Hi, How can I get customers list with filtering by Last Seen App Version? Regards
Any help truly appreciated - a new app has launched today and the dashboard is looking a little strange. All of the figures don’t match, but mainly the New Customers number is 216 and the Active Subscriptions is only 31… any suggestions as to why? TIA
Hi, I an see the 10 latest transactions in the Overview page (https://app.revenuecat.com/overview). How can I see more than 10, and possibly download them in .csv? (via the website or via the API)

hello revenue cat and friends, i’ve been using the RC paywall for the last month and I wanted to make my own custom paywall now and use the footer version to add my own custom scrollview above it.. but the only problem is I cant seem to use the condensed view in React native. Is there any plans on this coming to React native revenue cat customers soon?would love to see condensed option in React native library for revenue cat paywalls :)
Hi, currently I have one default offering, and I wanted to AB test two new offerings but only with non paying users. How can I do so that paying users will see(if they manually open the paywall from settings) the old offering and non-paying users will see one of the two new offerings?I figured out that I can select whom to show particular offering with TARGETING feature, but in Custom Attribution there is no such attribution that helps to determine user’s current subscription plan.
Could someone guide me on how to retrieve the total number of unique users who have subscribed to an offering for all time using RevenueCat? I'm looking for a method either through the SDK or the dashboard to accurately obtain this information. Any insights or examples would be greatly appreciated!
I am trying to integrate RevenueCat in Flutter. While I’m testing on iOS with Paywall provided by purchases_ui_flutter in storekit setting, when I first got the paywall, it showed introdutory offers text and button. But after I subscribed, even if I delete the app and rebuild with xcode, Introductory text and button I set in paywall doesn’t show up anymore. How can I reset these situations? I’m trying to see how it looks with various localizationsThanks in advance.
I was able to get correct contents in Koreanbut in Japanses, revenue paywall element(which I can customizing through paywall section on revenuecat) are not localizied. I’m testing with simulator using storekit in xcode. As you can see on the screenshot I attached, price looks right because it’s coming from apple but contents from revenuecat dones’t seem right.Weird thing is that everything in Korean works correct…..I tested with Hindi but it dones’t work eitherAny suggestion or solution would be appreciated. Korean version looks right like below
Hi folks,We launched our first mobile app with subscriptions recently, and I’ve been keeping an eye the RevenueCat summary and reports to see how we’re doing. But I’m a little confused about how MRR is calculated, and which number to use for daily reporting.First, I’ve noticed that the MRR number in “Overview” is lower than the current MRR in the MRR chart. In our case, MRR in Overview is currently 6.5% lower than the latest MRR shown in Charts. Is there a reason these numbers don’t agree?Second, your older docs talk about MRR being calculated over a 28-day period, but the current docs no longer say this, and ARR is described as being MRR * 12. Our numbers in Charts confirm this: MRR = ARR * 12. So is MRR now calculated over a period of 365/12=30.42 days? Or is MRR fixed to a whole number of days (maybe 30?) and ARR is just a bit imprecise? Thanks for clarifying!-Abe
Hello, I'm using Flutter and have connected everything except for StoreKit, but it's not showing up in the production list. Does anyone know why? What could be the reason?
Hi, connected RevenueCat directly with Facebook SDK (previously used Appsflyer), to cut down project’s expenses. After relaunching my campaigns purchase event doesn’t show up in main dashboard. Purchase in my case if Trial Start. Went through the integration part a few times, everything seems to be ok. What am I missing? Where I should look at first?
Hi everyone,Is it possible to breakdown the “Subscription Retention” Charts by country? I couldn’t find any setting that let’s my chart breakdwon cohorts by different attributes. Besides, when I try to filter by country (e.g. country = United States), the number seems wrong, it shows much less results than I expected. Anyone know why?
I noticed that fields like User country, Last seen app version, Last seen platform and several others recently disappeared from Customer Details page.Any reason for this?Any way to get it back?Saved me a lot of time and effort
Why am I getting “Internal Server Error” when trying to access some of the sandbox customers under Renenue Customer List Data? Furthermore, the error is not always consistent - when I revisit certain sandbox customers, the error may appear, even though moments ago, they were fine with the yellow banner. Is the subscription monitoring not stable with the sandbox data, given its nature?
When I am trying to change the default offering, why I am getting this error: There is a problem with the internet connection Also while creating the experiment, is is getting created if check the API call in the developer console for POST request, but the GET request is giving 404 error with the code 7233.
Hello,I may be wrong, but I seem to remember that there used to be an AI in the documentation that you could ask questions to.Kind Regards,Marius
Hi RevenueCat,We're interested in testing new prices in a few different countries, but up until now, we haven't been able to see how the different countries convert, as the summary on the experiments page summarizes all of the countries. To better understand the behavior in the different countries, we were thinking of starting multiple experiments, each with only one country. However, this made us reflect on whether it is even possible to run multiple experiments simultaneously. Can you help us out?
Hello everyone,How would I set up a discount depending on how many subscriptions my user has at a given time? Or is there some kind of group/package/bundle that they can upgrade to, grouping multiple subscriptions in one?I must say I am very confused with the language used by RevenueCat as far as entitlements, products, offerings, and packages are concerned. But maybe that’s just because English isn’t my first language. At any rate, any help would be very appreciated :)Thank you
My client wants to integrate revenue cat in her existing App and then want to set up Subscriptions and group promo codes in the dashboard itself is it possible?
Hello,I have noticed that when I access the Customer tab and go in Non-Subscription, it’s showing also some Subscriptions, both Active and Expired, which are not in their actual Filter. Is the Made Non-subscription Purchase Filter not working properly? Because I would like to be able to see only the non-subscription purchases.
I am trying to debug a complex problem with my webhook handler code that I have already integrated with RC webhook some time ago. I need to download the history of JSON webhook requests for the last year ideally. I see this history on the webhook integration page but it only lists that most recent 20 events. I need a much longer history and I need to be able to download this JSON. How can I do this?
I’m finding RevenueCat Experiments limited because stopping the experiment is all or nothing. If I stop the experiment, RC changes all those users back to the default offering right away and stops collecting conversion data from the users. (Except it can keep gathering some subscription renewals in some cases???).This is limiting for apps that a strong long tail conversion (ie convert a lot subsequent to first use) and even for apps with subscription trials. Consider an experiment I just did… after 4 days it's very clear that the new paywall I’m testing performs much better. So I wan’t to stop adding users to the experiment and give all new and old users who are not in the experiment the new paywall so I can see more real $ coming in. But I don’t want to _stop_ the experiment. I want to keep the experiment running but stop adding new users to the experiment. I want to leave the experiment running for another 10 days or so to catch conversions that happen on day 2,3,4,5,6,7,8… and I wan
App Subscription Launch Checklist said “Include disclosure of auto-renewing subscription details in your app description.", but Paywall does not have a field entering disclosure of auto-renewing subscription details. Should I implement a screen including disclosure of auto-renewing subscription details in addition to Paywall?
I’ve read the article Experiments: Debugging and best Practices for A/B Testing that was probably written when Experiments were still in beta. The documentation mentions an “LTV Chart” with a gauge to determine when you can conclude an experiment.. However, I can’t find that my RevenueCat dashboard. My case: I have two subscription groups that both contain a monthly and yearly subscription. The trial length for the subscriptions between the groups are identical. The only difference is price.I’ve been running the experiment for around two weeks now, and see positive results. However, it’s still unclear for me when I can finish the experiment.
