I would like to know that, is there any case I could not get the subscription details through api even if I have an active entitlement.

It was working fine this morning. Since 2pm IST, I am not receiving their entitlements in the revenuecat subscribers response
 

Hi! Could you share which app you saw this in and a few of the app user IDs where you saw the issue so that I may check the logs on our end? Additionally, if you would rather not share this information publicly, you can start a private support ticket in the Dashboard.
