Can not delete customers

I have two customers showing up in my sandbox customer list but I can’t delete them.When I click on them, they don’t pull up but they still show up in the list.How do I contact support to help me delete these customers that refuse to go away?Another post says it could take up to an hour but it’s been over a day.

The iOS SDK has become impossible to mock in v4

The new revenue cat v4 SDK for iOS is very difficult if not impossible to mock for unit testing purposes. Some of the contributing factors that make mocking difficult are:The majority of classes like Offerings, Offering, Package, etc are marked as final so they can’t be subclassed. So something like class MockOfferings: Offerings {} cannot be done. The majority of initializers for classes like Offerings, Offering, Package are internal so they cannot be called from outside the packageThese issues are blocking upgrading to v4 since it breaks all the existing unit tests without a new way to fix them. Is there any sample code available that successfully mocks the RevenueCat SDK?

Is there an "admin" API for resources such as offerings/packages/products/entitlements?

We would like to either be able to create/update/delete offerings/packages/products/entitlements programmatically, or at least get a web hook notification in our backend when these are created/updated/destroyed.Is there anything like that implemented or in the works? Is there any way we can get this data by polling if not?We’re trying to implement a series of things on top of RC for handling promotions and our backends need to be aware of what the existing offerings/packages/products are. Right now the best solution we have is to manually create things in both the backend and RevenueCat, but that’s very error-prone.

Could not build Objective-C module 'PurchasesHybridCommon'

Hi,The following issue (https://github.com/RevenueCat/react-native-purchases/issues/200) was closed but I am still experiencing the error when I do a release build of a new scheme (i.e. staging, prod etc) of my React Native app. This was fine until now as we had a workaround of removing the `build` and `pods` folders and reinstalling the pods i.e. `rm -rf ios/build && rm -rf ios/pods && yarn && cd ios && pod install` every time we switched schemes and wanted to do a new release build.However, in the last few days, we have added an Apple Watch Extension to our RN app which is built using SwiftUI. Anytime that we try to build the Watch App with preview mode enabled (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/swiftui/previews-in-xcode) it fails with the following errors.Declaration of 'RCPurchases' must be imported from module 'Purchases' before it is required Could not build Objective-C module 'PurchasesHybridCommon'  Is there any workaround to this? MRR Movement chart date range problem

Hi there!The date range selection in the MRR movement chart does not seem to work correctly. Even if I select all times, the data of the last month is displayed.Am I doing something wrong? :)

Logic and/or workflow of RevenueCat subscription status

Hello all, i am new to the app space. I used a no code app software and I completed my app. The last part is the subscription part. The subscription is for use of the entire app. So here’s where I need help oe guidance:Flow:-User downloads my app in Appstore or Google PlayStore.-They set up an account.-Payment wall opens and they pay.Heres the help that I need to understand: How do I update user info to show they paid so they can have access, and when they cancel, they wont have access? Do i use a webhook to accomplish this?Can anyone explain a webhook and how to use it. I think my understanding of webhooks is my missing link. So right now, i can manually update a user profile and enter “true” for their entitlement. Then I can get a notification showing cancellation, then manually enter a “false.”This is no problem if i have 20-40 subscribers. If I have 1000, then this is a huge problem. Can anyone share any advice or knowledge, thanks.

Renewals not not showing active in dashboard checkbox

Hello , I renectly started using revenuecat and its working perfectly fine that is what we saw in the trials . But recently we got one subscription and the checkbox under renewal is not active . I thought it might get active after the subscription renewed . But then the subscription did not get renewed . Now i do not know whether user cancelled it or there was some setup issues . Can anyone tell me whether the checkbox becomes active when the user subscribes stating that it will be renewed monthly . Or do i need to check anything specific when doing revenuecat setup that i am doing wrong . Happens for both iOS and Android

How to integrate with Stripe Connect?

We use Stripe Connect to manage our customers who are business with their own customers. Each of our customers has their own products.Is it possible to create a one-to-one mapping between a RevenueCat project and a connected account in Stripe (instead of our main Stripe account)? If not, is there any workaround?

Missing users in our S3 export

Hi, We noticed that some users are missing in the export file we have on our S3.The user exists on RC dashboard when we look in the Customers tab.Do you know how is it possible?Just in case it has an impact, we didn’t select the option “Receive new and updated transactions only” so we receive everything each time. Thank you for your help,

SDK Version - 4.1.0 | Entitlement query causing (repeating) "CodingKeys" Debug messages to console

Calls to -- customerInfo?.entitlements[ “myEntitlementID” ]?.isActive seems to be generating Debug message log noise.I’m unsure how to fix/quiet these messages, does anyone know if this is a problem or a way to resolve whatever might be casing this? How to report on crossgrading?

