App Store Connect Consumable Products Prices Does not Match TesFlight and Sandbox prices

Apple’s subscriptions with Family Sharing require restore purchase logic?

Hi,I have an iOS App that requires users to log in and an in-app subscription to access to Premium features. Currently all available in-app subscriptions are individual and non-family shareable. I would like to start selling new in-app subscriptions that can be shared between all family members. My App currently does NOT implement any in-app subscription restore capability. In your documentation it says that there’s nothing to be done in our Apps to support subscriptions that are set as Family-shareable in AppStore Connect. My question is: is it required or not to implement the in-app subscriptions restore functionality in my App to enable another family member of the user that made the initial Family-shareable subscription purchase to access to the Premium features of my App?Thanks for your help.

Is data collected and stored even if no subscription is purchased?

I want to make a simple and reassuring statement about data/privacy in my app’s help screen and I’m wondering if data storage is the same regardless of whether a subscription is purchased or not. Is RevenueCat still collecting and storing data for a user who has not purchased a subscription?Thanks.

All products return incorrect prices on iOS

Hello, Apple updated app store prices in Turkey on December 8.For example: The option of 8.99 Turkish Lira (Tier 1) increased to 16.99(Tier 1) Turkish Lira.I see updated prices in the App Store Connect Panel. How to use syncPurchases() in React Native

Independent watchOS app, subscription purchase fails on device (Xcode and TestFlight)

Purchase info. empty(iOS SDK) for purchased subscription.

Please check below details about bug. User has purchased subscription from application.  Once user close the app and open again within same day or within some time. We are getting purchase info. with active status true. So, in this case it’s working well.  But if user reopen app after a day or couple of days, we are getting purchase info. NULL(Purchases.shared.purchaserInfo) even my purchase is still valid. Now if user restore it then it’s again working well and I am getting purchase info. in restore purchase request. Can you please help me out for this? I don’t know why it’s happing and what is the solution for this. Also, I am seeing dozens of user Aliases in Revenue-cat portal, Aliases are created on daily bases. Not sure why so many aliases created for particular user even subscription is not expired.

Google Developer Notifications not working

Hello all,I have setup real time developer notifications for my Android app, everything seems to be working fine and when I click the “Send test notification” in the developer console, the notification is successfully sent and no error is provided, however, all my Android purchases keep getting automatically cancelled 3 days after a successful purchase. My guess is that the purchase is cancelled because they’re not acknowledged by the SDK.I’ve followed the setup steps multiple times and the purchase flow and everything else works as expected, but it is really frustrating to see all my purchases returned because some misconfiguration on either mine or RC’s end that I haven’t been able to pinpoint.I also setup a new Pub/Sub subscription to the topic automatically created by the RevenueCat system and I successfully receive the base64 encoded notification with a payload similar to this one:{"version":"1.0","packageName":"com.my.app","eventTimeMillis":"1641511258205","testNotification":{"ve

0 packages for new offering

I’m creating a new offering to run an experiment, I’ve done this a few times before. All of the products are approved by apple and in use in production.I’ve created the new offering in RC (pro_annual_higher) and it shows ⚠️ 0 packages: but when I click on the package, it shows that there are 3 packages associated with it: Will this work in an experiment? Subscription price 0 after update

We've just released an update to our approved app in the App Store (iOS). However, when attempting to subscribe to an IAP, the value from the store is returning $0.00, and the trial is not showing despite everything being set up correctly in App Store Connect.We have changed the version number for the app, along with the build number, which seems to be the only thing that's changed for iOS.Has anyone run into this before? We've been rejected by Apple because the subscription price does not match that advertised in the app.Any help greatly appreciated!

Distinguishing Sandbox and Production Entitlements in live app

I have recently launched an iOS app which has been in beta for a while. The live app has subscriptions, but during the beta I added a “lifetime unlock” in-app purchase so that beta testers didn’t have to keep re-subscribing due to the accelerated subscription speed.Now that the live app is out, I wanted to offer beta testers a promotional offer code to access a discounted subscription in the live app. However, in my testing, when I installed the live app over the beta app it immediately unlocked everything (as the lifetime unlock was still valid, despite being purchased in sandbox mode)So I added code to the live app to ignore sandbox entitlements by checking the isSandbox flag on the EntitlementInfo (RCEntitlementInfo). This now works as expected, and I was able to purchase a new subscription in the live app despite having had one in the beta, however, today it is failingWhen I try to purchase the monthly subscription in my live app, it tells me “You’re currently subscribed to this” (

How should I setup my products for multiple auto-renewing subscriptions that award credits?

