Customer details display

Hello,I can see active users on the front dashboard  during my sandbox testing. I filled up all the details. We are testing using SWIFTUI and iOS 15.1 on a physical device. However, when I look into details I am not able to see the details. Please elaborate on this.

Charts - Missing Intro / Promotional Conversion Chart

I think it’d would be nice to have a chart about intro price period conversion to the full price subscription, just like free trial conversion to paid subscription. Is there a way to get this data from the platform? Thanks.

Exporting data on a per transaction basis (by user ID, date, amount paid, etc.)

I’m trying to export transaction data on a per transaction basis, rather than per user. I’m using a Customer List to do this.For example, I’d like each row to be a transaction by date (user ID, purchase date, amount paid, product name, etc.), whereas the current export shows each row as a single customer.

Chart showing the number of renewed subscriptions

Is there any chart that shows the number of renewed subscriptions per month? I know that I can see the renewal revenue and the total number of active subscriptions, but I am trying to find a way to also find out about the number of renewals.Thanks!

Summary panel about purchase history of a customer?

Hi,Is there a way to see a sum up of the purchase history of a customer? Like how many renewal until now, when was the initial purchase, and details like that?I know there’s a list of the history, but then it’s hard to tell how many renewal until now, and when was the initial purchase that generated all those renewals and revenue, and so on. Thanks

Auto Renew Status in the new charts

Hi,I don't quite understand how to read the data in the new chart Subscription Retention. I can’t even compare Subscription Retention with Auto Renew Status (original charts) since the new chart comes with a ‘Product duration’ filter that can’t be removed. I tried several combinations of filters but the results I got were totally different from the old chart. Why can’t I use the new chart without that filter? Also what should I pick for a product that is a yearly subscription and has an introductory price for 6 months? I tried both filters for the Product duration and both results are different from the Auto Renew Status with a simple filter by the product. Thanks.

How can Active Subscriptions be calculated from Transactions data?

I am unable to replicate the Active Subscriptions number from the dashboard chart.From the transactions data obtained through the ETL exports, I have tried the SQL example found here, as well as variations of it, but the result always differs from what’s in the chart.What are the calculation details for Active Subscriptions?

How to switch apps from one collaborator to another

I added a collaborator (a team member) and he added a bunch of new apps that we would like to use.Unfortunately the newly added apps do not show up on our main admin account. Any way to have those apps show up on my main admin account?  What we tried: Tried to add collaborators from the other apps and it asked the collaborator to upgradeAny suggestions welcome!

How can I get the data from an experiment?

Hi,I recently ran an experiment to test a 3-day vs. a 7-day trial. I would like to see some numbers that are currently missing from the report (like trial conversion rate), so I’m wondering if there is any way to export the data from an experiment?Thanks in advance!

Searching a user by email on the web console does not work

Hello,We are currently testing RevenueCat.On iOS, we are setting the user email with:Purchases.shared.setEmail(email)It works as intended:[Purchases] - DEBUG: 😻 Subscriber attributes synced successfully for App User ID: ZDOuNi1VLxWfXSJtdrO6eMbYe3H2On the customer profile we can see that the email attribute has been set correctly:https://app.revenuecat.com/customers/...But searching the user by email on the web console does not work (we checked several times for typos).Searching by user id works as intended.Thank you for your help.

Fields in webhooks should be standardized

I would like to propose that the  is_trial_conversion field be added to all webhook calls. From what I see this is the only field that does not appear in every call. Having well known fields across all event types would save on server side logic to handle missing fields.  While I understand that it may seem irrelevant to have this data in a Cancellation for example, the same can be said about takehome_percentage, is_family_share, and several other fields - yet those do appear.

