Events are arriving in Meta Events Manager, but Eligibility results Subscribe and Start trial (App Promotion) as Integration = Conversions API and Ineligible (“Not enough signals from last 30 days”)If I set app-level integration to SDK, eligibility flips everything to SDK. And it WORKS. How should Subscribe/StartTrial be configured with RevenueCat so they’re eligible for App Promotion optimization (while avoiding mixed-integration issues / double counting)?ATT is enabled. The events are arriving fine and only from Conversions API. The App level for receiving events is switched to Conversions API. Almost the same issue as referenced here (around 7th minute): Same issue as discussed here: https://youtu.be/goI-oAn8KYU
Hi there ! Our app "STRAP - BJJ" (Flutter) is experiencing an issue on iOS where the list of products returned by RevenueCat is empty ! We've been using the same products for more than a year now and never experienced this outage, it appeared yesterday (Friday 23. January).People were able to successfully purchase them for more than a year until now … ! Our products seems to be well configured on RevenueCat and on the App Store Connect (status "verified") and no warning on the Apple Developer Portal ... When I try to get the list of Offerings using the Flutter SDK, I get the error: ```flutter: PlatformException(23, There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details. There's a problem with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used). Hello! Apart from mobile app purchase flow we also have webapp purchase. In case of mobile app we collect all the necessary identifiers within the app. But what about the webapp? We do create RC customer before the purchase and provide `client_id` from gtag.js as `$firebaseAppInstanceId` and `$fbAnonId` from `_fbp` cookie. Is this correct? Will the meta conversions api specifically correctly send the purchase considering that there is no mobile platform yet and only `$fbAnonId` which as I understand works for iOS only in app terms as said here -
Is there an option to configure multiple Slack integrations?
I know this is a common issue, but none of the advice I’ve found has helped. Perhaps I’m overlooking something.During local development on a real device, everything works perfectly. However, as soon as I upload the build to TestFlight, I get the following error:"There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details. There's a problem with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect."I am certain that the product exists on the RevenueCat dashboard.I am certain that the bundle identifier matches everywhere.I do not use any store kit config file. The in-app purchase is in Ready to Submit status.Could the issue be caused by the fact that this is a brand-new app that hasn’t been published in the App Store yet? Currently, my app is in Prepare for Submission status, the purchase is Ready to Submit, and none of the builds are detecting the purchase.
Hey everyone,At our company, we currently ingest RevenueCat data through a webhook setup that sends events into our internal pipeline. We’re now considering whether to keep this approach or switch to pulling data directly into S3 (for example, via the API or an ETL process).I’d love to hear what RevenueCat recommends here — and what other teams have found works best — especially regarding: Data reliability and completeness over time. Ease of scaling and maintaining the integration. What’s the setup you’d suggest or have seen work best for production environments? Thanks in advance for any insights!
Hi,Just wondered if anyone else has had similar problems to this? Its a new app and so as far as I understand, when I make a change/try to fix monetisation i must resubmit a new binary with it as well. Problem is they keep rejecting the monetisation side of things. specically App Store Localization. (I see a rejected status next to each Localisation) My app is available for europe and the us. Ive provided Localization for UK and US. I dont get any feedback from the reviews to tell me what the problem is. Anyone else had this before? Thanks
Hi all, I have a question about RevenueCat-Mixpanel integration. Through this integration, we’re able to get purchase-related events such as rc_initial_purchase in our Mixpanel dashboard. However, all of our sandbox data are also included in these events, making our Mixpanel charts inaccurate for analysis. So I’m wondering if there’s a way to exclude these sandbox events when being sent to 3rd party tools like Mixpanel. Thanks!