I’m working on an IOS application with the following in-app purchase options:$0.99 - Receive 1 credit per month (Auto-Renewing) $1.99 - Receive 3 credits per month (Auto-Renewing) $2.99 - Receive 5 credits per month (Auto-Renewing) $3.99 - Receive 10 credits per month (Auto-Renewing) $4.99 - Receive 1 credit (Consumable)Users may only subscribe to one auto-renewing option at a time, but they can purchase the single credit consumable without restriction.My question is how should I organize these products as offerings/entitlements/packages/etc.? My current method is:All four auto-renewing products above are associated with a single entitlement Each auto-renewing product has a 1:1 “parent offering” The consumable product has no associated entitlement/offeringThe tutorials I followed all suggest using offering and entitlements, and so I did. However I feel it’s all clunkier than it has to be. Invalid Play Store credentials after changing them

Hi,I recently change the Service Account JSON because the old one did not work after moving app to another account on Play Store Console. I changed it 48 hours ago and I still have Invalid Play Store credentials.I verify that the Service Account JSON hasn’t any space after copied it from RevenueCat page. I double checked that everything is ok after following your guide.You say in the guide that it can takes 36 hours, in the support, you say 48 hours. What the max time should I wait before recreating the service?For the spaces, I entered the JSON with spaces but when I download it from your site, there isn’t any space, you remove them automatically?Do you have on your side more information to help me?Thanks

Users are renewing a sub with a price of 0

99% of my subscriptions are working fine, but I have a handful of users that are ‘renewing’ every month for a price of 0. Their initial conversion was also 0, as is every monthly renewal cost ongoing. Any idea what’s going on? Am I being cheated or is something just being mis-reported?I’ve never changed prices, run any offers or introductory pricing, just a 7 day free trial, which as mentioned above is pretty much working as expected apart from these few anomalies.Thanks

Consumable Purchase via Test Flight

I am testing a tvOS app that has a subscription and two consumable product IAP. The consumable product IAP works properly when running the tvOS app via Xcode. However, when running the same app via Test Flight, the consumable IAP does not allow the purchase of a second exact consumable and instead provides this message: “The In-app purchase has already been bought. It will be restored for free”. Again this is a consumable purchase so there should be no restoration and the user should be able to purchase it as often as they want. This again does NOT happen when running via Xcode. The consumable IAP is set as consumable on App Store Connect and is not associated with any entitlement here on RevenueCat. I am obviously concerned that if it’s happening on TF that it will happen in production as well. Why is this occurring?  Thanks.

Best way to extend a subscription?

What would be the best way to give the user a free month if they are already had a subscription? We want to implement a referral reward system in our app and the user can redeem multiple free months separately so we would want them to stack if possible.I’ve seen that both iOS and Androids have Promo Codes we could give to users but those seem to be for new users:https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/ios-subscription-offershttps://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/android-promo-codesI did see that RevenueCat has an API to extend this as well, but wasn’t sure how that would work. Attributes show wtith delay in user's dashboard

Hello,I have found out that attributes (like ip, adjustId) etc are shown with a delay in the user’s dashboard.I didn’t manage to understand how long this delay is or it needs a new app session to be updated. Is this true only for the dashboard or it influences the events send to integrations as well? Thank you.

Retrieve packages/products on web for Flutter app

What happens if I use a different android proration mode?

I have read in the docs that Reveuecat currently only supports IMMEDIATE_WITH_TIME_PRORATION for android upgrades/downgrades. However I wanted to clarify exactly what this means. If I were to use a different proration mode is it only the revenue/pricing that is reported incorrectly or would the expiry/renewal dates for the subscription/entitlement also be wrong?For background we use the revenuecat event webhooks to issue users with our own premium entitlement and so we would need an accurate expiry/renewal date for the subscription to be passed in the webhook.Many thanks in advance,Lydia

Double Tap to Pay

How to enable double tap to pay feature for users? We have integrated RevenueCat into our flutter app and configured the products successfully. We are still pre-launch so our testing is currently in Sandbox mode. Currently when testing the pay flow the user sees the paywall successfully, but there is no option to allow the user to double tap to pay. Instead there is a password field that the user must enter to authenticate their purchase. Is the double tap feature just not visible due to the Sandbox mode or is there something we’re missing? I’d rather use RevenueCat for managing user subscriptions than have another provider in front of RevenueCat that handles taking payments for users. Thanks in advance!

My API get a list of my products (from my server) and display it on app. I'm using revenuecat only to do the subscription.The problem is that, for each country with his own currency, I need to display the right price, it means, my server doesn't know what is the users country to provide the correct price from Apple.There is a way on Revenuecat for me send the SKU and get the price based on the user's country?
