Is there an "admin" API for resources such as offerings/packages/products/entitlements?

We would like to either be able to create/update/delete offerings/packages/products/entitlements programmatically, or at least get a web hook notification in our backend when these are created/updated/destroyed.Is there anything like that implemented or in the works? Is there any way we can get this data by polling if not?We’re trying to implement a series of things on top of RC for handling promotions and our backends need to be aware of what the existing offerings/packages/products are. Right now the best solution we have is to manually create things in both the backend and RevenueCat, but that’s very error-prone.

Logging Braze Purchase Events vs Custom Events

Hello!  We have an integration from RevenueCat to Braze to capture Subscription Events.  These events are flowing into Braze as Custom Events, however they should be considered Braze Purchase Events.  Does anyone have any guidance on how to make this happen? We are using the default event names in the the Braze integration setup as shown here in RevenueCat.According to both the RevenueCat and Braze Documentation, if the event has currency/revenue it should be recorded as a purchase event, specifically initial_purchase_event and renewal_event. https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/braze https://www.braze.com/docs/partners/data_and_infrastructure_agility/payments/revenuecat/#step-1-configure-braze-settings-in-revenuecatThe logging of Purchase Events (vs just Custom Events) is important because it allows us to leverage certain Braze features, only available for purchase events as shown here.Here is an example of initial_purchase_event being logged in Braze as Custom Events vs Purchase Events e

Incorrect AppsFlyer ID in AppsFlyer Integration

We have an AppsFlyer Integration that occasionally uses the customer_user_id as the appsflyer_id. How do I change eventTime parameter that sent from RevenueCat to AppsFlyer change to UTC?

We send purchase process in RevenueCat to AppsFlyer by integration.AppsFlyer receive the following abbreviated JSON data.{“appsflyer_id”: “12345678", “customer_user_id”: “ABCDEFGH", “eventName”: “trial_converted_event”, “eventValue”: “{\“af_revenue\“: \“10.00\“, \“renewal\“: \“true\“,   \“af_currency\“: \“USD\“}”,“af_events_api”: “true”,“eventCurrency”: “USD”,// It’s JST time.“eventTime”: “2022-03-09 10:43:01.000”,…………} Our timezone is JST, so eventTime parameter is currently in JST.But We somehow want to set eventTime to UTC and send it to AppsFlyer.Please let me know if you can shed any light on this.

Revenuecats Facebook Subscibe Events arent usable in IOS 14+ campaigns if ATT prompt is not accepted

I want to optimize a facebook campaign for the "Subscibe" event (user purchased abo).The Revenuecat Facebook integration made that event available in the Facebook Conversion Api, but it doesn't seem to work for IOS users who did not accept the ATT prompt. Here @tina claimed that the events are still being sent to Facebook but without the IDFA, if so are the events still maybe unusable for the Campaign because Facebook doesnt know how to map the Subscribe Event to the according Campaign perhaps?

Can not complete Play Store configuration

Hi RevenueCat, I have completed the instructions to the “T” on this page:https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/creating-play-service-credentials and have made a json key correctly. No matter what I do, I am still receiving an error such as the one in the image below:  My service credentials start out like this: :”my-app-service-credentials@pc-api- “The “pc” in there is no problem, right? What should I do now to fix the problem since the credentails are not working and seem like they have never even been created? **This error is happening on revenueCat. I have not done anything with the android app.**  Thank you!

Which Stripe events do I listen to in order to post receipts

I followed this guide to send events directly from Stripe to RevenueCat.  I also saw this link for sending our tokens to RevenueCat which must be done before the above events (I think). I send the token during “checkout.session.completed” but it doesn’t look like that event is happening. Should we be posting receipts from “invoice.payment_succeeded” ? Might be good to put something about this in your docs.

Hi, Post reuest to API https://api.revenuecat.com/v1/receipts{"code": 7116,"message": "Invalid Stripe. Make sure your Stripe account is properly connected."}Stripe is showing as connected in RC.Is there some doc or a way to fix this issue?