Hello,How can I report on % of users crossgrading?For context we have a product that has a monthly, quarterly and an annual subscription. I can report on monthly churn, but what I am not sure about is how to calculate how many of those monthly users have not really churned but moved to a a quarterly or annual subscription. Thank you!!!

Purchases.getOfferings() returning too many error's

In our RN app we make a call to `Purchases.getOfferings()` in order to show the default offerings to our users. However we are getting far too many API error response’s back which is degrading our user experience. Below is an example of the error response:```{"code":"23","message":"None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used).\nThis could be due to a timeout, or a problem in your configuration```Do you have any suggestion’s on how to improve the stability of this API when calling it directly from the client?

Amazon: "There was a problem with the store."

Possible bug: Scheduled change in App Store introductory offer shows as current

I have added a scheduled change in the duration of my introductory offer in App Store. I have change the offer duration from 2 weeks to 1 week, and scheduled the change to happen in two days. But when I test my app, product.introductoryDiscount?.subscriptionPeriod returns 1 week which is the upcoming change and not 2 weeks as expected. When I click to buy the subscription the iOS subscribe page shows 2 weeks trial period. Am I missing something here?

Incorrect expiry date being returned from RevenueCat

I get charges from Apple almost everyday for my Apple Search Ads. Anyone know how to change it so that I only get charged once a month? It’s just annoying to sort through and categorize all those charges in my accounting. Thanks!

How to share RC accounts between Mobile and Windows standalone

My team is currently looking into porting our Android and iOS app to a Windows standalone version (eg. for Steam), and I was wondering what the options are for communication between mobile and standalone. For example, a user would download our app on Android and start a subscription. Later, the user would download our port for Windows (logging back into his original account) and now wants to continue accessing his subscription features.

Having trouble initiating payment UI for monthly subscription

I am trying to implement a monthly subscription as part of an in-app purchase. I am using a combination of xcode/swift and RevenueCat to implement this feature. In implementing the code that runs when the user clicks the purchase button i get the error saying "Fatal error: NSArray element failed to match the Swift Array Element typeExpected Package but found RCPackage". Where the code for the purchase button click is highlighted. Code is "guard let package = offerings.all.first?.value.availablePackages.first ".I am not sure what to do to fix this issue.

Why is the app_user_id column blank for the majority of users in my exported customer list?

I am trying to export a list of all customers with an promotional purchase however most (over half) of the users that are export do not have the app_user_id column set.I know for a fact that all these users have an app_user_id as this is used to grant their promotions. It also looks fine for the sample of most recently active users that display in the customer list on the website as they all display their app_user_id under the customers column.I have compared the list of most recently active from the website  to what was exported and there are ids on the website that don’t appear in the export.Can anyone provide insight into why this columnmight not be populated for majority of my users on the customer list export? Any help is very much appreciated.

JSONDecoder attributesErrorResponse error

Hi guys, I just added/configured RevenueCat in one of my apps and when I try to test in the simulator with the StoreKit Configuration File I’m getting some weird errors… Basically I was able to purchase the auto renewable subscription I’ve set up but now each time when I start the app, the SDK sends a request to the /v1/subscribers/{UUID} and when it tries to decode the response it throws an error with No value associated with key CodingKeys(stringValue: \"attributesErrorResponse\", intValue: nil) (\"attributesErrorResponse\"), converted to attributes_error_response. As far as I can tell from the debug console messages everything else seems to be fine, no errors happening… I’m using the latest version, 4.2.1 via SPM.Any ideas what I’m missing?Thank you!-------Later Edit. This is weird, but was caused by a misconfigured bundle id. My debug builds will append a .dev suffix to the bundle id so … this is was screwing up with RevenueCat SDK.

Number of renewals for Yearly plan happening each month

Hello, I’m trying to see the number of renewals for our Yearly plan happening each month but can't find this in the Charts section. When I look at our Yearly renewal revenue in a given month and divide it by the Yearly renewals in that month from the Subscription Retention chart, I see a subscription price that is much higher what it should be. This suggests that there are Yearly renewals happening each month that are not contained within the Subscription Retention chart. My guess is these are upgrades from our monthly plan or other non-standard renewals? Is it possible to see the all Yearly renewals happening each month in RevenueCat? Thanks!
