When I call getOfferings, discounts field is always an empty array even though there are promo offers configured for that store product in App Store Connect. What should I do?

Has the user you’re testing with had or currently has an active subscription? This is the eligibility requirement for promotional offers - if you’re seeing a null discounts field, the user is most likely not entitled to the discount.