What event is tracked when the user repurchase after they stop the subscription during free trial?

Hello. We are sending events to Amplitude and Braze.Corresponding to the document, I can know that when the user repurchases the auto-renewing subscription product after a lapse in their subscription, it sends “renewal”.But, I am not sure this is also applied for the the free trial cancel case.If the user stop subscription during the free trial, and then they repurchase again, in this case, it is also tracked as “renewal”?

Send events to multiple Amplitude projects

Is it possible to send events to more than one Amplitude project? I have different Amplitude projects for iOS and Android, so I would like to send all RevenueCat events to both projects. However, I only see the option to add one API key on the RevenueCat API integration page.

Reconciling Amplitude Data

I’ve been using the Amplitude integration to help understand my customers better, but I can’t make the data there reconcile with RC. Because I’m focussing on converting users, for the purposes of this question I’m only interested in new subscribers and one time purchases.Here’s the revenue chart in RC for last week:https://cln.sh/MN7GLCIf I extract what I think is the same data from Amplitude here’s what I get:https://cln.sh/4fb2dLThe timezone on my amplitude project is set to UTC, which I understand is the same as RC (I’m in the UK anyway so UTC is good for me :)  Is there something else I missed? The Amplitude numbers are always lower by varying amounts, this makes it hard for me to be confident doing experiments, especially with pricing.

Linking apple dsubscribers to external tools

Hey,  We’re using RevenueCat in conjunction with a few other analytics/reporting tools. I’m trying to link iOS subscribers between RC and some of those other tools.What I’m trying to do is link an RC subscriber to their Apple SubscriberId (which we get when we download the subscriber report from AppStoreConnect).All I see in the RC webhook is a “transaction_id” but I’m not able to link that. Has anyone had success doing this type of link in the past?

Stripe => Revcat => Appsflyer integration

We connected stripe to revcat. This allows us to let users subscribe on our own website, and automatically unlock access to the same subscription. We send all our paywall events (Initial Purchase Event, Trial started Event, Trial Converted Event, etc) to Appsflyer; however we would like confirmation that the same paywall events coming from stripe are also making their way to Appsflyer. Can you confirm that it is being taken care of in your implementaion?Also, what attributes can we use to distinguish paywall events that are strictly from the mobile app (revenue cat) versus the ones that are go through stripe? --

Send product it to Adjust

Hi, We would like to know in Adjust which subscription the user has taken from the moment it starts a trial period. For now, we can try to guess it once the user has converted based on the revenue associated but it is not precise and if the user doesn’t convert, we have no way to know which subscription it was.Is there a way to identify the subscription clearly with every RC event sent to Adjust? Thank you for your help.

Renewals not not showing active in dashboard checkbox

Hello , I renectly started using revenuecat and its working perfectly fine that is what we saw in the trials . But recently we got one subscription and the checkbox under renewal is not active . I thought it might get active after the subscription renewed . But then the subscription did not get renewed . Now i do not know whether user cancelled it or there was some setup issues . Can anyone tell me whether the checkbox becomes active when the user subscribes stating that it will be renewed monthly . Or do i need to check anything specific when doing revenuecat setup that i am doing wrong . Happens for both iOS and Android

How to integrate with Stripe Connect?

We use Stripe Connect to manage our customers who are business with their own customers. Each of our customers has their own products.Is it possible to create a one-to-one mapping between a RevenueCat project and a connected account in Stripe (instead of our main Stripe account)? If not, is there any workaround?

