Can't fetch promo offers for iOS product (Flutter SDK)

When I call getOfferings, discounts field is always an empty array even though there are promo offers configured for that store product in App Store Connect. What should I do?

Where to edit descriptin passed in getOfferings() ?

I’ve setup my payments with various subscriptions in Play and Apple store. All working fine. I need to however change the description that is displayed in my payall. I am using flutter and get offering fromofferings = await Purchases.getOfferings();I cannot see where, I can update the description of each offering? Is this in revenue cat, or the app store(s).. eitherway I can’t see where to set it?

Purchases.getOfferings returns "Error: There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details" on Android

So I followed the official revenue cat website set up process.I’m using RN and I plan to publish my app to android first then to the app store (So right now I’m only focusing on Google Play).So after following this sample example : https://github.com/RevenueCat/react-native-purchases/tree/main/examples/MagicWeather. I got stuck on the Purchases.getOfferings that was returning : `Error: There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details.`Here is a screen shot : I’m pretty sure I did everything correctly so why isn’t it working ?Also I’m using a developement build (maybe I can’t test RC with it, I don’t know), and my app isn’t published on the google Play I have created a closed Track especialy for it but I still didn’t send it to get reviewed Moreover the app bundle that I uploaded is a dummy app (the app only have a Text saying “Hello world !”) with the sole purpose of enabling Google Billing so that I can creat IAP products (I’m only using IAP I don

I’ve implemented revenuecat for in-app purchase with google play. I’ve done all steps carefully, but when purchasing in testing mode, it gives this error “This version of the application is not configured for billing through Google Play. check the help center for more information”. I have wasted more than a month solving this error. Nothing works for me. Please help.Thanks!

Getting "Purchases offerings error" & BILLING_UNAVAILABLE."

Our Android Live app is seeing a lot of the following errors when users try to pay for our app. Recently, a lot of users with newer Android phones are also having this issue so don’t believe it’s a Google Play version issue. Does anyone know what is causing this? "Purchases offerings error" {"code":3,"message":"The device or user is not allowed to make the purchase.","readableErrorCode":"PurchaseNotAllowedError","readable_error_code":"PurchaseNotAllowedError","underlyingErrorMessage":"Billing is not available in this device. How can I get information on Google Play and Expo about how many purchases the user made at one time?

Users sometimes purchase a single product 10 times. I couldn't find the log for this. The log entry for purchasing a product only provides the total number of purchases. How can I access the data for the quantity of a single product purchased in a single transaction?

When I try to buy with Expo, I get this log [Error: One or more of the arguments provided are invalid.] but I can view the product product information and package information. what is the reason for this ridiculous error? I will add images of my codes. logs Phone Error How can i fix that ?

Purchases.getOfferings(); hangs after upgrading RevenueCat to latest

Hi,Here are the packages I have in my pubspec.yaml file.cloud_firestore: ^2.5.3firebase_core_web: ^1.1.0cloud_firestore_web: ^2.4.3firebase_core: ^1.7.0firebase_auth: ^3.1.2provider: ^6.0.1firebase_messaging: ^10.0.8firebase_crashlytics: ^2.2.2firebase_analytics: ^8.3.3purchases_flutter: ^3.0.0 I run everything in Flutter stable channel version 2.5.2.I tried using flutter channel beta version 2.6.0-5.2.pre as well. The iOS version of the phone is 15.0.1. And I run tests on Iphone 7 (physical device, not a simulator). The app works perfectly fine on Android but it hangs at the start of the app when I call the following function:Offerings rcOfferings;rcOfferings = await Purchases.getOfferings(); And the getOfferings() function never returns.. It was working perfectly fine before.. During the update procedure, the only change I made is the following:Remove the following: Purchases.identify(rcAppUserId);And instead use: Purchases.logIn(rcAppUserId); Is this a known issue? Multiple offerings vs custom identifiers

