Available Metrics in v2 API endpoint

Hello,I’m currently working on the ability to retrieve the data from RevenueCat via the API v2. Is there a way to have historical data, especially for the count of active subs and trials? Moreover, lots of different information are missing such as the renewal rate or the refund rate. Can we have access to it via the API? Finally, is there a way to split the data on the country or at least create filters to retrieve specific data?

SUBSCRIPTION_PAUSED doesn't trigger EXPIRATION event

The documentation says “The subscription has set to be paused at the end of the period. Please note: You should not revoke access when receiving a SUBSCRIPTION_PAUSED event, but only when receiving an EXPIRATION event (which will have the expiration reason SUBSCRIPTION_PAUSED).”However, an EXPIRATION event is never triggered. Is this just an issue with sandbox?

Slack webhook returns response 400

Good afternoon.I have set up the Slack Webhook as per the instructions but whenever I send a test webhook or also with the test purchases in the sandbox, I always get a response 400.The curl hello world from the Slack page works perfectly and I can see the message in my Slack channel.Perhaps something has changed in the way Slack expects the messages to be formatted? In the sent json I don’t see the “text” field that I see in the Slack test webhook.Thanks a lot.

RevenueCat / Intercom integration doesn't send user id from stripe purchases

SUBSCRIPTION_EXTENDED: Expiration date in REST API and Webhook event

Hi there!We encountered a peculiar situation with the SUBSCRIPTION_EXTENDED event (PlayStore). Here's the user flow:2024/03/15: The user subscribes (INITIAL_PURCHASE) with an expiration date of 2024/03/22. 2024/03/22: The subscription is extended (SUBSCRIPTION_EXTENDED) to a new expiration date of 2024/03/23. 2024/03/23: A grace period begins due to a BILLING_ISSUE/CANCELLATION, with a new expiration date set for 2024/04/06. 2024/03/25: The subscription expires (EXPIRATION), with an expiration date of 2024/03/22.However, the /subscribers/${userId} REST API method began returning an expiration date of 2024/04/06 after the third step and didn't update beyond that. Given these events, when did the user lose their entitlement?Was it on 2024/03/25, after the EXPIRATION event? Or on 2024/04/06, after the grace period ended?If the entitlement was lost after the EXPIRATION event, why does the REST API continue to report 2024/04/06 as the expiration date?

Stripe subscription with future start date

We run into a use-case that seems like an edge case but ends up being more common that you’d expect.User subscribes via App Store, let’s say an annual plan that ends on 2023-01-01. In the middle of the subscription, user now wants to be billed through Stripe (receiving a promo code or something like that). It is too late for a refund. User cancels their App Store subscription, though it is still active until 2023-01-01. User wants to purchase their new Stripe subscription but only get billed once their App Store one ends in the future.There are a few ways to do this:Just not support this at all, and force users to wait until their App Store subscription expires before they purchase their Stripe subscription (less than ideal). Let the user purchase their new Stripe subscription, but with a really long trial duration so that during the overlap period, they have the canceled (but non-expired App Store), then on 2023-01-01 when the first one expires, their Stripe trial ends and they get bi

Incorrect Firebase revenue with RC integration

Hello,we have noticed that starting some months ago that our reported revenue in Firebase Analytics is out of whack in such a way that Firebase shows around 3x revenue than real one for iOS app. We have enabled the Firebase integration (https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/firebase-integration) via the appInstanceID to get the revenue data in Firebase. According to Firebase docs, the SDK captures purchase events automatically for StoreKit 1 and there is no way to disable it (https://firebase.google.com/docs/analytics/measure-in-app-purchases, https://github.com/firebase/firebase-ios-sdk/issues/2435). Could this be related to RevenueCat reverting back to StoreKit 1 some time ago from StoreKit 2? Although even if the purchases were logged once by RC and once automatically by Firebase that still wouldn't add up to 3x the revenue. Is anyone else using this setup and run into similar issues? Disabling the RC Firebase integration seems sort of like a solution but then when new version of RC start

Asapty integration

It would be great to have a direct Asapty integration. It’s possible via webhooks right now, but it would be so much nicer to just have a button. From my research, they seem like a fantastic ASA provider.

