In the SDK docs it is mentioned that the SDK caches user information. What is the TTL on the cache information? How stale can the information get? If a user leaves the app in the background for a few days does the SDK refetch information when the app is opened back up? https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/purchaserinfo#get-user-information

Entitlement is active after a refund

Hey,I can see in my app (iOS) that users who become premium users (subscribers) and then claim for a refund, they still considered to have isActive true in their entitlement. To check that - When I start the app (in the appDelegate), I use the PurchasesDelegate to check what the current status of the user when he enters the app:if purchaserInfo.entitlements[Constants.entitlementID]?.isActive == true { // USER IS PREMIUM} else { // USER IS NOT PREMIUM }Hence, I assume that if a user asked for a refund he will no longer be entitled to be active, but I can see that users are still getting isActive true. What am I doing wrong? Is anyone else encountered that?Or, is there other if statement that I can do which is more accurate? Thanks!

Getting 429 - TooManyRequests on Get Subscriber

Getting a 429 on the https://api.revenuecat.com/v1/subscribers/app_user_id request. The response body has this: {"code":7638,"message":"There is another request in flight trying to perform the same action."}The requests are made from backend webhook code where two webhook events for the same user get load balanced to two completely different servers. So, I do have 2 outstanding requests for the same user. I'm wondering if there is a way around this since the amount of work to coordinate a single outstanding request per user isn't trivial.Thanks,Ken

Renew subscription automatically

Hello, I am facing a weird problem. I purchase a subscription by flutter app. Then I see the purchase info in recent transaction in dashboard in revenue cat. That's fine. But if I log out and login in app, I see another renew transaction in chart in dashboard. Why a new renew purchase create automatically. I don't understand . Please help me.

My Credit card showing up for testing instead of Test Card

I have added my self (my main email id that is on my android device) as a licensed tester and also as internal tester. But when I try to make a purchase It shows my actual credit card as payment method instead of Google Test Card. My app is upload as internal testing release at Play Store. What am I doing wrong here?

My iOS SwiftUI app is in Testflight, everything seemed OK, but since this weekend, there is this strange behaviour. When the app is run for the first time, everything works fine. App can't fetch offers when app is under review but works fine in TestFlight

Hello! I am integrating RevenueCat with Flutter, and so far everything was working good. I added subscriptions in the last version and they seemed to work good. However, when I added a new version and submitted it to review to Apple, the review team can’t seem to fetch offers in the app and hence the new version is getting rejected. It works fine in TestFlight, and in Android, and I can't reproduce the error on my side. But the app review team keeps getting the same error. Any ideas why that might be?

Error fetching offerings on iOS

Hello,I came back to a Flutter project that was working fine few months ago. I’ve updated the purchases_flutter package and now I can’t fetch the offerings on iOS but works fine on Android.After reading the Why are offerings or products empty? post I’ve noticed that I had a new Paid Applications Agreement so I’ve accepted but after 2 I still getting the error.I’ve checked all the possibles causes mentioned in the post but I don’t understand what the solution 3 means: If you're trying to fetch products from the App Store, ensure you're not using a StoreKit Configuration file I don’t know where is the problem. iOS product information (priceString) cannot be obtained correctly with Flutter

I want to display the amount based on the Product information obtained from Offerings. However, when I check it on the actual iOS device, "Price String" is displayed as "XXX 120.0" etc., and the currency part is not displayed well. Andorid's device will display "¥ 120" without any problem.AppStoreConnect information is set at ¥120 as shown in the screenshot.

Xcode 15's PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy/Privacy Manifest: What if developer uses anonymous app ids only?

As Xcode 15/iOS 17 deployment is nearing, I have began looking at the new PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy / Privacy manifest stuff that will be mandated next year.Having seen the latest commits in GitHub, I realise that NSPrivacyCollectedDataTypeLinked of PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy for NSPrivacyCollectedDataTypePurchaseHistory is set to true. (https://github.com/RevenueCat/purchases-ios/blob/7087218ed675e828fd1f97b5c25d4e1ef1609392/Sources/PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy#L21-L22)However, if we look at https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/apple-app-privacy#2-purchase-history-linked-to-identity, the previous advice on this topic, when we need to fill the privacy labels for the App Store, Purchase History Linked to Identity does not apply to those using anonymous user ids only. In that case, provided that if a developer only made use of the anonymous user ids, wouldn’t the Privacy Manifest be somewhat inaccurate? (though, I have no idea on how one could avoid this, either.)

