Customer details display

Hello,

I can see active users on the front dashboard  during my sandbox testing. I filled up all the details. We are testing using SWIFTUI and iOS 15.1 on a physical device.

 

However, when I look into details I am not able to see the details. 

Please elaborate on this.

The Customer List cache updates about once every hour, we’re actually investigating improvements for this. Due to this cache and the rapidly changing states of sandbox events, they will actually not show up in the ‘Active’ default list since the sandbox subscription expires so quickly. To take a look at sandbox customers, you should use the ‘Sandbox’ default list.
