How to delete a sandbox user??

Hi All,

We have all read the documents on how to delete a sandbox user, but couldn’t find an exact solution. We see 4 active users which are our tests https://prnt.sc/dxie0_1PhtCO , but cannot see or delete these users and cannot test our subscriptions from these devices. And stuck with it. :(

 

Also cannot click and select this sandbox data https://prnt.sc/gMjo7P8ldX5z 

 

We also couldn’t find from the dashboard https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/dashboard-and-metrics/customer-history/manage-users where the manage users menu is 😥

So if anyone can help it will be really appreciated 🙏

Hi,

Happy to help here. It looks like there aren’t any active sandbox subscriptions on your account any more, so that’s why the toggle doesn’t work on some parts of the dashboard. If you go to a customer’s page (e.g.,  https://app.revenuecat.com/customers/<project_uuid>/<app_user_id>), you’ll see the “manage user” card where you can delete that test user from RC.
