Hey, We are a UK based business, with 90% of our subscriptions coming in as GBP. It would be great if your graphs and etl jobs could be set to convert to the currency of your choice rather than USD. The issue I have is due to currency rate changes if we compare year on year revenue numbers, it’s hard to do that if the currency rates have changed significantly in the same period. Right now the USD to GBP rate has changed about 10-15% year on year, hence this being a bit of an issue for us.ThanksJohn
In our application we have a logic of a 3 days free use period, that we provide to the user by granting them Promotional Entitlements through RevenueCat API. During that period user can manually click the upgrade button to start a play store/app store subscription. We would expect that once the store subscription is purchased, promotional entitlements would be replaced with the ones from subscription. However this doesn’t happen, which causes some problems. For example, we can’t tell if user is currently using play store/app store 7 days subscription-trial (available once, after which they got billed automatically), because `entitlement.storeType` is always equal to `promotional` and `entitlement.periodType` is always equal to `normal`. Also all the entitlements have product indentifiers starting with `rc_promo`. Only after the promotional entitlement is expired, they get replaced with correct data from app store/play store. Currently as a workaround we manually revoke promotional ent
Hi!, sometimes when I create a new sandbox account and make a purchase, the dashboard shows the number of transactions more than once. My appstore settings seem to be okey. Even though I purchased it once, the package seems to be renewed by itself. I only have this problem in apple, there is no such problem in android
Hello,my existing paywall won’t support experiments because I constrained it to support only 2 packages (monthly/yearly), so I’ll have to wait for my upcoming app update to be adopted by enough people to trigger it. Wouldn’t it make sense for you to add the app’s build number as an enrollment criteria? This could also let us tie an experiment to a significant app update. Thanks
Hey Guys!Anyone knows if its possible to see apple search ads attribution information by keyword? I can see information by campaign and ad group but don’t see it by keyword.Having this information by keyword is extremely important for us to optimize, so if it’s not possible, I need to find another attribution platform.Looking forward to have some thoughts and feedback
It is suggested to turn off isAutoLogAppEventsEnabled from Facebook in code. ttps://www.revenuecat.com/docs/facebook-ads#2-send-device-data-to-revenuecatFor Facebook Ads integration to work, should I turn off the “Log in-app events automatically” for both IOS and Android on the Facebook app dashboard?
I was looking at the transaction overview dashboard in RevenueCat today and it listed a subscription purchase transaction at $69.99 USD, although, in Google Play Console that product sku is marked as being $24.99 USD (customer ID c89e4788/1a4ba4e5-37b3-4f44-bc27-3eed343e5c2f, transaction ID: GPA.3350-3906-4874-72666, product ID: bloomer2_25_mo:p1m). Could there be something wrong with my RevenueCat setup that is affecting the amount being reported?I’m not sure where in the Google Play Console I can view individual subscription transactions, so I haven’t been able to verify it there. But, if the subscription tier is set to $24.99, is there any reason the user would be charged a different amount?
Hi,Is there a way to see a sum up of the purchase history of a customer? Like how many renewal until now, when was the initial purchase, and details like that?I know there’s a list of the history, but then it’s hard to tell how many renewal until now, and when was the initial purchase that generated all those renewals and revenue, and so on. Thanks
I’ve read the article Experiments: Debugging and best Practices for A/B Testing that was probably written when Experiments were still in beta. The documentation mentions an “LTV Chart” with a gauge to determine when you can conclude an experiment.. However, I can’t find that my RevenueCat dashboard. My case: I have two subscription groups that both contain a monthly and yearly subscription. The trial length for the subscriptions between the groups are identical. The only difference is price.I’ve been running the experiment for around two weeks now, and see positive results. However, it’s still unclear for me when I can finish the experiment.
Hi thereI can see charts for our Active Trials and would like to see a future projected revenue forecast based on when those trials are due to convert.Even better if it accounts for our trial conversion rate based on product, but no problem if I need to guesstimate that myself. How might I do this?Tobin
Hello, I’m trying to see the number of renewals for our Yearly plan happening each month but can't find this in the Charts section. When I look at our Yearly renewal revenue in a given month and divide it by the Yearly renewals in that month from the Subscription Retention chart, I see a subscription price that is much higher what it should be. This suggests that there are Yearly renewals happening each month that are not contained within the Subscription Retention chart. My guess is these are upgrades from our monthly plan or other non-standard renewals? Is it possible to see the all Yearly renewals happening each month in RevenueCat? Thanks!
How can we explain the fact that we observe different results in our data for each variant on Experiments and on RevenueCat tables when filtering for each offer? Example for the number of conversions : - On our RevenueCat dashboard, filtering by offer: 51 for the Control variable and 37 for the Treatment variable.- On Experiments: 106 for the Control variable and 123 for the Treatment variableHow can we explain these data differences?

Can somebody help me, I’m stuck! I’m trying to set up purchases in my iOS app with Revenue Cat.in my app I have 4 products (different training plans: 2 - are monthly subscriptions, 2 - non consumable IAPs). One of my subscription product is kind a PRO, by buying it I should grant access to all 4 programs. But I don’t understand how should I organize my offerings and entitlements so that buying this one PRO product gives access to all other products. What I’ve tried. I made 4 offerings for each product. and made 4 entitlements, 3 - per each separate products and 1 pro entitlement with all 4 products. And what I get - if i buy one of non-consumables I open 2 entitlements - one for this product, and the pro one, that also contains this product. This is definitely not what I want. I would highly appreciate any help!!!
I am trying to find a way to delve into billing errors for our customers. While there is a way to filter these in the customer panel, this only shows current billing errors and not those that moved to cancellation due to a previous billing error. Is there a way to find this information?
We have two apps in our App Store Connect. Both apps are in RevenueCat obviously with different bundle identifiersWe have set up an p8 api key in app store connect. When we import products only the subscriptions from one of our apps are imported in the list.I can’t see a way to make the api key specific to a particular appIs there anyway we can import the products from multiple apps? I was hoping that RevenueCat could be smart enough to filter the products from the correct bundleID
It would be nice to have a chart for Last Seen Platform Version, such as a pie chart for all customer’s Last Seen Platform Version (like I don’t mind if I can’t see the trend of it, just a chart for current observations of all users is good enough)I am asking for this because Apple’s watchOS does not report app usage analytics at all, over at App Store Connect, so it’s hard to gauge whether most users are, for example, using watchOS 8 or watchOS 9, at present, which makes decisions like whether to drop a specific OS version, at a certain time, hard without this useful data. Also, as CSV exports don’t include this data, there really isn’t a good way to make use of it currently for my case. Please consider, thank you!
