I’m using paywall builder for subscription page. But “Product Name”
is not language sensitive. How can I solve this problem?

You may need to change the default locale in Xcode to test this in sandbox. Does that work to localize these strings?
Also, is your test user setup in the correct locale in App Store Connect?