Hello, It’s unclear from your documentation what the recommended approach is when a company has two subscription levels (e.g. Basic and Pro). The Entitlements documentation clearly shows two separate subscription levels of “gold” and “platinum” in the images (below), but then the Offerings documentation only really explains what to do if you have a single subscription level (and then you choose the Monthly, Annual, etc identifiers). The recommendations on the forums seems to go from “use separate offerings” to “use a custom identifier”. Based on the example image you have on the entitlements documentation below, I’m assuming you’d recommend keeping both tiers in a single offering, but using customer identifiers instead of the default ones (e.g. gold_monthly, gold_annual, platinum_life, etc).I’d strongly encourage you to add this 2-tier setup to your Offerings documentation, since it’s a very common scenario, and it was really unclear to me what the best approach was. Developer action needed on Subscription

Hi, I am new to iAP and Subscriptions. After 10 years, i decide to go free app with subscription and i realized after my app approved theres something wrong. I edited some field in the appstore connect and i cant submit new version with the subscription. I am attaching a screenshot, for the appstore localization, it says waiting for review. And in the subscriptions section, it says developer action needed. How to get out of here and submit the new version with the subscription successfully for review?

How do you disable existing subscriptions?

Currently we have 6 active monthly subscriptions products on Apple and Google, however we want to reduce this down to 2. If we disable/delete the other 4 what will happen to the users that are on those subscription products? Will their subscriptions renew at the end of the month?

Eligibility of introductory offers is not shown correctly in iOS sandbox account

The following code published at https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/subscription-guidance/subscription-offers#checking-eligibility is unable to detect the trial offer eligibility correctly in the sandbox environment. Is there any solution to this? Thank you! Whats the process when a user creates a subscription in iOS / Then pulls in entitlements on Andorid

Hi,I am hoping somebody can help with some logic behind how to handle the following scenarioThe user installs my app - purchases a package (there are 3 levels) - lets say they do this on ios in the AppStore. They then install and login to my app on Andorid device - they can ‘restore purchases’ on this device to pull in the entitlements from RevenueCat and I can manage access etc. ?? .. but what to do/how to handle - if a customer wants to cancel subscription - or upgrade/downgrade subscription ??I have got the subscriptions working fine, with cancel link, and upgrading/downgrading etc …. however I am a little confused as how to handle what to do if a customer wants to cancel subscription - or upgrade/downgrade subscription if the original subscription wasn’t purchased on the current device app store ?If I use the same code that works fine when device is installed on native app store device… I get an error - which seems obvious as it will be checking the current Android/iOS subscrioti

Hi RevenueCat,We're interested in testing new prices in a few different countries, but up until now, we haven't been able to see how the different countries convert, as the summary on the experiments page summarizes all of the countries. To better understand the behavior in the different countries, we were thinking of starting multiple experiments, each with only one country. However, this made us reflect on whether it is even possible to run multiple experiments simultaneously.Can you help us out?

Promotional (Granting Entitlement) Event

I need a way to notify our backend when a promotional entitlement is manually granted to someone in the Revenucat dashboard. I don't see an event of this type being emitted via webhooks. Does anyone know how to work around this, or what the chances are that the Revenucat team could add this functionality? ;)

Stripe payment IDs

Hi, We’re trying to set up Stripe for web payments.According to the documentation, we need to send with the RC API a POST request with the following parameters: subscription ID and the app user id. The subscription id is the id we get when creating the subscription with Stripe starting with `sub_` correct?For the app user id, the documentation says:the Purchases SDK needs to be configured with the same App User ID associated with the Stripe subscription.Does that mean we have to pass the customer id from the Stripe transaction or it can be any id?

No offer id for new Google Play products in Segment events

Hi there,It looks like in events sent to Segment the product_id for new Google Play subscription products is the <subscription id>:<base_plan_id>, however it doesn’t give any details about which offer the user purchased. Would it be possible to either get an additional offer_id field on the event, or change the product_id to also include the offer id, e.g. <subscription id>:<base_plan_id>:<offer_id>.Thanks,Lydia
