Hi ,

I’m experiencing an issue with my RevenueCat configuration. When trying to fetch offerings / getProducts in my iOS app, I receive the following error:

“😿‼️ There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used).”

This issue happened suddenly on production, packages where loading tell yestreday.

I downloaded the test project and run it, and found the following error

WARN: ⚠️ RevenueCat SDK is configured correctly, but contains some issues you might want to address

Warnings:

  • Your products are configured in RevenueCat but aren't approved in App Store Connect yet. This prevents users from making purchases in production. Please ensure all products are approved and available for sale in App Store Connect.

  • The offerings 'مؤشرات' have configuration issues that may prevent users from seeing product options or making purchases.

I followed the troubleshooting guide:

I have verified that:

  • My in-app purchases are created in App Store Connect.

  • The product IDs match exactly with those registered in RevenueCat.

  • I am using the correct API keys.

Despite this, the offerings remain empty. any suggestions?
Thank you for your support!

Best regards,

Hi, usually when this suddenly happens it can be that your Paid Applications Agreement expired, can you make sure this has been completed? If you are still unable to fetch offerings after ~24 hours then please check the Business section in App Store Connect to make sure there aren’t any other pending forms or actions that need to be taken and I also recommend checking that your Business or Developer account is valid.
