path.

Our official iOS app currently sources data from our standard (v2) charts. In our web dashboard, we're rolling out access to Charts v3 Beta. This can be enabled/disabled using the toggle in the top-right corner of any chart view like so:

Note that the Overview Metrics in our web dashboard will be sourced from v2 or v3 depending on your most recent setting of the toggle.

These two versions of our charts use slightly different definitions, which are detailed here: https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/dashboard-and-metrics/charts/real-time-charts

If there’s any specific discrepancy you’d like us to investigate in detail, feel free to reach out to our support team via your RevenueCat dashboard. That way, you’ll be able to share specific screenshots from your project with us.
