Production Paywall issue

HI folks, 

Ive deployed my app to production for apple review. But my paywall doesn't seem to work in TestFlight, I made the integration with RC and AppStore connect and all other things linked. But when you click Start Free trail nothing happens. Im using replit to build the app , which included the paywall, so I don't have a separate paywall in RC. Any thoughts on what can cause the issue?

Hi, can you let me know if your paywall loads and if the free trial processes correctly in sandbox and are you just seeing problems in TestFlight? Can you also share with me the SDK version you are on and any error messages you might be getting when trying to start the free trial in TestFlight? You can get this information by enabling RevenueCat debug logs here.

Ive imported the products from the Apple store and Can see it in the RC. Im on version SDK version 9.6.10. Im the following error:Products Loading ,In-App purchases are being configured. Please try again in a few moments or check that the Products are approved’ .  I don't see any problems in TestFlight.

Just to clarify , in the documents it states that you create a subscription directly ( without In-App Purchase)  which is what I did, but do I need a In-App purchase first than create the subscription?

Hi ​@henry-keesz-792ca4 it should work if you just create the subscription in App Store Connect here:

Unfortunately your Community account is not with the same email associated with your RevenueCat account so I cannot check it for you, but can you check your products page and let me know what the status of your products are? They should be in either the “Ready to Submit” or “Approved” status to be fetched. If they are and you still cannot start a free trial, can you let me know if you are able to reproduce this in sandbox with a brand new Apple sandbox tester account and if you are can you please enable RevenueCat debug logs here and let me know if you see any error messages like “There is a problem with your configuration” etc.? Or if you could dm me your RC email and the full debug logs I can check this for you.

Thanks for the reply. Ive submitted the app for review now, will see what they come back with.  I’ve added all the details you’ve suggested. I’ll keep you posted
