Hi. I’ve been playing with the different charts trying to figure this out. Here’s an example of what I am trying to see:For June’s new user Cohort, every paid/converted subscription (whether there is a trial or not), broken down by Product. Basically, right now, I can see how many new subscriptions of every type started in a given month which is great, but I have no idea which cohort they came from.It does seem like I can get this info if I do Conversion to Paying and then one by one filter for each Product and export the data, but this is a time consuming way to do it.Lastly, when filtering, it would be amazing that if after selecting to filter for a specific app you’d only seeing related products for that app when selecting the product filter. In my case I have to sift through 50+ products in a small window that doesn’t show the full name. Even just changing the css to show the full name of each product would help. Thanks for the help!

Is it possible to grant a promotional subscription in the sandbox environment, as opposed to the production environment? When using the dashboard to grant an entitlement to a user, it always says "environment": "PRODUCTION".I’ve read that users don’t relate to a particular environment, but transactions do. Isn’t granting an entitlement a transaction, and therefore wouldn’t it make sense to grant an entitlement in the sandbox environment?

I want to have token with expiry to be more robust. May be create webhook programatically or upload key file to generate JWT or use Firebase Auth. 

Hi there, I’m having trouble trying to match data from the scheduled csv exports to the data as displayed on revenueCat dashboard. Can someone please assist? I’m not sure where I’m going wrong with my querying. For instance, to count actives and actives lost for the month, I count the distinct user id grouped by start date, then for lost I group by unsubscribe_detected_at instead. However, my metrics do not match what is on the dashboard. I’m off by a few hundreds sometimes.

I've run into a challenge with the RevenueCat platform and was hoping someone here might have encountered a similar issue and could provide some guidance. Situation:I've been trying to import my IOS in-app purchase products into the RevenueCat for dashboard. While I've followed the standard procedures and ensured that my product identifiers in Apple's App Store Connect match those I'm entering in RevenueCat, not all of my products are appearing on the dashboard, there are 20 products but only 10 products are showing up when import. The products are on IOS side is still not send to submission but I think it should show up on revenuecat regardless of their status. Steps I've Taken:Double-checked the product configurations in App Store Connect. Verified the integration of the RevenueCat SDK within my app. Refreshed the RevenueCat dashb

My revenue cat dashboard is not showing the in app purchases from last 3 days and all the purchases are getting refunded automatically. Is this happening with anyone else?

How can we explain the fact that we observe different results in our data for each variant on Experiments and on RevenueCat tables when filtering for each offer? Example for the number of conversions : - On our RevenueCat dashboard, filtering by offer: 51 for the Control variable and 37 for the Treatment variable.- On Experiments: 106 for the Control variable and 123 for the Treatment variableHow can we explain these data differences?

To get an Apple Notification forwarded, in the console, in the iOS section there is a field Apple Server Notification Forwarding URL that I can forward incoming iOS notifications to: In the Android section of the console, I couldn't find a field I can forward incoming Google notifications to. How/where do I forward Google Server Notifications?

When I initially set up my Google Play App I could import products automatically from Google Play with the “import” button:https://revenuecat.releasenotes.io/release/1eSGh-new-import-subscription-products-from-google-play-consoleProducts > new > Play Store > (no more button) but only the form to do it manually...So this worked a few days ago. Now I wanted to import some more (new) products from there but the button is just no longer available?Is this feature disabled now?

Hi,When i buy plan with different user but In RevenueCat Dashboard It show all user is same. It show current buy plan user.

It would be nice to have a chart for Last Seen Platform Version, such as a pie chart for all customer’s Last Seen Platform Version (like I don’t mind if I can’t see the trend of it, just a chart for current observations of all users is good enough)I am asking for this because Apple’s watchOS does not report app usage analytics at all, over at App Store Connect, so it’s hard to gauge whether most users are, for example, using watchOS 8 or watchOS 9, at present, which makes decisions like whether to drop a specific OS version, at a certain time, hard without this useful data.Also, as CSV exports don’t include this data, there really isn’t a good way to make use of it currently for my case.Please consider, thank you!

Hello,my existing paywall won’t support experiments because I constrained it to support only 2 packages (monthly/yearly), so I’ll have to wait for my upcoming app update to be adopted by enough people to trigger it. Wouldn’t it make sense for you to add the app’s build number as an enrollment criteria?This could also let us tie an experiment to a significant app update.Thanks

I know you can grant entitlements via the RC dashboard. How do I revoke the entitlement? (Edit: to elaborate: I purchased the entitlement in a sandbox on iOS. I now want to revoke that entitlement so I can test the flow again).

