Is there a way to define a report (list) or a chart that shows the expected revenue in some time period? For example, I can get a report of all the current active customers with a positive auto renew intent, which are expected to renew next month. However I’d like to calculate also the expected revenue of those customers, based on the current status of auto-renew. Is that possible? Thanks
We currently have an AB test running, but the results seem confusing. The tests shows the following numbers: Variant A has an annual price of $49.99 and Variant B $59.99. From this, it seems more intuitive to me that Variant A is outperforming because the price of B is only 20% higher than A’s, but there are more than double the amount of active subscriptions in Variant A. Yet, the results section suggests:“Based on our most recent run of the model, at 1 years, there is a 67% chance that Variant B has a higher LTV.”Can you explain to me where this result comes from? Maybe there’s just a lack of additional data in the dashboard that would show the real reason, but with the data available, it seems very off for us. Thanks
Maybe I didn’t fully understand the purpose of packages in offerings. I would like to have one offering, with 1 package, which contains 2 different products. Both should have annual renewal, but are linked to different entitlements, since one gives full access, and one only reduced (read-only). How to do this? When I try to add a second product, the first one is replaced.Do I have to create 2 offerings? I cannot have another package with “Annual” identifier...
Hello,I have found out that attributes (like ip, adjustId) etc are shown with a delay in the user’s dashboard.I didn’t manage to understand how long this delay is or it needs a new app session to be updated. Is this true only for the dashboard or it influences the events send to integrations as well? Thank you.
In the backoffice, it’s nice to be able to look for customers for UserID and email, but as the official documetnation says that the UserID shouldn’t be something easy to guess because security reasons, being able to look for customers by display name would be handy.Right now, we have to look for the user name in our own database, find the email, and then look for the customer by email in your database. But you already have a displayName value for it. Make it searchable please.
Hi team RevenueCat. We’re facing an issue where RevenueCat provides no email attribute for any subscribers using Android (iOS works fine). Our app is built with Flutter. Are we missing something? With best regards,Romano
Hello,How can I report on % of users crossgrading? For context we have a product that has a monthly, quarterly and an annual subscription. I can report on monthly churn, but what I am not sure about is how to calculate how many of those monthly users have not really churned but moved to a a quarterly or annual subscription. Thank you!!!
Hi,I’m debugging an issue with my billing integration and want to look into customer data in RevenueCat. In my setup I have individual builds (and application ids) for development, staging and production and am currently testing a sandbox purchase for a non-consumable product on iOS.Now I’m trying to find a specific user, but the Customer List doesn’t show the user. I know that the user exists, since I can get it from the api and could find it by manually editing the https://app.revenuecat.com/customers/… url.The “Find Customer” search box also does not give me the user. How can I view all customers in the Customer List? Thanks,Thomas
I am trying to export a list of all customers with an promotional purchase however most (over half) of the users that are export do not have the app_user_id column set.I know for a fact that all these users have an app_user_id as this is used to grant their promotions. It also looks fine for the sample of most recently active users that display in the customer list on the website as they all display their app_user_id under the customers column.I have compared the list of most recently active from the website to what was exported and there are ids on the website that don’t appear in the export. Can anyone provide insight into why this columnmight not be populated for majority of my users on the customer list export? Any help is very much appreciated.
I'd like to track the number of new paying customers we get each month (to calculate CAC). I’ve found two ways to do this, but am seeing large discrepancies between the two. Can someone help me understand the discrepancy, and recommend the best way to get this number? Here is what I’ve been looking at:Active Subscriptions Movement chart - # of “New Actives” for a given month. Customers list - filtered down (e.g. for May, first purchase date >= 2022-05-01, first purchase date < 2022-06-01, total spent > $0) I’m seeing a discrepancy of 13% for May, and 50% for June (numbers are in the low hundreds). My first guess is data lag. This comment suggests that the Customer list can take 2 hours to refresh, but that wouldn’t explain the magnitude of the difference.is there something I’m missing in terms of the definitions for “active subscriptions” and “first purchase date”?From the “Active Subscriptions” chart info on hover:Active Subscriptions shows the number of unexpired, paid subsc
Hello! In the documentation, you mention that the cancellation webhook may be delayed up to 2 hours, but the rest of the webhooks typically deliver within 5-60 seconds.Let’s say that a user cancels a subscription, but then reenables it before the cancellation webhook gets sent. In that case, what types of webhooks would I get and in what order would they be in?e.g.would a cancel → resub result in a renewal → cancellation? Or does RC not send the Renewal, since as far is it knows the sub is still active?
Hello, I’m trying to see the number of renewals for our Yearly plan happening each month but can't find this in the Charts section. When I look at our Yearly renewal revenue in a given month and divide it by the Yearly renewals in that month from the Subscription Retention chart, I see a subscription price that is much higher what it should be. This suggests that there are Yearly renewals happening each month that are not contained within the Subscription Retention chart. My guess is these are upgrades from our monthly plan or other non-standard renewals? Is it possible to see the all Yearly renewals happening each month in RevenueCat? Thanks!
We have been prompting different user cohorts to subscribe. To judge the effectiveness of our targeting, we created a different UTM campaign ID for each cohort. All of the these subscriptions are via Stripe. Is there a way for us to breakout subscriptions based on weblink or UTM campaign ID?
It appears the "Trial cancellation date" filter also applies if a user has cancelled a subscription? For example we have the following filters to show users in the last X amount of days who have started and cancelled a trial. But going through the list there are 3 active subscribers and it looks like each of them... 1. Start a trial2. Let their trial convert into a subscription3. Cancel the subscription but it has not expired
Hi There, We are just starting on our RevenueCat journey, so far I have integrated RC with our App and the revenue is starting to roll in, so far so good. Our Business Model demands that we split the Revenue between different Content Creators depending on the location of our Users, this is easy for other countries, but gets pretty fine grained in our own country since we are splitting according to states (cantons in Switzerland). So I have added an attribute to our Users defining the Region they live in.Since we have a monthly payroll for our content creators, I need a chart that tells me which user has spent how much in say the month of July and where they are situated.I can create a customer list putting the most recent purchase between 7.1 and 7.31 but i only see the total amount spent and have no way of knowing how much the User has spent within this time frame. Is there a way to get this data in one table? Is this perhaps something I should use a 3rd party integration for? Also on a

As I said it was working just yesterday so I have no idea what could have changed.
