Is it save to show the App User ID to the user?

Is it save to show the App User ID to the users in the app or does that hold any potential for abuse?

 

My app uses anonymous IDs only. 

When users contact me for support, I can’t link their email addresses to their RevenueCat profiles.

 

I was thinking about showing the App User ID to my users in the app so they can append it if they contact me.

 

Is that safe or not a good idea?

Hi tmaihoff, yes, there should not be any problem showing these to the customers, particularly if they are anonymous ones generated by RevenueCat. Another option would be to use subscriber attributes like email, which is searchable in the dashboard.
