Paywall character limit 14 000

In a nutshell, same story as in the other post, but now I'm hitting the 14000 limit as well. E.g. in English:I would not say it's too much info, especially given that Google would not approve the app without this extra info.

How to configure in-app purchase of non-consumable feature - entitlement or no?

I am building a game app for iOS/Android where a user can purchase individual levels of the game or subscribe to have unlimited access to all. The levels are typically all priced the same so I currently only have 1 product created on the app store for iOS. Can I use that one product to entitle the correct level in the app for the user utilizing revenuecat or do I need to create a new product for each individual level?Right now there are only about a dozen levels, but I expect to get to hundreds over the next 6 months. My plan was if I were to offer a premium tier of levels that cost more as an in-app purchase I would create a new product, but if all of the levels cost the same I was trying to save myself the hassle of creating a new product for each new level.Is it possible to manage which level users should have access to based on a single product purchase? How would that work? I searched through documentation to try and figure this out myself, but if I missed some key documentation I

How many subsicriptions are are a reasonable upper limit to have?

Hello everybody I am working on a MVP and evaluating RevenueCat for our usecase.  We will be launching with an iOS and Android app. The current business plan is to add many new subscriptions over time, each subscription giving access to a different digital experience/products.Initially this will be 5 or 6, but if successful it will qiuckly become dozens or even hundreds.  How many subscrptions have people maintained in both stores using RevenueCat?  Does anybody know if there are hard limits? I am worried about starting down an impossible path!  Any advice/experience in this area would be appreciated. Thanks in advance Chris

Questions about PRO and SCALE plan

Hi there, Sorry i looked already on the community but i couldn’t find the exact answer. From my understanding RevenueCat is free if my monthly intake are lower than 2500$, when i reach more than 2500$ i’ll be charged the 1% of the whole.My question is, when do i need to switch to the Scale Plan? Is there a limit for the free plan, for example: it automatically switches to Scale Plan when I reach 3500£ MRR ? From my understanding, i can choose PRO plan forever, doesn’t matter how much MRR i make, or it will automatically switches to SCALE plan once i reach a certain limit? Thank you very much,

how to integrate a consumable product with an edge function

Hi community, in my app i want to sell tickets, that allow users to generate a new game. The game’s content will be created by an edge function that calls a third party API. I read the documentation, but I am not sure about how to integrate this. I want to check if the user is entitled to generate the game not only in the app but inside the edge function as well, to prevent bad actors to abuse the edge function which would result in a bill on my end (the third party API costs money) . What would be the best approach to achive this?

Issue with Google Real-Time Developer Notifications in Latest Release

Hi, I am currently using RevenueCat in my Flutter app, which has been successfully released on both the Apple Store and Google Play. In-app purchases are functioning correctly on both platforms, and there are no issues with the latest releases.However, I am facing a challenge exclusively with the Android version: specifically, the configuration of the "Google Real-Time Developer Notifications". Although all other setup steps have been completed successfully and validated, I encounter an error when attempting to complete this final step.Attached are the necessary screenshots from the RevenueCat dashboard, confirming that all steps preceding this one have been completed without issue, and from the Google Play Console, highlighting the error encountered during the test notification process.Your assistance in resolving this specific issue would be greatly appreciated. Delete subscriptions with active users

Hi,We want to delete old subscription products on both RC and AppStore Connect to avoid new users being able to switch subscriptions (we created them in the same subscription group).Do you know what is going to happen to users that still use these subscriptions? Issue when removing product from project

Hi I am struggling to fix issues with RC regarding revenues from consumable IAPs (iOS).Thus rather than have those products tracked within RC I wish to remove these specific products from my projects whilst leaving other products (my subscriptions etc) intact.However, when I attempt to remove the product from the project I receive the message, “There are transactions in the system using this product.” and the product remains in my project.The products I am trying to delete are not associated with any entitlements or offerings and stand alone as single use consumable products. Can anybody suggest anything here please?Regards,Alex

What is the day of a subscription churning? Is it the day the user unsubscribes? Or the day of the billing subscription date?

