Hello,Is there a way for an administrator to manually assign an app user ID directly in the dashboard when it cannot be assigned in the app for subscription information? I would like to know if there is a way to assign the app user ID directly without going through the dashboard.Thank you.

Can we establish additional roles within an account specifically for integration with third-party applications? This role would be designed to restrict access exclusively to report-related features.

Hello and thanks for providing any insight. I am trying to setup a webhooks to my AWS dynamodb to store all events so I can keep them as a backup. I noticed that after resubscribing, multiple of the same webhook is being sent.  The only thing that changes is the transaction_id. So in this case, I keep getting the same type “RENEWAL” webhooks every 5 or so minutes.  Most recently I counted 7 webhooks including the last one which was type “CANCELLATION” before they stopped.  Is there anything I missed?  Is it because it is in a Sandbox environment that I get multiple renewal actions from Apple? All webhooks are getting the correct response code 200 and there is a green check mark next to them.

Hi,I’m trying to setup RevenueCat to handle my google play subscriptions, i have followed all the instructionss and everything is good,but i’m stuck on creating Play service credentials: I followed every step in this tutorial https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/creating-play-service-credentialsand also tried the Troubleshooting the credential validation section on this tutorial but the issue is still present. what can i do?

This is the error I am getting: W/[Purchases] - WARN(24005): There is a problem with your configuration in Play Store Developer Console. More info here: https://errors.rev.cat/configuring-products I am following the guide here:  Have not had the app published yet. But the interesting thing is in RevenueCat Dashboard, I can IMPORT my iNAPP products. RevenueCat can identify a new product created in my Play console, import it without any issues but can’t fetch ProductDetails! Is this normal? Again, have not published my app in Closed testing yet, waiting for review to finish. But since I’m a license tester on a physical phone, and RevenueCat can fetch the products themselves from the Dashboard, maybe there is something else I am missing?

Hi,I a trying to set up webhook in the dashboard, but I am getting ‘Invalid URL.’ error.My endpoint is « https://api.MYDOMAIN.studio ».It works when I try « https://MYDOMAIN.com ».« api. » subdomain and « .studio » domain seem to be the cause of the error.So my question is, is it normal behavior?Thanks.

Hi Everyone,I was monitoring the RC Dashboard and saw a user make a purchase. Everything appeared normal. Firebase UID was the app_user_id, and the firestore database user record was updated correctly.After about 5 minutes, I saw the app_user_id had changed to "Anna441994!", and a document had been created in the database under that uid.I have opened a support ticket for this, but wanted t see if anyone else had seen this and if this is a hack by some desperado.I’m concerned it may be the latter.I have attached screen grabs of the data i’m seeing.CheersMichaelC

Hi there!Is there a way to change the app icon in the RevenueCat dashboard? One of the products that I am a collaborator does show an app icon, but the other project does not (even though it is published to both iOS and Android stores).Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

None of the graphs show me this data. I want to see what percentage of our users who begin trials convert to paying users when their trials expire. Where can I find this information?

Is there any way to get the app store country of a user (not their IP-based country) in customer lists? Even in the exported CSV would be OK! I don’t see it anywhere right now.

Your documentation has the following paragraph:If you wanted to add a 'Lifetime Unlock' purchase option to your app, it is recommended to create a new non-consumable IAP, add the product to your offering, and add the product to your entitlement. This works well in many contexts, such as alongside other subscription packages, or just as a standalone package in your offering. We noticed that this scenario breaks when a user requests a refund for this IAP, as RevenueCat treats the Entitlement as unlocked forever.It would be great when there was an option in the dashboard to at least manually remove an Entitlement (maybe I have missed it?)

I’m tired of my charts looking like a line going straight across the top of the screen. It’s impossible to see days when there were lifts or drops in anything. The charts are useless…Here is your chart: Just make your charts like stock charts, or any other useful chart for that matter and don’t start the y axis at 0… Here is the same exact data put into a useful chart in excel.  I’ve been asking for this update for over a year, and it’s so simple and will make such a huge difference. I’ve tweeted it, I’ve submitted tickets, it’s like 3 lines of code guys… PLEASE update this. 

We have two apps in our App Store Connect.Both apps are in RevenueCat obviously with different bundle identifiersWe have set up an p8 api key in app store connect.When we import products only the subscriptions from one of our apps are imported in the list.I can’t see a way to make the api key specific to a particular appIs there anyway we can import the products from multiple apps? I was hoping that RevenueCat could be smart enough to filter the products from the correct bundleID

I find the trial conversion chart (and many others) very useful. I’m wondering if it’s possible to view the same chart cohorted by trial start month instead of first seen. First-seen is useful if I change the price at the start of a month.  I can see how that affects uptake. But it would be useful for me to see how many trials started in a specific month too.

Hello All, How can i identify a user so that the user gets merged with another one? I Have a case in my app that the user made a purchase and for reasons that we already don't know yet, kept Anonymous. We already identified both users in RC and we would like to merge them so i want to identify RCAnonymousIDxxxxx (The one that has the Entitlement active) to 123456XYZ(his actual user). Doing that he will be able to be premium in our app. Didn't find anything in the Dashboard nor the REST API. How can i do this? Thanks!

After tapping on purchase, I am getting this error. Currently, I am using TestFlight.ERROR:  The information associated with this PromotionalOffer is not valid. 

I was looking at the transaction overview dashboard in RevenueCat today and it listed a subscription purchase transaction at $69.99 USD, although, in Google Play Console that product sku is marked as being $24.99 USD (customer ID c89e4788/1a4ba4e5-37b3-4f44-bc27-3eed343e5c2f, transaction ID: GPA.3350-3906-4874-72666, product ID: bloomer2_25_mo:p1m). Could there be something wrong with my RevenueCat setup that is affecting the amount being reported?I’m not sure where in the Google Play Console I can view individual subscription transactions, so I haven’t been able to verify it there. But, if the subscription tier is set to $24.99, is there any reason the user would be charged a different amount?
