Firebase customer collection entitlements and sandbox status

In the iOS SDK, you can check an entitlement for a customer and determine if that entitlement is in the sandbox environment or not.  For the same customer, when looking at the Firebase collection setup via the integration, the entitlements object has nothing indicating if the entitlement was granted in the sandbox or the production environment: "entitlements": { "pro": { "grace_period_expires_date": null, "product_identifier": "pro_1199_1m", "expires_date": "2024-08-01T20:03:48Z", "purchase_date": "2024-08-01T20:02:16Z" } },The only way I can think to determine if this is in the sandbox is to match the product_identifier for the entitlement over to the subscriptions object and see if is_sandbox is set. Is there a better way to do this?  For a given product_identifier, will there only be a single matching entry under the subscriptions object, or will there potentially be multiple entries?

3rd part integrations: first time purchas event

Hello RevenueCat team,We are heavy users of your 3rd party integration feature: we do send events to Adjust and our custom webhooks to obtain realtime data, which is great.At this point, we are willing to send a unique event for the very first purchase of a user. This would be very valuable for many use cases, such as product analysis (first purchase CVR or cost-per-first-purchase are much more common metric in higher-IAP share games) and UA campaign network [esp CPE] optimization.Would you please let us know your thoughts on this? It would be an event like “first_purchase”, for example.Thank you very much and keep up the good work

How to give promotional offer on server side?

I have a use case at the moment where a user who is subscribed to an autorenewable subscription can invite a friend and receive a free month. On Google this is pretty straight forward to implement. The problem is on IOS. I saw we can use the promotional offers in order to implement this. The problem is that I offer that free plan on the server side and the promotional offers can be purchased only on the mobile app side. Is there any way to purchase a promotional offer on our server side?

Which is best way to filter subscribers in MixPanel?

Hello!We use MixPanel as our source of truth and we have created a cohort with certain filters to get all the active subscribers. We have followed the same filters as RevenueCat but still the numbers doesnt quite match:Active Subscriptions shows the number of unexpired, paid subscriptions at the end of each period charted.For the current period, the number indicated is the current active subscriptions. Subscriptions that have auto-renew disabled are still counted in Active Subscriptions. Refunded subscriptions are counted as active between their start date and their refund date.Active subscriptions is important as a measure of the number of individual, recurring relationships you are currently serving and is a proxy for the size of the business. So I would like to know if there is someone how has made a cohort or report that gives the same results as in RevenueCat that can share it with us.This is the cohort we created:RevenueCat - Active Subscribers CohortJust for you to know, we have

Stripe Integration | RC auto-connects Stripe product even though it already exists in RC Dashboard

In our old question there was a reply stating we’ve duplicate products & some of them has no entitlements. Unfortunately, the question’s comments were blocked for some reason so we couldn’t reply there. It’s true that we had duplicate products but those products were never connected through the dashboard nor we used the API to add them.They appear after we successfully submit stripe subscription id as fetch_token to https://api.revenuecat.com/v1/receipts. While product with same stripe product id already exists in the RC dashboard. We’re not sure why and how that’s happening. But it may be worth mentioning, we’re listening to the invoice.paid as we’re using stripe checkout session which automates a lot of stuff. But it shouldn’t matter because we’re submitting the correct subscription id. For further clarification, this is how we’re handling creating stripe session:And this how we’re sending the Stripe subscription id to RC servers

How to run pricing tests with Superwall

I just want to check I’m not missing anything here: If I want to use Superwall for my paywalls and run pricing experiments, then I need to:administer the experiment/choort allocation in superwall track the results in RevenueCat using a chart which is segmented by offeringDid I miss anything? Is there a better way?

Is "rc_trial_start" the same event as "in_app_purchase"?

Hello,we used the event `in_app_purchase` to track the purchases that where made in our app. Sadly, that event has stopped firing after updating the RevenueCat and Firebase Capacitor Plugin.Does someone know if the event `in_app_purchase`, which is automatically collected by the firebase sdk, is the same as `rc_trial_start`?Firebase Events Docs: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/9234069?hl=en&visit_id=638606024194872788-4062852051&rd=1Thanks in advance,Marius

It wasn't possible to connect, are you sure the URL is correct?

Hi,  I’m trying to send TEST Event to my newly created server with ssl certificate activated. But, I always see this error  It wasn't possible to connect, are you sure the URL is correct? But, I can access the endpoint using Post Man without any issue. Please, advice what should I do to diagnose this error.  Any help is appreciated. Thanks, JA

Event properties with '$' and without in Amplitude

Hi,When reviewing events in Amplitude that I get with RevenueCat integration I noticed some event properties are doubled with ‘$’ and without. For example $product_id and product_id contain the same info.Which of these properties should I rely on when, for example, filtering data in Amplitude?Thanks!