Hi! 👋🏻 We’re in the final stages of our testing of some StoreKit 2 features before fully calling it ready for production, and we’d love your help! Context: Starting with v4.0.0, our SDK already uses StoreKit 2 by default on compatible devices for some features where the StoreKit 1 functionality was problematic, buggy or unreliable, and StoreKit 2 is essentially guaranteed to be an improvement (like checkTrialOrIntroDiscountEligibility). For devices that aren’t compatible with StoreKit 2, it defaults to a StoreKit 1 implementation. However, we haven’t enabled StoreKit 2 by default for making actual purchases. We’ve tested it extensively in Sandbox and StoreKit Test (see our blog post on how we test our SDKs) but we need to see how well StoreKit2 behaves in production before calling it ready. Supporting "App Store Promotions" (in-app purchases that show up in App Store search results)

Hello!I’m trying to add support for “App Store Promotions” so that one of my in-app purchases can be shown in App Store search results. Apple asks us to make sure our app “supports the SKPaymentTransactionObserver method to process this transaction.”I would like to confirm that by setting up RevenueCat on initialization of the app, that I support this.Can someone please confirm either that I am good to go to turn on this promotional IAP, or guide me in the additional code I need to add to my app to support this? Google Play custom promo code link not working (but manual input is)

Hi! Deep link clicks to apply custom promo codes isn’t working (cf screenshots) in Android. If my code is “BETA”, I’m using the link https://play.google.com/redeem?code=BETA as specified in your doc and in the google play doc. Inputing the same code, “BETA” here, manually in the payment prompt in my app works. I’ll add that deeplinks for single-use promo codes work (using the same link construction rule as for custom promo codes, so if my code is 123456789 the link https://play.google.com/redeem?code=123456789). Any idea how to make deeplinks for custom promo codes work? Best,Jane

Customer List is very slow to load and doesn't appear to reflect new customers or changes to state?

Hi Folks,I really want to love RevenueCat since it comes so highly recommended by so many people, but I'm having a few issues that are making that hard. The first is that the Customers List page (https://app.revenuecat.com/lists/) is very slow - a fresh load takes ~6 seconds before any information is shown. Looks like there are 2-3 requests that are queuing in the backend to me (me, subscriber_lists and manifest). These requests are taking nearly ~2s each.The `query` request can also be slow, around ~1s. Timing from Safari: And query:Note that I have less than 10 customers, I am a little worried about what might happen when I (hopefully) have hundreds.The second problem is that (unless I’m doing something wrong, which is very possible) even after I’ve waited for the list to load it doesn’t appear to accurately reflect the state of my subscribers. For instance, if I register a new customer via AnonymousID it doesn’t appear in any of the lists, I need to search specifically for that ID

Share subscription between multiple devices with the same Apple ID

Hi,I’m using revenue cat in a flutter app to manage subscriptions. Users are not logged in, I’m only using anonymous App User IDs. It works like a charm.However, a user has subscribed on his ipad and cannot use the entitlement on his iphone. He has an error when he tries to subscribe to the same entitlement.If I add the restore purchases method, will that solve this issue ?Or do I need to log in users ?Thank you for your help

ERROR: 🍎‼️ There was a problem with the App Store.

I’m getting a successful “response” from the native iOS purchase dialog (it gives me the check and the happy ding sound) but RevenueCat fails. Unfortunately, the failure also takes like 30 seconds to be responded to so beyond it failing, the failure is a bad UX and it’s not really clear how to handle it. Below are the debug logs. Call to Purchases.shared.getProducts(["my_product_id"]) is returning 0 - can someone help?

Hi,I’ve setup my App Store Connect with a test product and added to RevenueCat too. Also installed the latest version of RevenueCat in my iOS app - now I’m trying to do a test subscription purchase on a physical device from within my app but hitting a problem.I see all the initialisation debug messages from RevenueCat in the XCode debug window - however, when I’m making the call to Purchases.shared.getProducts([“my_product_id”]), RevenueCat is not returning any product back. The SwiftUI code I’m using is pretty much exactly the same as posted by @Michael Eovine in his post from a few weeks ago @ Note: I was hoping the RevenueCat documentation would help provide some useful details but surprisingly there’s only one single mention of ‘getProducts’ (see https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/ios-native-3x-to-4x-migration#api-changes-1) and it’s in the context of it replacing the ‘products’ call. Managing Multiple User Accounts on Same Device

Hello RevenueCat community,I am experiencing a challenge in managing in-app subscriptions for multiple users on the same device. Here's the situation: User A has an active subscription and is logged into the app on a device. User A logs out, and User B logs in on the same device. User B doesn't have an active subscription, so they are correctly presented with the paywall. When User B attempts to purchase a subscription, Apple's system sends an alert that a subscription already exists (referring to User A's subscription). Upon dismissing the alert, the purchase process proceeds, and User A's subscription gets linked to User B's account. When User A logs back in, they are incorrectly presented with the paywall, and RevenueCat's records show User B as the owner of the subscription. In this situation, my goal is to keep User A's subscription linked to User A, and alert userB that there is already an active subscription linked to the current appleID, and therefore cannot proceed wit
