Is there a way to assign a $ value to a users who have a grant of entitlement?

Let’s say customers can pay for our product via the following methods:

  • D2C
    • Mobile apps - customer pays via Apple/Google, RC entitlement
    • Web app - customer pays via Stripe, RC entitlement
  • External Ecom Upsell
    • Customer adds our product as an upsell on a different platform — customer pays via other platform, RC entitlement

For the External Econ Upsell group, we would be able to see the grant of entitlement, cool, but is there a way to assign a dollar value to those customers so they can be seen in the charts?

Hi @Jared-SH,

Currently that capability is available on our Scale plan. Otherwise you’ll have to keep track of the revenue generated from the external econ upsell group. You might be able to make use of customer attributes by saving the revenue as an attribute. They won’t show up in charts but they will show up in webhook events, customer list exports, various integrations, and scheduled data exports, so you could analyze the data yourself in a different system.

Thanks, Sharif. Good to know.

Will chat with the team about the upgrade (the customer attributes won’t work for us in this case).
