In the customer center cancellation option we offer a promotional offer as a winback after they select a feedback survey response. We have localized every string via Customer Center > Localization but can not work out how to localize the actual CTA button, it does not appear to have an option but I know it can be done as I have seen variations of it.

I’ve tried and I could see the string in Localizations, do you have the same view?

Thanks so much for the reply, no I mean the subscribe to promo button (see attached photo) for the life of me I can’t find how to change the strings. Could you point me in the right direction?

Oh I see what you mean! That text is not possible to configure yet, it works the same way as paywalls. It changes depending on the offer and it’s based on the price and free trial.

I’ve passed your feedback to the team and it’s going to be changed soon so you are going to be able to also customize that text.

I’ll let you know when the change is done!