Hi all, we’ve integrated Mixpanel, and are sending events such as initial purchase. We also have implemented our own Mixpanel events for each purchase, which means there are two (supposed-to-be) identical events being sent to our Mixpanel when a user makes their purchase, like below:purchase_subscription (our own Mixpanel event, sent via Mixpanel SDK) rc_initial_purchase (event from RevenueCat integration) The problem is, the number of two events never match. Sometimes the number of events from RevenueCat integration is higher, and sometimes not. I do understand that there may be some (slight) discrepancies, but the gap sometimes is as large as 20%. (viewed daily) What could be the cause? We’ve been trying to find if there’s any pattern in the discrepancies, but couldn’t find any. Thanks in advance! P.S. If this info could help: We’ve counted the number of rows in the transactions page in RevenueCat mobile app, which we believe is the source of truth, and the numbers still don’t match.
RevenueCat’s existing integrations send real-time subscription events out to supported platforms like OneSignal or Customer.io automatically via their integration UI, without needing your own webhook backend. A native Sendbird integration would let you: Sync subscription lifecycle events directly into Sendbird Trigger messaging flows without your own glue code Push events into chat/notification workflows in Sendbird Since it’s not currently listed, it’s not yet supported - so please consider this as a feature request.
Hi ,I’m experiencing an issue with my RevenueCat configuration. When trying to fetch offerings / getProducts in my iOS app, I receive the following error:“😿‼️ There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used).”This issue happened suddenly on production, packages where loading tell yestreday. I downloaded the test project and run it, and found the following error WARN: ⚠️ RevenueCat SDK is configured correctly, but contains some issues you might want to addressWarnings: • Your products are configured in RevenueCat but aren't approved in App Store Connect yet. This prevents users from making purchases in production. Please ensure all products are approved and available for sale in App Store Connect. • The offerings 'مؤشرات' have configuration issues that may prevent users from seeing product
HI folks, Ive deployed my app to production for apple review. But my paywall doesn't seem to work in TestFlight, I made the integration with RC and AppStore connect and all other things linked. But when you click Start Free trail nothing happens. Im using replit to build the app , which included the paywall, so I don't have a separate paywall in RC. Any thoughts on what can cause the issue?
Hi everyoneI’ve configured Meta Conversions API in RevenueCat, but I’m not receiving any Test Events in Meta Events Manager.Important note: I’m currently testing in SANDBOX mode. Here’s what is already set up on my side: Conversions API selected (not App Events API) Datasource ID configured Conversions API access token configured Sandbox Datasource ID configured Sandbox Conversions API token configured “Send events when ATT consent is not authorized” enabled Sandbox purchases / renewals are firing correctly in RevenueCat RevenueCat webhooks are working Despite all of this, no events appear in Meta, including Test Events, after triggering sandbox purchases or renewals.
Hi, can we please have the Telegram notification similar to Slack/Discord integration. Thanks.
I saw this post, but it was a bit old. Any hope, now that we are a year later, for a RC <> Shopify integration?
Hi RevenueCat Team,I'm facing an urgent issue with our server-to-server tracking performance for Android.📌 Summary of the Problem Issue: New Android purchases and subscriptions are no longer being matched or attributed in Meta Ads Manager. Timing: The issue began approximately 4 days ago. Status: iOS conversion tracking via RevenueCat remains fully functional. Purchases are successfully validated and reflected in the RevenueCat Dashboard (meaning the transaction is captured), but the data is not resulting in conversions in Meta Ads Manager for Android campaigns.
