Why am I getting “Internal Server Error” when trying to access some of the sandbox customers under Renenue Customer List Data? 

Furthermore, the error is not always consistent - when I revisit certain sandbox customers, the error may appear, even though moments ago, they were fine with the yellow banner. 

Is the subscription monitoring not stable with the sandbox data, given its nature?
