Stripe subscription renewal not synced

Hello,

My Stripe account is associated to RevenueCat.

I have 3 yearly subscriptions in Stripe and the renewals are not automatically sent to RevenenueCat.

1 year ago I have tested renewal process with daily subscriptions and it was working fine.

Hey @Alexandre DERRIEN ,

Is this issue still occurring? Additionally have you disconnected and re-connected your Stripe account at all? Even if it was a couple months ago?

Hi,

I already had a reply by email. The bug was caused by the deconnection / reconnection from Stripe Account.