Hi everyone,I’m trying to connect my Apple App Store Connect API key to RevenueCat , but I keep getting these errors:“The App Store Connect API credentials are not valid or do not have sufficient permissions to list apps.”“The App Store Connect API credentials are not valid or do not have sufficient permissions to collect information about your subscriptions.Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
I am using RevenueCat with Stripe for web payments. I am considering migrating to Paddle, as it seems to handle tax collection in a way that is understandable (Stripe's tax system is so confusing). How should I approach such a migration? What should I do with existing subscriptions? Is it possible to "cut" Stripe and have users' ongoing subscriptions remain active until the end of their period? When the end period arrives, I would just ask users to subscribe again via Paddle ? Or is there a better way?If you are like me and want to share how your migration is going, please use this thread :-)
Hi team,I'm experiencing unexpected webhook behavior when using `DEFERRED` proration mode for Google Play subscription changes.## Expected Behavior (per documentation)According to the [Event Flows documentation](https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/integrations/webhooks/event-flows#product-change-at-period-end):> In the case of a product change at period end, a PRODUCT_CHANGE event will immediately be sent informing of the upcoming product change. [...] When the customer encounters their next renewal, a RENEWAL event will be dispatched (for App Store subscriptions) or an **INITIAL_PURCHASE event (for Google Play subscriptions)**.## Actual BehaviorWhen using `GoogleProrationMode.DEFERRED` for a product change on Google Play:1. `PRODUCT_CHANGE` event is received (as expected)2. At next renewal, **RENEWAL** event is received instead of **INITIAL_PURCHASE**This contradicts the documentation which states Google Play should trigger `INITIAL_PURCHASE`.Additionally, the `original_transaction_id`
Hi,I’m using the direct integration between RC and Customerio. For the expiration_at parameter, RC sends an ISO timestamp. However! Customerio only uses Epoch (specifically in seconds–not milliseconds). Please change the integration such that the timestamp for expiration_at is an Epoch timestamp in seconds. Otherwise, this integration isn’t very useful (the most important piece of data that I need in Customerio is the user’s expiration date!).I mentioned this to @Jacob Eiting at RAGA and he was grateful for the feedback.cc @Brennan I’m #34 in the leaderboard here! Most people above me are RC staff. Thanks! Toby
In Revenue Cat Web billing, we're seeing single Revenue Cat customers generate multiple stripe customerIds. After messaging support, it seems that might be a known issue? If so my feature request would be to capture stripe customer IDs in the RC Web Billing flow (i.e., purchases-js Web SDK?) and pass that through to stripe to prevent multiple stripe customers from being created. This isn’t a problem if you’re using Stripe as the payment processor. Nor is it a problem if you’re using subscriptions. But if you have multiple products (e.g., consumables) then a few issues arise from the current behavior: (1) stripe customers proliferate and can’t be merged (2) vendor lock-in since RC is then the only source of truth that consolidates customer accounts and (3) there’s no possibility to store and reuse customer CC information adding friction to the user UX.To be clear, what I’m proposing is something like:```const ret = await purchases.purchase({ rcPackage: pkg, stripeCustomerId
Hey guys, I’ve got a question regarding Mixpanel integration. We’ve confirmed that we’re getting rc_initial_purchase event in our Mixpanel dashboard when a new subscription is added. And now we’re trying to show users different Offerings(& paywalls) using the Placement feature, but can’t find in the documentation if we can get the Placement key(e.g., “onboarding”, “settings”) as a property of the event.Getting this value through our Mixpanel event is crucial for locating where in the app the subscription has occurred. Has anyone tried this before? Thanks. :)
Hi all We’ve just launched our first subscription. We are using RC, and are finding that although the charts are great, they only go so far - and there are often things we want to find that we can’t get from them. We are exporting the data to bigquery then into PowerBi. I’m keen to explore other options - what reporting software are others using here, and I’m specifically interested to know if any of them are well set up for subsdcriptions and tailored to that specifically. PowerBI is so general that especially for an organisation that’s new to subscriptions, it’s involving us to have to “reinvent the wheel” a lot just to get graphs out that I’m sure 80-90% of subs businesses need. E.g it would be amazing to have something that just gave me everything in the revenuecat charts out of the box, but with a bit more flexibility. Any recommendations would be appreciated!
I had non-consumable on 3 in-app purchases that should of been consumable. I created 3 new products in apple connect and then re-wired them with new ID’s and everything says it’s good. They are approved in apple and says so in RC. However I just released a stable version of my app and the apple side of things says the old prices still. I deleted and put a new apple connect p8 file and key ID just to see if I could get it to refresh. So far no good. Any suggestions?
I had downloaded app from playstore in 2 different countries so in India its showing proper details and offering are also coming. but for germany its showing No package available. Configure offerings in revenuecat. Also checked the availability of subscription in different countries is available for all countries. Why is it happening ?
