React Native Purchase 6.3.0 check subscription status not working as outlined in documentation. Please check my implementation?

Swift : subscription goes to active

 I use this code to check the subscription status. How to Resolve Configuration Issues in Flutter/Android Apps with Multiple Environments?

Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for developing and maintaining this solution. I have been facing some challenges while trying to configure my development environment project, and despite my best efforts, I haven't been able to make it work successfully. I have spent several days attempting various approaches, including multiple attempts at uploading the JSON key, recreating everything from scratch, and meticulously reviewing all the checklists I could find. My current situation is as follows: I am unable to read the entitlements in my app, and on the RevenueCat dashboard, I noticed that the credentials require attention. Each item is marked with a question mark, and the message indicates that the validation for any of the three items was unsuccessful.  To give you some context, I have a Flutter/Android app with two environments, namely, "dev" and "prod," and the RevenueCat prod project is functioning flawlessly. I am solely using Google Play for this app, and I have only one Go

Managing Multiple User Accounts on Same Device

Hello RevenueCat community,I am experiencing a challenge in managing in-app subscriptions for multiple users on the same device. Here's the situation: User A has an active subscription and is logged into the app on a device. User A logs out, and User B logs in on the same device. User B doesn't have an active subscription, so they are correctly presented with the paywall. When User B attempts to purchase a subscription, Apple's system sends an alert that a subscription already exists (referring to User A's subscription). Upon dismissing the alert, the purchase process proceeds, and User A's subscription gets linked to User B's account. When User A logs back in, they are incorrectly presented with the paywall, and RevenueCat's records show User B as the owner of the subscription. In this situation, my goal is to keep User A's subscription linked to User A, and alert userB that there is already an active subscription linked to the current appleID, and therefore cannot proceed wit

How to integrate WebHooks with Firebase RealTimeDatabase

I have Apple/Google Notifications linked to RevCat. Every time a user’s subscription is renewed, paused, cancelled, etc, I would like to send/sync that info to the same userId in the RealTimeDatabase,  eg. db schema// anyone under the users ref isn't anonymoususers    -userID_123 // whenever this user’s subscription is renewed/cancelled I need this node to receive the update with the accompanying subscription data I looked at Firebase Integration Docs and it only mentions Cloud FireStore. I went to the Firebase console > Extensions > RevenueCat and it only says that it supports FireStore. I don't use FireStore for my backend, I only use RTDB. 1- How can I sync these subscription updates to the RealTimeDatabase?2- Do you have any links on how to do it with specific subscription data, for example, I only need the renewal and cancellation dates, I don't need all of the other info. I’ve googled around and can't find anything.

“Transfer if there are no active subscriptions” and Apple Billing Retry

After uploading a build to TestFlight and successfully testing it, I encountered an issue when attempting to purchase a subscription again. The error message received was as follows: PlatformException(9, The receipt is missing., {underlyingErrorMessage: , readable_error_code: MISSING_RECEIPT_FILE, userCancelled: false, message: The receipt is missing., code: 9, readableErrorCode: MISSING _RECEIPT_FILE}, null) Upon reviewing various answers and information, it appears that this error is likely occurring due to the sandbox environment. However, I would like to seek confirmation regarding whether the purchase will function properly once the application is submitted for release.

I have a flutter app running with RevenueCat package. A user says he can’t share the subscription of my app to his children via Family Library. Someone on reddit says in-app-purchases doesn’t support Family Library. So is RevenueCat the same?

How to get the Entitlement name from a Package?

I can't restore my promotional entitlements after app reinstall

I have app in production that using anonymous user ids only, no login system. I installed my app to iPhone and get my App User Id from there to add entitlement to myself to test. After I added it to my user id and manual restore in the app - it works, entitlement appear.Then I uninstall my app and install it again to test that RevenueCat will create user id alias for the same device (or Apple id) and that I can restore that entitlement again, but no luck, new app user id didn’t aliases to the first one - it’s just new one without any entitlements.By the way it seems to work when I use TestFlight - after reinstall it aliases and restores my entitlement.Is that bug or something? I thought that it can be the issue with real purchases.

iOS 17 Simulator Issue

Hi there, I recently moved to iOS 17 simulator using Xcode 15 beta 4 & Mac Sonoma.Everything was perfectly working until today but now, I can’t launch my expo app anymore.The build seems to work without any noticeable issue. Here is the issue I get :[StoreKit] <SKPaymentQueue: 0x600000010a20>: No observers found that respond to "paymentQueue:shouldAddStorePayment:forProduct:", will not check for purchase intents I’m using "react-native-purchases": "6.3.0" version. Localising String with Trial Period in it

Hi, So I’m having trouble to translate the string. "%@ Free. No payment now" = "%@ Free. No payment now";%@ - represents 1 Week, that is coming back to RC. The issue is that I wish that word ‘week’ would be included into the string.example: "%@ Week Free. No payment now" = "%@ Free. No payment now";Since translating into Japanese, Korean, Chinese, French, German - it depends on the language where the word Week is. It might not necessarily be right away after the ‘1’. What is the best way to handle this?

