the subscription time is messed up too

what I tried:

  1. grant entitlement manually;
  2. give the user promo code;
  3. ask him to switch back to original country;
  4. delete the user from db and give him promo code.

none worked.

have to ask for the refund.

This is unfortunately something that we have seen before, what I recommend doing would be to grant them a promotional entitlement for now.

Side note: This could be happening on the respective stores side and could be a case of the receipt being weird or updated at a later time.
