Hey guys, I’ve got a question regarding Mixpanel integration. We’ve confirmed that we’re getting rc_initial_purchase event in our Mixpanel dashboard when a new subscription is added. And now we’re trying to show users different Offerings(& paywalls) using the Placement feature, but can’t find in the documentation if we can get the Placement key(e.g., “onboarding”, “settings”) as a property of the event.Getting this value through our Mixpanel event is crucial for locating where in the app the subscription has occurred. Has anyone tried this before?Thanks. :)

I would like to be able to test free trials using test store.I can’t see an option for that, is that planned?

I don’t see a way to define a free trial in the test store. I would like to verify that my paywall is working correctly and showing the right messages. What is the best way to test this?

We’re using Placements for multiple areas in our app, to call different offerings that accord with the placements.  And now we’re trying to run experiment for one of the placements, say “onboarding”. When setting the experiment up, I see “All other cases” section, which says :The selected offerings will be the ones delivered:For any placements other than the one(s) aboveFor any new placements added in the future when getting the 'current' offering without using placements Now I’m concerned if this experiment overrides the Targeting(Placements) I set up, other than onboarding.I want the experiment to only affect “onboarding” placements, not the other ones. But in the console it seems like I have to set variants to all other placements, too, and the experiment overrides all my placement settings. Could you please explain how this works? I’ve done everything I found online, I made sure all configurations are configured properly, checked app store connect etc. I even signed all the agreements on app store connect (saw this on another post). Still getting Package Not Available.

revenuecat website productionI updated image on my paywall and saved it, but for some reason i can’t see it updated on production?Other changes I made alongside updating the image, such as updating texts, are being updated just fine.

We discover that on iOS 18.6.2 the paywall countdown always display “Time is up!”, while everything works perfectly on iOS 26. No issue on Android either.We tested it with the same version of our app with the last RevenueCat SDKEDIT : it appears it doesn’t work on iOS 17.7 either

I created a paywall with a toggle. With the toggle is off, I have 2 offers:$rc_annual  $rc_monthlyWhen it’s on:annual_3d_free_trial $rc_monthlyannual_3d_free_trial is basically an annual offer, but I attached it an Apple Store offer identifier. My issue is that when I’m selecting $rc_annual, the Apple Store offer is applied to this subscription, while it is not linked to in the paywall configurator.Expected result: the offer identifier should be liked to the package I selected $rc_annual configuration annual_3d_free_trial configuration

I’m currently implementing the RevenueCat Web SDK in a React application, and I’m encountering an issue during the configuration step. I would like to setup the webhook but keep it off.  It looks like the only option is binary: it exists and is turned on, OR, delete it.Any way to have it exist, but it’s off?

I have tried looking at all the prior topics about how to trigger a TRANSFER event after an anoymous user purchase followed by a user logging in with a custom ID.  Based on my understanding of the docs, this scenario should apply but it appears it doesn’t apply.  There’s been a lot of requests on this topic: has revenuecat made any updates to make this webhook possible, which maybe I missed?I want to trigger a “welcome” email from the webhook since RevenueCat is the source of truth.  I am surprised how challenging it is to solve.I tried the recommendation of `syncPurchases` after login, but did not work and also results in: ERROR  [RevenueCat] 😿‼️ Error when syncing subscriber attributes. Details: The operation couldn’t be completed.

Based on the docs of a web billing paywall + custom success page, it looks like the app_user_id URL param is automatically appended. However, I am not seeing this when testing...the sandbox URL maybe does not know the different of environments, so the ID does not get passed back to complete the test? Is this an issue because I am using a custom paywall also? I am now nervous to launch my renewal subscription to 2k users.  I tested on production too, with the same outcome.  How can I get the app_user_id?

We’re trying to set up Google Play service credentials for our Android app, strictly following the steps in this guide:https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/service-credentials/creating-play-service-credentialsHowever, we are running into issues (see attached screenshot). We’re unsure whether this is caused by missing console permissions, a setup sequence issue, or something else in the Play Console UI (which looks different from the screenshots in the documentation).We need urgent help to resolve this so we can move forward with in-app purchases.Thank you!  

When editing a paywall package, if I set a custom color for the package border, say #e17728, and then scroll down to the badge fill background color and also set it to #e17728, the package border color is reverted to the original value, in this case, #cccccc.Steps to reproduce:Open V2 Editor  Select package Set a custom Border: Border color (i.e #cccccc → #e17728) Set a custom Badge Fill: Background color (i.e #cccccc → #e17728) (Step 3’s color is reverted to the default.)Steps 3 & 4 can be reversed with the result being the former color is always reverted to the default value.

Hello RevenueCat Support Team,We are experiencing an issue with the getOfferings() function in our expo app.Details: In our RevenueCat dashboard, we have created two packages within the same Offering: 3-month package (subscription) Lifetime package (non-consumable) Both products are properly registered and published in the App Store and Google Play, and we have confirmed their status in RevenueCat. Both packages are included in the Offering in RevenueCat. However, when we call getOfferings() in the app on both iOS and Android, only the 3-month package is returned. Hi! I’m using Paywall Builder to design my app’s paywall and recently added a video component for the first time. When I open the paywall in the app, the video starts playing, but after a few seconds the entire video area goes dark.If I close and re-open the paywall, the video then plays normally in a loop with no issues.Has anyone experienced this before, or know what might be causing the video to go dark on the first load? Hello, this is all about Android, iOS works fine.The title sums it all basically. Little code environment context - I do launch a new activity upon purchase under singleTop launchmode. So it’s separated from my singleTask Main Activity.Now the issue. When user gets a bank redirect to verify payment, it all goes well, everything works, they confirm. But once they go back via the hardware button, the purchase gets cancelled. If they background the bank verification and bring my app forward, it all works as expected. What should about it? Google Play has recently dropped their price templates in favor of defining offers on their one-time products.  The offers define a discount, etc, very much like offers on subscriptions. I know how to obtain and use offers on subscriptions via the product.subscriptionOptions.  I do not see any method for obtaining these product offers.  Are they currently supported? If they are not supported, keep in mind that these are now the only semi-manageable method for offering different prices in Google Play.  Now that they have removed price templates, the busywork of defining products for each price point is simply unmanageable.
