Hi, I want to use my own UserIDs that I have migrated from MYSQL Server via API. offerings are null

Hello;I have implemented nine android apps without a problem but I had a problem on my tenth one. I believe I followed the same steps. I have read the article; but everything is correct according to it. I am testing on emulator. My closed test relase is approved about an hour ago. But I haven’t created a new app, I have updated an existing one. In my previous implemetations I even tested transactions when the closed track wasn’t approved. How to detect the same user in different iPhones?

I have a server with a database for users and I can control accessing to my services by a login process.I want to grant premium access to users only for one device.If he/she wants to install my app on other devices how can I identify user and disable previous device?Is there any unique user id that refers to users?

Automatic Renewal event after App-Reinstall has only anonymous app user id

Hi, really loving RevenueCat!I have the following situation:Android App I initialize Purchases SDK in the AndroidApplication class with an anonymous User ID User logs in → I log in the user into the purchases SDK → User has an anonymous ID + my domain user IDThe problem happens, when the following happens:The user purchases a subscription with automatic renewal The user uninstalls the app and then installs it again The next time the webhook calls my backend for the renewal, it will contain ONLY an previously unknown anonymous ID and no way for me to match it to the userThe main problem stems from this I believe:Current App User ID Provided App User ID already exists? Apple rejection

Hello;I have recently uploaded my app to Apple store but was rejected. The message is;“Specifically, on our iPad Air, the "Abonelik Satin Al" tab launched to an error message.”But this is my second app including inapp purchase and first one was approved without a problem. Also the rejected app was successful when I tested it on a real device with my sandbox account prior to the submission. They also sent these photos; What should I do?

Is it possible to move a product to another entitlement?

Hi,I’m trying to clean up unnecessary entitlements on our RevenueCat account because it wasn’t setup correctly when it was done initially and was wondering if it’s possible to move a product to another entitlement and delete the incorrect entitlement without affecting the end user?So the situation is the following:There’s 2 entitlements (A and B), both unlock the same functionalities in the app. Most of our different product price subscriptions were added to entitlement A. There are 2 product subscriptions added to entitlement B and it was supposed to be just a product price test, so it’s still just unlocking the same functionalities as entitlement A, but entitlement B was created as a mistake that we didn’t realize at the time. I want to move the 2 subscriptions in entitlement B to entitlement A and then delete entitlement B. The app doesn’t explicitly check for entitlement A or B currently when it unlocks the functionalities in the app. Based on that info, would moving the product s

4 packages under one entitlement?

So we are facing a weird edge case in the app.Two months ago I created an entitlement "monthlysub" and assigned two products "monthlysub" from apple and "monthysub" from google play store (I know the naming convention is not ideal).So a user purchased the subscription "monthlysub" and cancelled it later on.Now we decided to create a new product for specific users with 30 days trial. We decided to name the new product "amplimontlysub" on both apple and google platforms.Next, I decided to add these products under the already exiting "monthlysub" entitlement. So now " monthlysub" entitlement has a total of four products.”Now when an old user who purchased two months ago but cancelled it decide to subscribe to "amplimontlysub" product and the transactions from the apple side go thru, the transaction is done I see a pop from apple "you are all set" then I get an error from revenuecat that "there is already another active subscriber using the same receipt".How do I handle this? we want to

Error with Product Identifiers - iOS

My app works with the subscription and RevenueCat. However I get an error with the following:2021-11-03 07:29:01.912 seed2021[68531:4997387] [Purchases] - WARN: 🍎‼️ Invalid Product Identifiers - ( 801, 901) Initially when I had configured RevenueCat, I had two additional products added for iOS for the inApp purchase, and the products added to RevenueCat. Over time I decided to remove these (801,901) from iOS and also from RevenueCat. However, I get this warning that appears RevnueCat still has these cached somewhere and I don’t know how to remove these to get rid of the error.

Does Android have subscription groups?

