I assume that you’re referring to RevenueCat Promotional Entitlements. This is a RevenueCat specific feature that doesn’t auto renew or affect the app stores’ billing. Due to this, Promotional Entitlements are not included in any of the charts.
If you wish to query a list of customers that have a RC Promotional, you can do so through the Customer List feature
