Went to transfer a subscription and I’m not seeing the button on the dashboard anymore. I checked some other customers and don’t see it there either. Did this get removed? Or is there something about this specific customer that might cause it to not show?

Hi! I took a look at your account in the Dashboard and it appears that you only have the “View Only” role on your account, which does not allow the user to make any changes. Did you recently update the permissions?
