I’ve developed my app and included in-app purchase features. I’ve written the code and added the buttons, but when clicked, I get a “package not found” error. From what I understand, Apple needs to approve the in-app purchases and review my app during the initial release.Following Apple’s documentation, I created new subscription systems, added screenshots and necessary texts, and marked the in-app purchases when submitting my app for review. However, my app keeps getting rejected multiple times. They encounter a “package not found” error when trying to make a purchase.In the review feedback for subscriptions and in-app purchases, they also mention that they cannot approve the in-app purchase products because the associated app has been rejected.I’ve contacted Apple Support, and they explained that in-app purchases and the app are reviewed separately. However, I can’t publish my app without including in-app purchases, and I can’t get the in-app purchases approve

I am testing the purchase flow for the Play StoreI can make test purchase subscriptions and verify the entitlements through RC.I can see the transactions in the Play Store console, and in the Recent Sandbox Transactions list on the RC Overview page, but if I go to the Customers page, there is only one user in the premade Sandbox list, where the user has 1 App User Id (it’s an anonymous one)I made a new list of users where “Made Sandbox Purchase” is false, and can see a different user there, with 1 App User IdIn the Recent Sandbox Transactions list, I can see two users with unique anonymous App User IDs (i.e. there is no crossover or sharing with the App User Ids above) and with transactions.These users aren’t appearing on the Customer page in any list. Purchases.getOfferings() is working fine on ios but not on android, there are no errors in Logcat.I’m using Capacitor Js. I checked the implementation for google play console and revenuecat dashboard and everything checks out:Credentials are valid with 3 check marks, Package name is matching. The subscription is active and imported to revenuecat in products, offerings, and entitlements. There is an active closed testing track with testers Tested on a real device Added the same testing emails list to License testingwhen calling Purchases.getOfferings() nothing happens, no errors or callback, nothing, it just hangs.I cant find where the issue is as there are no errors to look into, i’ve beed struggling for a week now, can anyone help me?  

Hello!I got this alert:  I’m using "react-native-purchases": "6.7.0" in my expo react native app.I wonder if that version supports Google Play Billing 6? Updating "react-native-purchases" to newer version(7.0+) will fix that problem or should I look somewhere else to fix that?

Hello everyone,I’m building an app which has a subscription model. The subscription should give the user some credits to use inside the app every month ( let’s say 200 credits per month ). I have a backend that is handeling this logic using webhooks.But what happens when someone issues a refund for their subscription? how do i deal with the credits that have been given to him? Is it a good idea to deduct 200 credit from a user if he issued a refund?

I am trying to test purchases in TestFlight on watchOS.Unfortunately, I get the following user-facing alert: “Account not in this store: Your account is not valid for use in the U.S. store. You must switch to the Czech store before purchasing.” Buttons: “Change store”, “Cancel”.Tapping on “Change store” opens the App Store. An empty sheet slides in for a second, then disappears. That’s it. The issue is not resolved.This all sounds very wrong, I am in the Czech store all this time. On a paired iPhone, everything works flawlessly.Any tips?  

Hello allI have a collaborator who I don't know how he did, but he lost the 2FA application and can't recover the account and doesn't know what he did with the backup codes, I deleted the user from our list of users and when I add him again he continues to leave the Ask for the board to put the code. Is it not possible to delete the user and configure it again?

Does RevenueCat have any guidance on gift subscriptions for digital content for iOS / Android apps? It seems like it’s possible to do entitlements via the API, but I’m less clear on what Apple / Google’s policies are regarding gift subscriptions.  For instance, is it possible to have a stand-alone Stripe page for a gifting user (User A) to make a gift purchase of a subscription… then my system would generate a code to send to the recipient (User B). Then, when the receiving user (User B) downloads the app on iOS / Android, my app could grant User B an entitlement (e.g. https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/api-v1#tag/offerings/operation/get-offerings) for the period of time User A has specified. I think this all technically seems possible, but it is allowed from the perspective of the App Store / Play Store? Any guidance is welcome

I am looking to be able to show unlocked features in a web based version of my app. If I make it so users can subscribe in either the iPhone or Android store but still access un-locked content on the web or desktop versions?  

Hi,When I go to Integrations > Mixpanel > scroll down to Integration Events, it looks like there are 2 simultaneous events each time, with different but related payloads. Hi all,We wanted to confirm the behavior of purchaseStoreProduct and whether a fulfilled promise of this method guarantees that the payment will always be successful. Or is it possible that a transaction created by a successful call of this method can later fail asynchronously? We are using this method to purchase non-subscription, non-renewable, consumable products. Right now we’re assuming that a successful `purchaseStoreProduct` call is evidence that a user has made a valid payment, but would like someone to confirm that we don’t need to handle any other potential asynchronous payment errors via webhooks.  Thanks,Playback Team

I'm working on a Flutter app that uses subscriptions.I've purchased a subscription on iOS using an Apple Sandbox User. When I run the app on iOS and check the `customerInfo.entitlements.all` content, I see two entitlements: one for the promotional trial and another for the sandbox subscription (which is correct since I’m assigning a trial entitlement when the customer is created). I have the same app running in production on two iOS devices, both devices are logged in with the same Apple ID.The App on both devices are logged into the same user account.The app calls `configure` with the same RevCat user id, and then calls `getCustomerInfo`.On the iPhone: the customer info shows the correct active entitlement.On the iPad: There is no active entitlement.I’ve tried logging out, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but this behavior persists.What’s causing this? Is there an easy way to pass Apple Search Ads attribution to mix panel? Either within the client app, or from the dashboard? I don’t see a way to query the attribute data in the SDK, and Im not seeing a way to add this in the mix panel integration RC admin view. What am I missing?Thanks!

Previously, the revoke entitlement endpoint would remove the entitlement and the subscription that would appear in the get_customer API call. After admob and iap test When I checked Revenuecat, I saw an error with the "Store Status Incompatible product." I couldn't understand if it's my fault or not. I’m looking at integrating RevenueCat into a newly released Flutter (Android only at the moment) app that doesn’t currently have subscriptions.The app was Kickstarted, and one of the reward levels for backers is to have a subscription for 1 year for free, with the next level being free ongoing annual subscription for the life of the app.Is it possible to have these subscriptions automatically applied to a list of email addresses through RevenueCat, or is that something that would need to be initiated on the Play Store side?If the latter, do you know what the best practice to achieve that is?
