Are there any plans for an official Capacitor plugin?

I’m using Ionic with Capacitor.The RevenueCat documentation recommends using a cordova plugin, but Ionic has been in the process of migrating away from Capacitor for the past few years, and this is now the only Cordova plugin in my app.There’s already a capacitor plugin on github but I was wondering if there are any plans to release an official Capacitor plugin as well.

Can I check if the user is currently in the free-trial stage?

Is it possible to check on the client-side if a user has an active free-trial?Under the settings page in our app, we want to display a button that says ‘Cancel free trial’ that helps the user with their subscription management.I would like to only display this button to users who have an active free-trial, not to regular users or paying users who are not in the free-trial stage.Is there a RevenueCat option that I am missing? Or would I have to hack something together to make this work?Thanks <3

Stored properties cannot be marked potentially unavailable with '@available'

I just updated my xcode and my computer with the new apple updates that just came out and now RevenueCat is making my project not build correctly because i keep getting this error in one of their files “Stored properties cannot be marked potentially unavailable with '@available'” What should I do to fix this?

react-native android app crash after purchase

Purchases.setup() missing in Expo

Apologies for a basic question. This is my first RevenueCat project…I’m running an Expo managed project for React Native. react-native-purchases is installed and imported. I can call setDebugLogsEnabled successfully. But I cannot see a “setup” method on the Purchases object? If I type the code to run setup() I get the following error:What am I missing?Thx!

What can cause Error Domain=SKErrorDomain Code=0 "(null)" in production?

For the last 30 days our app got 137 errors where NSUnderlyingErrorKey is Error Domain=SKErrorDomain Code=0 "(null)", the problem occurs only in production and for different product identifiers. With very few other errors that brings about 0.5% fail to success payment ratio. Is there really something we can do to prevent this issue?  What is the usual payment fail to success ratio you see across other apps? What is the conversion from tapping on CTA (for example “Continue”) on the paywall (initiated the appearance of system pop-up with payment details) to Successful payment?

androidx.core version 1.7.0-alpha02 dependency causing Android build errors

The Flutter library for RevCat depends on androidx.core:core-ktx, and Google’s latest version androidx.core 1.7.0-alpha02 is causing Android build errors and preventing app deployment. Is there anything RevCat can do to address this, or anything you’d recommend we do on our end? Our pubspec.lock/yaml file haven’t been updated in a while so not sure why Google’s latest change impacts us.  For more details on our issue:Running our Android emulator without any new changes or library updates suddenly started breaking with `error: resource android:attr/lStar not found`. "Header 'RevenueCat-Swift.h' not found" and "Could not build Objective-C module 'RevenueCat'"

I integrated RevenueCat into an app written in Swift and SwiftUI. It worked all well until now.All of the sudden Xcode throws these two errors when building the app: Could not build Objective-C module 'RevenueCat'At the import RevenueCat statementHeader 'RevenueCat-Swift.h' not foundIn a modul.modulemapThe Content of the modulemap is as followed.framework module RevenueCat {  umbrella header "RevenueCat-umbrella.h"   export *  module * { export * }} module RevenueCat.Swift {    header "RevenueCat-Swift.h"    requires objc}  The weird thing is, that after rebuilding the app once or twice, the errors disappear.However, if I try to archive the app, they pop up every time and prevent Xcode from archiving the Build.I updated to the lates Xcode version some days ago, beside that there's nothing special that could point to the start of the problem.Any Ideas on that?

iOS 15.4 Redeem Cod bug

Hey All,We’re noticed a bug appear on devices running iOS 15.4 having issues when trying to present the store code redemption sheet using the RevenueCat iOS SDK (3.14.1).Purchases.shared.presentCodeRedemptionSheet()The presentation sheet appears, however the expected redeem code page is missing. Instead we’re presented with a “Cannot Connect” with the retry button not performing any action.This is repeatable on all devices running 15.4 and only appears after the update from 15.3.1.Does migrating to the the most recent 4.1.0 release fix this issue for devices on iOS 15.4?Thanks

iOS: Binary doesn’t include the SKPaymentTransactionObserver method.

My IAP Promotions were being held because my binary  “did not include the SKPaymentTransactionObserver method” I haven’t seen anything like this before. I had presumed that this would be included in the Purchases package. Am I missing something, or did Apple? Thanks

How to show annual subscription price per month?

Sorry if it was asked before, I searched but couldn’t find anything :(What is the best way to calculate the price for annual subscription per month/week? I want to show user, how much he/she will pay for an annual subscription each month or week.I see that there is a pricePerMonth property on StoreProduct and it calculates correctly, but it shows only the numbers, without currency symbols such as $.Thank you!

Where can I find original transaction id issued by apple when a user makes a non renewable subscription purchase?

I am using the flutter SDK to integrate IAP to my app and i am using the non renewable subscription model. I want to get a unique transaction ID issued by apple to send to my server to store it if the user wants to refund his purchase in the future.

Purchases getOfferings error 23, for some Android users

Hi RevenueCat team!I know this issue has about 63 😵 questions posted by a community and they have different reasons, so I guess you could be biased not wanting to solve this annoying bug. However it affects to many users and I just can’t let it live, so I’m seeking for your support. The background:I’m using the latest version your Flutter package `purchases_flutter: ^4.10.0`. I’ve been seeing this issue since upgrade to 4.x.The issue appears only for some android users, the app has about 8000 DAU, and in Crashlitycs there are about 200 daily errors related to that issue. For the rest of android users it seems to work fine. unable to track error in React Native

I’m following the supplied examples and was able to list packages and buy one product. Although the process do not reach the end because of a raised error, but the error is very general, and not clear at all. Hi,How can I check if a user has canceled a subscription or trial?If a user has canceled a subscription, his status is active until its expiration date. It's the same with the trial period. Is it possible to determine it was canceled, but at the same time it is still valid? Thanks

Problem with testflight purchase

I have a problem with my app. As long as I installed the app to my iPhone with Xcode, everything was working (Apart from the fact that having configured the products from the Xcode file and not from the App Store, in the end the purchase failed). Now that I uploaded the app to testflight, when purchasing a product I can’t even see the iOS purchase popup. Could It be the fact that there is no longer the Xcode purchases configuration file and that the one on the App Store hasn’t been approved yet? I can I fix that?

Randomly and false-zero-Entitlements returned from purchaseProduct:withCompletion

Hi @taquitos  With the latest 4.0.0-Beta.3, the return from purchaseProduct:withCompletion can have zero entitlement even though it is not true.I can’t reproduce while in debug mode (randomly happens outside the debugger).Attached is a txt file with a log of successful return (I see some errors but not sure how to cancel them).Thanks,