Is a subscription still considered active if the user has cancelled - but the subscription hasn't reached the end of the current period? For example if I cancelled my subscription today, but billing would have restarted on the 25th, am I considered an active subscription still in RevenueCat until the 25th? Or does the churn reflect today since I cancelled today? We have noticed some of the number of subscribers changing like on Jan 1 it was 63 but then changed to 64 randomly later. We are wondering if the above reason is the reason for the RevenueCat subscription numbers varying slightly over time.

I have seen this error sometimes:Cannot read property 'productIdentifier' of undefinedWhy would RevenueCat have an incomplete response when: const info = await Purchases.getCustomerInfo();Then I access by:info?.entitlements?.active?.[entitlementName]?.productIdentifier This only seems to be in production, of course.

do revenuecat-stripe purchases work for web in an expo app?

I developed an EXPO app for ios, android and web. I am able to successfully purchase using Revenuecat in android and ios devices, but the web version doesn’t trigger the stripe payment screen. I get this error. Free Trial ending reminders

We're building an iOS and an Android app that uses RevenueCat to manage the subscriptions.There's a free trial period and we'd like to send users an email 2 days before their free trial period ends.  It sounded like maybe one of the webhooks could do that, but we weren't sure.  Is it possible with a webhook or is there another method you suggest?

Retrieve all User Alliases

Hi, I need to get from an Alias, all aliases related to that one, for example, if a user created the account with alias `1`, and changed the alias somewhere to `2`, and then `3`, and so, I want to be able to retrieve all other aliases just by sending one to RevenueCat.I’ve tried with the EP https://api.revenuecat.com/v1/subscribers/{userId} but it doesn’t retrieve that data.I’ve found a related post but the only answer said that on API v2 it would be possible, and I didn’t find anything in there in order to do that. Thank you!

Can you use iOS In-App Purchase Key for multiple apps, not just multiple offers?

When adding an iOS In-App Purchase key to prepare for StoreKit 2 support, I see that in the docs it says You can use the same in-app purchase key for all of your offers. Can someone confirm that you can also use the same IAP Key for all of our RevenueCat Projects? We have multiple apps in the App Store, and each is configured with a different RevenueCat project. Can we use the same IAP key for all of these projects, or do we need to create one for each Project? The key is created in App Store Connect at the account level, not tied to any specific app, so it seems plausible that we are intended to use the same key for multiple projects / apps within RevenueCat.

Restore Purchases issue Flutter - iOS

Hello,I'm encountering an issue with my Flutter app's in-app purchase (IAP) functionality, particularly with restoring purchases on iOS.My app offers a non-consumable premium version that provides lifetime access to certain features. However, during the App Store review process, I received a rejection due to the following reason:Guideline 3.1.1 - Business - Payments - In-App Purchase"We found that your app includes a feature to restore previously purchased in-app purchase products by entering the user's Apple ID and password. Random Localised paywall shown on iOS.

Why do I see different localization on my paywall created via revenuecat paywalls on TestFlight? I’ve configured different locales in the revenuecat’s paywall localization section but whenever I launch the Testflight version of my app, a random localised version of paywall gets shown. I want to know if this happens only on TestFlight users or can it happen for App Store users as well.

Trouble

Sorry for the title (posted a bit too fast) but doesn’t seem to be editable. Hi guys! First time using RevenueCat, I’m having trouble to understand the Offering / Packages / Paywall concept. My use case is simple. I have two subscription level: pro and pro+ and each one can be subscribed to monthly or annually (pro is included into pro+). Pro+ allows a bit more features than pro.So, I have two entitlements, pro and pro+ and 4 products (pro_monthly, pro_yearly, pro_plus_monthly and pro_plus_yearly).  Now, I’d like to display this products in my application, so I’m configuring my default “Offering”. In this offering, I’m supposed to attach “Packages” composed of my “Products” but it seems I can only attach one product per package (the product is replaced as soon as I try to add another).I’d like to display my products grouped by entitlement type (pro and pro+) but don’t understand how to do that. Am I supposed to group them myself in my application? Should I have one package = one produc

My paywall has yearly and lifetime subsciption. I can’t find the way to replace the chinese of lifetime to the right word since now the meaning of 寿命 is the actual lifetime. The right translation should be 终身.