For IOS, we can create a subscription group with multiple products. For example, say we have a group with two products: Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly. The subscription group makes sure that the user can only have one at a time. Changing from one to another is a crossgrade.How is this supposed to be done with Android? I couldn’t find anything in the Google play console for subscription groups.Is it a correct assumption that if the user purchased Premium Monthly product, they cannot switch to Premium Yearly product in Android account since there is no such thing as subscription groups? They can only cancel their product?And does this mean that we would have to create a screen in our Android app to handle the situation if the user wanted to change from monthly to yearly? My app is react native. Is the functionality to do this in the react native purchases library or should I be using the RevenueCat’s API?

Understanding basics

I will really appreciate what needs doing under following circumstances:Scenario 1: I setup purchases with a userID I get from Firebase Auth after login in using firebase. Let’s say it is ‘UFID’. I am logged in with my app using ‘UFID’. My appstore ID is ‘ApsID’. I do my in app purchase on my iPhone and everything is hunky dory!** Now I lost my iPhone **Question1: Is my purchase attached to my ‘UFID’ or my ‘ApsID’? - For example can I login in my app on another iPhone with my UFID and restore purchases if 1 - the ApsID is different? 2 - the ApsID is the same? Question 2: Can same subscription run on Android & iPhone without any separate backend or the person needs to buy separate subscriptions for each platform?Thanks

Hey guys, My question might be dumb, but I would like to add my main account (personal address email) as a free forever entitlement, how can I do that ? Yes I could pay a subscription directly, but I would not recover all the money since the App Store/Play Store will take 15-30% for every transaction.

Non-consumable IAP unlock failing ONLY during App Review

My Mac app is a free download and offers a non-consumable IAP to purchase the full app (using RevenueCat of course). About a third of the time when submitting my app to App Review, the reviewer is unable to complete the purchase: they go through the correct purchase flow but ultimately the IAP never becomes unlocked in their testing sandbox, so the update is rejected.I’ve never experienced this myself in my testing and in production on the App Store, this has never been a problem. However dealing with these rejections are a bit of a nightmare because it’s not clear what the problem is with the reviewer’s sandbox environment, and what I can do on my end to assist.Has anyone else faced a similar issue?

Promo codes in android , implementation and validation

I have created around 5 promo codes for my in app product which is a one time purchase on Google Play console, and I want to redeem it through my app but I am not able to do that, as my app does not provide more options by which I can redeem it through, like the purchase dialogue comes to the screen and it only allows me to select the test card option for the purchases( as of now my app is in development stage), so my questions are :Is I have to create/ put some more code in my app to able to use promo code. Best way to confirm the payments?

Hi there, I have a question regarding the payment confirmation. I followed the QuickStart for flutter and I have implemented the IAP. I have 3 lifetime products to purchase coins and I have to verify with RevenueCat if my purchase was legit. What would be the best method? I am following the docs and implement the following logic:if (rcPurchaseSuccess) { RestAPI.addCoins();} I’m afraid if a malicious actor calls RestAPI.addCoins(); without any purchases or if something goes wrong with the app connection to my server. Webhooks document shows `id` but return `app_id` in fact

What's the proper way to disable existing Subscriptions?

Hi, We run an A/B/C pricing experiment test during the last four months in which we created 6 different subscription options mixing 3 prices and 2 durations.We now have the results and want to reduce all the subscriptions options to the winner. It seems that what I have to do is to remove the subscription availability from the App Store BUT:- If I remove the subscriptions for selling, all the users will not automatically renew at the end of the period => We'll lose existing subscribers revenue. - If I do not remove the sub availability, anyone can buy the new subscription and change to the old one via App Store Settings. Is there any solution to leave existing subscribers forever in their current subscription AND do not let anyone new buy the old subscriptions?

Can I direct users from Apple and Android Stores to subscribe in Web/Stripe?

I understood that in the past you can't direct customers to your website in order to get them subscribe, using Stripe for example, instead of having them use the Apple and Android Store and their astronomically high fees.But resent lawsuits let me to believe that in certain cases is alright to direct App clients to Stripe to get their subscription.In what cases is it alright to direct clients to Stripe? How will we manage that change in RevenueCat, do they have to cancel their subscription in the IOs App store and them create a new one in Stripe? In Android I understand that we can send a cancel request to Android on behalf the user and then proceed to create the Stripe subscription?Thanks