"The receipt is not valid" when customer.subscription.created

Do both `rc_trial_converted_event` and `rc_initial_purchase_event` fire at the same time when a user completes their free trial and pays for the first time?The definitions are:Initial purchase: A new subscription has been purchased.Trial converted: When an auto-renewing subscription product converts from a free trial to normal paid period.In another post you replied:Are both rc_trial_started_event and rc_initial_purchase_event sent, when Trial is started? Or is it only the trial one?You’re probably sensing a theme here, but just the rc_trial_started_event will fire here. Not clear from your Flow charts as rc_trial_converted_event is not there, you’re showing initial_purchase and renewal.

after upgrade getOfferings() is broke..

Integrating with OneSignal

More detailed documentation on pub/sub

Hi,is there a more detailed information on pub/sub and revenue cat?I read this but its not working like this: https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/google-server-notificationsI can't enable pub/sub via the link on the first point. Is google cloud billing needs to be active for this? I tried to create it manually, a push subscription but Im not sure about the settings and the revenue cat push url.

Web purchase work flow?

Can some one outline the workflow process for a subscription purchase on a website then redeeming it on an iOS app, for example unlocking a feature? I understand the purchase on iOS workfowiOS app initiate purchase > revenuecat > ios appstore to process payment > revenuecat > iOS app to unlock feature What is a web flow look like? , especially one with a stripe payment process? I know a user ID will have to be set on a website.

How to get price paid from user/subscription

Hi all, looking to use the Revenue Cat API to dynamically set the price of a subscription within my app - looking at the API docs I’m struggling to find a way to make a GET request with either a UserId or SubscriptionId to get the price of a subscription. Is there a way to do this currently, and if so - how?

Webhook came with huge delay (question for revenuecat it)

Please have a look at this customer:https://app.revenuecat.com/customers/64393e08/044c7fb8-183a-4928-be54-44b513ccd58aAccording to the history he bought a subscription with us on 19th August. But the webhook was fired today. This is a delay of 5 days which is totally unacceptable for an in app payment.Please verify whether the buy date (19th Agust) is really true or an errorAnd if it is true, you have to make sure such delays won’t occur anymore. Such huge delays can make customers get really mad and make them want their money back.

Apple Search Ads data not showing up

Hello everyone. We are doing user acquisition over Apple Search Ads and 90% of traffic is coming from there.In last 2-3 days most of my trial or purchase data do not show any Search Ads info like keywords etc on RevenueCat panel (on right side when I tap on purchase). Previously there was no issue. Anyone experiencing that? PS. I have not updated the app codebase since 2 weeks.

What is the order of the transferred_from array in the webhook payload

Hi,We are implementing webhooks and would like to know if there is a specific order the id’s come back in the `transferred_from` and `transferred_to` arrays. During our testing, they seem to be a little inconsistent *Update*I should probably clarify that I am referring to the transfer webhook jic someone is reading this, down the line and it isn’t clear.

Mixpanel: Parallel Trial and regular cancellation/renewal events?

hello!I am wondering if both events are sent in parallel to Mixpanel in following use cases:User cancels the trial period: rc_trial_cancelled_event and rc_cancellation_event both, or just the trial one? User keeps the subscription after the trial period: rc_trial_converted_event and rc_renewal_event both, or just the trial one?I am asking because of the Trial flow descriptions in the webhook section of the documentation, where trial events are not present: https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/event-flows#initial-purchase-flowI am wondering how this translates into the events sent towards the Mixpanel.

Why do we have data discrepancies, even though Mixpanel uses RevenueCat events?

We use Mixpanel as our Analytics tool, which has RevenueCat events fired for trial start and trial convert. However, our number of trial starts and trial converts, as well as the revenue in the latter event do not add up to match the numbers in the RevenueCat dashboard.e.g.:May: Trial starts in Mixpanel = 1,573May: Trial starts in RevCat = 1,235^ this is a 21% difference... June: Trial converts in Mixpanel = 574June: Trial converts in RevCat = 521^ this is a 9% difference… The event is from the same source, as we use the Mixpanel in-app purchases integration from RevenueCat https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/mixpanel I’ve used the data discrepancy article from RevenueCat, which doesn’t include the answer:  Any ideas why these are different? This is crucial for our OKRs and revenue tracking
