Why is this user and one like it shown with status Expired in the Customers tab in Dashboard? I got a successful renewal event from the conversion, no expiration event was received nor sent according to logs, this is what the user history shows, yet I see these two with the status “expired”  … ?

Made it ticket … couldn’t attach a screenshot there but shared the app user id.
