Does the New Customers represent the number of app downloads?  If so, is there a way to get a list of customers that download the app, but did not sign up?

Hi @tammy-jessie-e7e65b,

“New Customers” is similar to app downloads. Precisely it is the number of user IDs created in RevenueCat. Usually a new app download results in a new user ID, so they can be equal. However, the numbers can be affected depending on if you have a login system, anonymous users, etc.

One way to get a list of all user IDs is to create a customer list that includes all of your customers and export. This is usually done by adding a filter that matches every customer. For example, you can filter for first seen greater than some date in the distant past. Then export the list for a complete list of customers.

From there, you will need to filter for customers who download but do not sign up. I’m not sure how you can tell the difference. Is it by their user identifier, purchases, or something else? You will likely be able to find a pattern with the export I mentioned above but that pattern will depend on the specifics of your app.