Webhook/Segment Integration: Proceeds Calculation includes Tax

Hi,Is there any way to define how RevenueCat reports developer proceeds for the Webhook/Segement integration to account for local taxes?Currently you can choose the ‘report proceeds’ option within the Segment Integration settings, but the calculation doesn’t reflect ‘Developer Proceeds’ as defined by Apple. The calculation by Apple removes local taxes from the ‘customer price’ prior to applying the take home percentage. (GROSS_REVENUE - TAX) * TAKEHOME_PC.For the Segment integration, the calculation for revenue seems to apply the `takehome_percentage` property to the `price` property (which is only actually shown in the web hook output and not shown on the Segment event)  – it doesn’t account for taxes at all. CUSTOMER_PRICE * TAKEHOME_PC.For the web hook, we’re only given the customer price converted to USD – no option for developer proceeds at all. I’m sure the local currency complicates it, but it would be good if we could get the price in local currency AFTER tax.Ideally we’d have:

Unable to process refunds for recent Android subscription purchases

Hi!In the last week or so, we've been unable to process refunds for recent Android subscription purchases.Example 1:—android user charged for yearly sub a few days ago, requesting refund.—when clicking into the charge line, there is no option to refund. i’ve never seen this with such a recent purchase.—shows user as ‘trial expired’ and is currently not subscribed… but was charged —when clicking on the purchase line, it shows a failure for webhooks… not sure if that has anything to do with not being able to see / process refund?Example 2:—yearly sub purchased 29 Nov 2021, but shows as 'Subscription expired on 2021-12-07'—seems timing logic for cancelling trials has overridden the yearly subscription logic If we refer users to Google Play help, they are referred back to us.Anyone have any thoughts or advice on this? Thanks!

Cohort Report - Above 100% Retention

In my “Cohort” report, when looking at the retention of our yearly subscribers, it shows retention rates above 100% (see attached screenshot). This seems like a good thing...I just need to know what it means.Is this extra people who are resubscribing who have subscribed previously (not a renewal)? Or does anyone know how to interpret that? Maybe I’m completely misinterpreting? Thank you in advance for the help!

What event does FTE(free trial end) triggers?

We’re getting a sudden influx of cancellation webhook calls after we introduce a new pricing model.It has 7-days free trial period and then monthly subscription.What events should be triggered given this user story:User starts a free trial Free trial ends after a week User chooses not to go on with the planI think events trigger like the following: `INITIAL_PURCHASE` → `CANCELLATION`. Is it correct? If FTE does not trigger `CANCELLATION` event, we can’t explain cancellation increase. Additional Question:Also in revenue cat charts, do active subscription contains trial users? Or active subscription chart and active trial chart are not related to each other?

“Active Subscribers” and “Total Revenue” on the Customers pagedo not match “Active Subscriptions” and “Revenue” on the Overview page, which are higher here.(App Store only.   New app.)Why?

Webhooks integration and http

Hi,I am integrating webhooks in out AWS backend application. I am wondering if webhooks can use HTTP? Seems that webhooks seem to work only with SSL certificate.Is there a best practices section for webhook implementation? I haven't found it and it could be a great resource for us. Thanks for any help.

Promo durations API doesn't match Dashboard UI

The list of promo durations in the rest API is slightly different from the website UI - but I think these should match!  I attached two screenshots to show the difference.

How to determine the date from 13 digit number timestamp from customer data

We exported all our customer data from the revenue cat customer tab. However under the sections first_seen_at, first_purchase, trial_start_at, etc it lists 13 digit numbers such as 1638562638000. How would we go about converting these timestamps into the date of the day?

Anyone else experiencing delays on Dashboard data?

Hello, We are experiencing delays on Dashboard data that we have not been having before. For example the “installs”-metric has been quite reqctive to small changes and seems quite real time. Now however it changes on steps of 10 installs and only like once in an hour.  We see from other analytics-solutions that there is constantly installs. Maybe the yesterdays Major outtake is still effecting the reporting?

Hey guys, In the main screen I see the revenue for the last 28 days. If a user make a refund will this money automatically excluded from the total revenue?

Inconsistency in conversion data within RevenueCat

Hello - I’m trying to track down an inconsistency and hopefully someone here can help. I’ve noticed in the past week that when I look at the Conversions data, it shows that all trial conversions are zero: there are trials started, but all are labeled as Pending, even though the trial period has ended. When I look at individual days and users, I can indeed see users that converted from trial to subscriptions, but the charts that are supposed to aggregate this data don’t seem to reflect the data that I see by looking at individual users. Any help is appreciated!
