My terms of service URL in the Paywall template I’m using is currently Apple’s https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Now I’m working on the Android app and I don’t know how I can specify in the Paywall template to use a different Terms of service in the Android app than the iOS app.Could I use Apple’s Terms of service URL in my Android app? Might look strange but if it’s valid I will use that for now

My view on App Store ConnectI am currently trying to implement Offer Codes in my application. I read here that in order for Offer Codes to work with RevenueCat, I would need to upload an In-App Purchase Key. I followed the steps to create and download an In-App Purchase Key, but when uploading it, RevenueCat needs an Issuer ID. The documentation here states that the Issuer ID can be found by going to Users and Access->Keys->App Store Connect API. I did that and requested to access the App Store Connect API (as instructed in the RC documentation) but after doing so, I still can’t see an Issuer ID (see image attached). Where can this be found? It seems that App Store Connect has maybe changed some things. Do I have to create an App Store Connect API as well as the In-App Purchase Key? If so, will this App Store Connect API Key only be used for RevenueCat? And, if I do need to create an App Store Connect API Key, what level of access should I give it (see image) ? We offer 3 subscriptions that are paid either monthly, quarterly, or annually. Suppose a user chooses to pay monthly and then 2 weeks into their subscription they decide they would rather switch to the annual plan. We want to ensure the first payment for their new annual subscription does not begin until the expires_at date for the initial monthly subscription arrives. What is the logic behind handling this? A high level overview of how to approach this helps. Any examples using the React Native package would also be greatly appreciated!

Hello,  I’m new to revenue cat so sorry if the question has already been asked.We had our first in app purchase with revenue cat and lately a new use case appeared for us to have different offerings for a group of in app productLet’s say I have 9 products which individually cost 8$ I want to have 3 offers Buy one for 8$Buy two for 10$Buy the whole 9 for 30$I’d think I could create two sku by product one which cost 8$ and the other 2$ and make a mix of them in each offerings in order to create each offer but that doesn’t feel really flexible in term of price and really elegant as a solution. So I was wondering if there is a better way to implement such a case ? Thanks a lot !

My app has a freemium model and requires users to create an account and log in to access the free features of the app. For the premium stuff, user has to buy a subscription.In Closed Testing, Google reviews the app and needs login credentials to access the app. I can create  login credentials for the free features, but how do I handle the premium features? Hi,I'm new to revenue cat and I'm not sure how to integrate 2 different subscription types with different plans (1M, 6M, 1Y). I have already integrated a Silver subscriptions type with the 3 plans using the current offerings. Right now I don't if possible if I can make another offering in revenue cat for the Gold plan and it can be called in the app. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,Does anyone know if it’s possible to get the promo code that was used to download an app, in the case that the code wasn’t actually used to start the subscription at that time? I.e. the user taps a promo code url, and they don’t have the app installed, so they are taken the App Store. The app prompts them to download the app, which they do. They are then prompted to redeem the code (and start a subscription), but they choose not to. Is it possible to get the code that was used? Ideally I’d like it to be available in RevenueCat, maybe as a user attribute.The use case is as follows: I have someone who will be promoting my app for me, giving potential users a promo code with a discount. In the case that the user starts a subscription with their code, the subscription can be attributed to them. It fails only in apple’s app review where the cursor spins indefinitely.On Sandbox it works perfectly fine.My app got rejected 5 times of which only once it worked in review amd the team was able to log in to my app after successful subscription.Looking for help from people who already solved this . Hi there. I would like to implement a system where a user watches a rewarded ad and gets premium access for a short period of time. Like watching 1 ad = 1 day watching 2 ads +3 days access and so on. Is there a simple way I can implement this? The user has a default anonymous id. It's not important to save this status if the app is deleted and the user ID changes. The app is only available in the Google Play Store and is built with Flutter.

I made and remade this service account credentials JSON multiple times and it still won’t work. I even created a new google cloud project and made a new service account there. Did the whole process outlined in the docs to create the service account with pub/sub admin etc and it fails to work.  I keep getting an error that the “credentials need attention”. It doesn’t seem to have any problem accessing my subscription products in the google play console. However, in each product it also says beside “Store Status” - “Could not check” and “Connection issue - Make sure the service account credentials JSON is configured properly.” Has anybody else had issue like this and managed to resolve them?  Thanks,  Jay

But we also want to keep the subscription status (isPremiumUser or not) of a user in our own database’s user records as well. I read through the documentation for RevenueCat webhooks and came across this excerpt.Webhooks are commonly used to keep a subscribers status in sync with RevenueCat across multiple systems. To simplify the logic of handling different webhook types, we recommend creating a polling system using the GET /subscribers REST API to sync the subscription status of the customer from RevenueCat to your database. My App was approved in the Apple’s App Store Connect. But the Subscription page on App Store connect for this app is having status “Pending Binary Approval” since long time. Due to this reason, my App is available in the App Store but without Subscriptions. Users could download the app, but the Subscription options are not appearing due to this issue. It will be great if someonce from the community or support team could help me on this issue. I made app updates and in the new version, there is no subscription. In Features - Subscription I made a new subscription and added that new product to RevenueCat. After I uploaded a new version of my app to the App Store but still got this error and no subscription in my released app.Do you have any idea how can solve this issue?Thank you!