Subscription not showing up in AppsFlyer

Hi, I recently conducted a test where I installed via an AppsFlyer Onelink and bought a subscription. In AF, the install is attributed correctly, but the subscription event never showed up (nor the associated revenue). The subscription event and revenue is sent via the RevenueCat integration with AF. Here’s a screenshot of the payload coming from RevenueCat:   Why didn't the revenue show up in AppsFlyer?  A few final notes: The subscription was a test subscription (conducted via Apple's Sandbox).  Notice the event name in RevenueCat is "renewal" (not "subscribe"). That's simply because I've used my Apple ID to purchase test subscriptions before.  The way we have the AppsFlyer SDK set up, we give it our own userIds to use. We give the same userId to RevenueCat (and all our tools). You'll see this userId in the RevenueCat payload as "customer_user_id".  Notice that the RevenueCat payload doesn't contain the IDFA. Perhaps this is the reason the subscription event isn't attributed correctl

Subscription expiration WebHook

Hello!I’m implementing RevenueCat in my application in order to handle user’s subscriptions. I have my own database and I want to set both “premiumLevel” and “expirationDate” (so I can use the benefits of Firestore sockets). I have a few questions:When a INITIAL_PURCHASE event is triggered, I am fetching the newest data in the subscribers endpoint and then getting the user’s id of my own database via aliases. Is that approach correct? When a EXPIRATION event is triggered, I am just updating my own database and setting premiumLevel to false and expirationDate to null (no request to subscribers), is that okay? Do I need to look up for other event types or the INITIAL_PURCHASE and EXPIRATION are enough to keep my database updated?

Do refunds get sent to AppsFlyer?

Hi,  We’re setting up the RevenueCat > AppsFlyer integration. This allows RevenueCat to send subscription-related events to AppsFlyer, so we can tell which advertising campaigns are performing the best. Most importantly, RC will send proceeds data to AF, so we can tell how much money is coming from each campaign.  Here’s my question: What happens if a user gets refunded on each of our platforms (Apple, Google, Stripe). Does RC pick up on the refund? Does RC send the refund to AF, so AF’s proceeds reporting is accurate?  Thanks,  Toby

GCP ETL New and Updated Transactions

Hello, I’m using the GCP ETL integration to export my transactions.I botched the initial setup, and so deleted it and set up a new version. On this version, I had the “Receive new and updated transactions only” box checked.Unfortunately it is only exporting the new and updated transactions, without providing me with that initial full set, as per the docs - “The first delivery will always be a full export even if this option is selected.”. Presumably this is because I have previously used the integration, despite having deleted it and re-installed. Is there a way of setting it up from scratch, with ‘new and updated transactions only’, and still getting that initial full data set exported? Many thanks. George

Per seat pricing with Stripe

We’d like to implement per-seat Stripe subscriptions with RevenueCat. I saw the documentation on the topic and I have a few questions. Our goal is to create a per-seat billing system similar to what you would find on Figma or Loom. The system would imply that:users are able to create teams and add members to the team using emails when adding a new seat/user in the team, the admin’s subscription will be billed accordingly (price x number of seats/users) members of the team would appear as paid subscribers in the Stripe SDK Revenue is counted only onceA few questions:What would be the best setup to integrate this with RevenueCat? I saw the Stripe Integration page, but it seems to imply a user-to-subscription link. Would a workaround be to link multiple users to a single Stripe subscription?

Revenuecat Facebook Ads Attribution Integration without IDFA

I would like to apply Facebook Ads Integration to track subscriptions generated from Facebook Ad campaigns. My question is even if the ad tracking has been disabled by the user meaning revenuecat cannot collect idfa as identifier, yet is the attribution cycle completed accurately? I mean does the attribution integration without idfa let me see how much revenue the campaign generates precisely on facebook reports? Is facebook anonymous id enough for tracking campaign’s revenue?Thanks.

We want to append following attribution details to our users in RevenueCat:$mediaSource, $campaign, $adGroup, $ad, $keyword, $creative. We have found out how to map data from AppsFlyer for $mediaSource, $campaign, $ad from the following link:https://support.appsflyer.com/hc/en-us/articles/208387843-Raw-data-field-dictionary-V5-#field-availability-by-reporting-tool Even after contacting their support we’re not sure what data should we use for $adGroup, $keyword, $creative. Can you please help us?

Hello, My Stripe account is associated to RevenueCat.I have 3 yearly subscriptions in Stripe and the renewals are not automatically sent to RevenenueCat.1 year ago I have tested renewal process with daily subscriptions and it was working fine. Thanks in advance for your help.Alexandre
