Our app implements renewable subscriptions for Monthly and Annual. We are also implementing a “Day Pass” where users can purchase this and have access to locked content for 24 hours. The user can repurchase after it expires. We manage the expiration on our own servers.I created the “Day Pass” products as in-app purchases and added them to their own entitlement in RevenueCat. After some thought, I think I shouldn’t have added them to an entitlement.What’s the recommended setup?

Hi! I've encountered an issue where the dashboard displays an incorrect price. I setup a base plan and an offer with a discounted price with a 4 repeating periods . I subscribed to the offer then I disabled it, for the periods following the first periods the dashboard started showing the normal price(not discounted) but I was charged the actual discounted price on the play store. So the dashboard showed an erroneous price. Might be wrong, but I guess the system is looking at the current base plan and if an offer is active or not then displays the price? If so, is it an expected behavior?

I just released my app a couple of weeks ago and I had some issues but I think I have rectified those. I then installed the app on my phone and I went through the subscription process and it worked. I got the paywall and the apple payment went through etc. This was about 2 hours ago. RevenueCat is still not showing this subscription. How long does it take before I see this? Thank you. 

It would be great if we were able to choose user properties - including our own, custom added ones - for segmenting the charts. For example, we have an onboarding question that asks “where did you hear about us” to allow us to understand our funnels. We store it in the `heard_about_us` user property. It would be great if we could segment charts by that.

I’m sandbox testing subscriptions (iOS). A sandbox user created a subscription, and I see the subscription shown in the Customers portal. However, the ID doesn’t match the ID logged in the Xcode console (`Purchases.shared.customerInfo().id`). This is an anonymous user ID. Shouldn’t these IDs match?

Hello! When I go to the charts, it shows me that "Invalid chart parameters." I contacted support a month ago, they said it was because I have a debt of $ 1800, I told them that I want to pay, they said that they would send me an invoice, but for more than a month, they either ignore or do not give an invoice. We received a message from our internal help center from a user, in the message found the user uses the latest app version, but in a revenucat panel `Last Seen App Version` is outdated(two version before our release). Looks like it wasn't updated on revenucat. How do you track that last version usage?

Hi, I check the RevenueCat overview and charts pages many times per day, they’re my primary way of tracking my app’s revenue and leading indicators. However, there are important numbers that I have to jump through hoops to access, particularly today’s “New Trial” starts, and total revenue/proceeds for the current month. Both are available in Charts, but I have to dig, and the New Trial data isn’t updated often enough for me, so I end up using the old Activity screen to get an up to date count of today’s trial starts.  I’d rather not have to do so much manual work to pull this data and keep a dashboard updated. Is there a way to access this data via API, or do I need to set up some sort of scraping tool? Or are there any updates planned to let us customize the Overview dashboard for our needs? Let’s say customers can pay for our product via the following methods:D2C Mobile apps - customer pays via Apple/Google, RC entitlement  Web app - customer pays via Stripe, RC entitlement  External Ecom Upsell Customer adds our product as an upsell on a different platform — customer pays via other platform, RC entitlement  For the External Econ Upsell group, we would be able to see the grant of entitlement, cool, but is there a way to assign a dollar value to those customers so they can be seen in the charts?  

Hey,On the RC dashboard, there is a card labeled 'New Customers' and it has a figure in it, this figure changes from day to day but I would like to see how this number changes over time on a chart. I cannot see anywhere in the charts section that will show me this?Cheers,Will

Hello, I've tried to transfer a subscription made through the Google Play Store, but after a few hours, the sub (for the second account) wasn't active, and the first one was still "keeping" the sub in our system, even though it was transferred on RevenueCat. What could've gone wrong? On the same (or not) subject, I was wondering if there's a way of granting subscriptions through RC if the user ID isn't displayed (it's "anonymous").

I am testing the purchase flow for the Play StoreI can make test purchase subscriptions and verify the entitlements through RC.I can see the transactions in the Play Store console, and in the Recent Sandbox Transactions list on the RC Overview page, but if I go to the Customers page, there is only one user in the premade Sandbox list, where the user has 1 App User Id (it’s an anonymous one)I made a new list of users where “Made Sandbox Purchase” is false, and can see a different user there, with 1 App User IdIn the Recent Sandbox Transactions list, I can see two users with unique anonymous App User IDs (i.e. there is no crossover or sharing with the App User Ids above) and with transactions.These users aren’t appearing on the Customer page in any list. I am unable to create an In App Purchase Key that meets the validation requirements of RevenueCat. I am following these instructions: https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/service-credentials/itunesconnect-app-specific-shared-secret/in-app-purchase-key-configuration Similar to this thread, I have suddenly notified that my In App Purchase Key is no longer valid (despite being valid for the past few months without any alternation this end) I am hitting multiple issues when attempting to (re)generate the key. (1) When I visit AppStoreConnect → Users and Access → Integrations its missing the sidebar (when compared to the RC docomentation).
