Hi RevenueCat Team,

I'm facing an urgent issue with our server-to-server tracking performance for Android.

📌 Summary of the Problem

  1. Issue: New Android purchases and subscriptions are no longer being matched or attributed in Meta Ads Manager.

  2. Timing: The issue began approximately 4 days ago.

  3. Status: iOS conversion tracking via RevenueCat remains fully functional.

Purchases are successfully validated and reflected in the RevenueCat Dashboard (meaning the transaction is captured), but the data is not resulting in conversions in Meta Ads Manager for Android campaigns.

Hi! I took a look at an event that exhibited this issue and noticed that the transaction was tracked via server notification. It appears that the transaction was then attributed to an anonymous app user ID without the relevant attributes that are necessary for the Meta integration that we outline in the documentation. This is why the event was not sent to Meta. Did you recently enable this functionality for the server notifications for your Google Play app in the Dashboard?

@wes_clark I enabled the “Track new purchases from server-to-server notifications” feature after I wrote this post, meaning after the issue occurred. I have now disabled it again. So it’s most likely not related to this.