I am building an iOS app, I use RevenueCat for my in-app-purchase feature. In RevenueCat dashboard, it shows my monthly active users and my active subscriber, I want to hit the same api and display these informations in my iOS app, dose RevenueCat provide such an API for us to use or we are not allowed to use these information outside of the dashborad?

Hello everyone, we’ve been running various experiments with revenuecat for some time and finally I found myself quite confused as to how to interpret the results.Setup:Control: tier5 - has monthly and yearly subscription offeringsTreatment: tier6 - has a different monthly and yearly subscription offerings QuestionsWhy are all offerings mixed into both Control and Treatment arms? We clearly separate and would like to test tier5 vs tier6. Follow up: Why totals include offerings from a competing arm? E.g. Treatment arm (tier 6) is 820 in total and includes 14 yearly offerings from tier5?I’ve read through all the articles and discussions, but can’t really get it. Would really appreciate any insight here. 

Hi there, is there a way to create a filtered customer list based on custom Attributes? We would want to use this in order to create a Customer List filtered through a list of “blacklisted” internal accounts we do not want to count towards our sales and user statistics. If there is another way to make this happen, I would love love to hear some tips and best practices. 

When we open Products page app.revenuecat.com/projects/PROJECT_ID/products, it only reveals the first 1000 products.On this page this call to internal API happens api.revenuecat.com/internal/v1/developers/me/projects/PROJECT_ID/products. Seems like there is a limit (1000). In our case we have more than 1000 products across many of our apps (76) inside one project. Any suggestions on what we could do with this? Maybe there is a way to paginate the results of this API call?

Can somebody help me, I’m stuck!  I’m trying to set up purchases in my iOS app with Revenue Cat.in my app I have 4 products (different training plans: 2 - are monthly subscriptions, 2 - non consumable IAPs). One of my subscription product is kind a PRO, by buying it I should grant access to all 4 programs. But I don’t understand how should I organize my offerings and entitlements so that buying this one PRO product gives access to all other products. What I’ve tried. I made 4 offerings for each product. and made 4 entitlements, 3 - per each separate products and 1 pro entitlement with all 4 products. And what I get - if i buy one of non-consumables I open 2 entitlements - one for this product, and the pro one, that also contains this product. This is definitely not what I want.  I would highly appreciate any help!!! 

Hi,  I started exporting RevenueCat events to segment after about 4 months of purchases. I am trying to gather transaction data for the past year however which includes this period. I’ve exported customer lists of all paying customers, but I believe they only have the `latest_product`, not the transaction date. Is it possible to gather this data some other way?

Hey all,  I have a question for the wider community, as well as RevenueCat mods & contributors. I, like most people, who lean heavily on RC .. absolutely love the service. Not to mention it’s support, its amazing SDK and the hours/days/weeks it has saved me. As soon as I realised how important RC was for the development of my indie-app developer journey, I opted for the Starter plan.If I’m completely honest, I didn’t really know the difference between the Free and Starter .. it just felt like the obvious choice, and I was also sooooo far away from $1,000 MTR 😃 ** STOP PRESS **I’ve never reached the MTR threshold to require a RC payment .. but in the next month or two, I hope to do exactly that 🎉 back to my questionWhat are Starter plan customers doing, that I’m not ?Everything in Free plus charts, customer lists, webhooks, Slack

I’m researching different ways to do our next feature and I have some doubts about if RevenueCat can handle the following use case: We want to build a cashback feature with certain rules based on the app usage of the user in a given period of time. To be able to do that we need to know all the payments received in a given period of time to be able to calculate the amount of money to cashback and to whom.Is there a way to easily do that with RevenueCat? An example flow that might be enough: Every first of the month, we can download a .csv file with a list of events occurred in a given period (past month) including: userId - amount ($) - event (renewal/initial_purchase) - timestamp - duration (monthly, annual) - productId 

First off, I have read everything in this thread and was not able to resolve my issue.My user count (both “Active Users” and “New Customers”) counts on the RevenueCat dashboard appear to be roughly double the actual count as I am tracking it internally within my app. I am using anonymous user IDs. My app is pretty basic and all I do is call Purchases.configure once on app launch -- my understanding is that this is where the unique customer is either created or retrieved but I’m not exactly clear on the logic here or how it happens.Anyway I’m using React Native and so I call .configure() in the export default function App() { … } function. I have also added logs and searched my entire code base to confirm that this is the only call and that it only gets called once during usage of the app.