There is an issue with your configuration Playstore

Hi Guys, I’m trying to implement in-app purchase with revenue cat in an existing app that is already in playstore and appstore. But I keep getting this error in Android :none of the products registered in the revenueCat dashboard could be fetched from the play store.It works fine in IOS though.I’ve already put a new app (that contains the Billing on Android manifest) on a closed task  and added tester also, and the app in closed test channel is already available in playstore for the tester, followed the steps in this link :  but it still doesn’t work, Can you guys help me please or do you have any suggestions ? Thanks in advance.

react native offerings empty

I have some issues and questions implementing revenue cat with react native and subscriptions...There's a problem with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used).Got rejected on the appstore, as the subscrition didnt workI dont have any offerings, that can be fetched, as they are in status “Waiting for Review” in the appstore, and as I understand a version of the app needs to be approved for release with the subscriptions? So my questions are:- how to get the offerings to be read in sandbox? is sandbox for just payment?- How to approve the offerings in a new version if payment wont work?How to test from xcode using storekit?, on react native I didnt find any info...

Alert "You’re currently subscribed to this..." Bug

I’m testing on a real device.I have a purchaseButton, I press it, the subscription is successful. I stop the app, restart it, and when I press the purchaseButton again, I get an alert with a message “You’re currently subscribed to this..." with Manage/Okay buttons. I press the Okay button, nothing happens, the alert gets dismissed. But if I press the Manage button, .purchaseCancelledError: gets hit using breakpoints and the alert gets dismissed.Now the odd thing is when I press the purchaseButton again, it goes straight to .operationAlreadyInProgressForProductError , at that point I’m able to notify the user that we found their purchase and they can continue on.So to be clear, the flow is1- I press the purchaseButton, and after a subscription is initially made, I stop the app2- After restarting the app, I press the purchaseButton, I get an alert with a message “You’re currently subscribed to this..", however .operationAlreadyInProgressForProductError never gets hit no matter if I press

After Deleting a Transaction from StoreKit, why does RevenueCat still think the Transaction Exists?

I’m new to RevenueCat, read the setup docs, watched some YouTube videos, and I got everything working so far. But I ran into a problem after making a test purchase on a real device.A- In viewDidLoad I run fetchCustomerInfo() to check if the user has subscribed or not. When the user hasn’t, the subscribe and restore buttons are shown. I press the subscribeButton and the transaction is successful. I stop the app, and when I restart, the buttons don’t show, which is correct.B- In Xcode I go to Debug > StoreKit > ManageTransactions > I delete the Transaction, and it says No Transaction.C- I stop the app, open the app back up, and the buttons don’t show, but they should show because there aren't any transactions. I check the flow in step 2 again and it still says No Transaction.D- I go to the RevenueCat console, Projects > My Project > iOS > Customers > Active/Sandbox/Non-Subscription/Expired, there aren't any customers in either of them. There is no data whatsoever.E-

How to migrate from RevenueCat to StoreKit 2 for IAP only?

Hi! I currently have an app that uses RevenueCat - it only has one IAP and has 200 past purchases. I implemented RevenueCat last month (version 4.17.8) and my app only supports iOS16 so I think its using SK2 under the hood.RevenueCat has been awesome, but for my current minimal need (one IAP), I am considering migrating to SK2 until I implement any subscriptions feature. As I read from this [super great article](https://www.revenuecat.com/blog/engineering/ios-in-app-subscription-tutorial-with-storekit-2-and-swift/) I can implement it without any backend.I used the default Purchase.configure method following the tutorial. So I assume storeKit2Settings is set to `enabledOnlyForOptimizations`.I was wondering is it just a direct migration? If I move from RevenueCat to on-device SK2, will my 200 past customers still be able to restore their purchases through `Transaction.currentEntitlements`? Or do I need to export their data and do something special with it. Thanks for your help!

Lost user information who purchased.

I've launched a mobile app integrated with Revenuecat in purchase. We have a serious problem because we didn't configured with app id(email, firebase uid) with revenuecat account and also didn't registered revenuecat uid. So once the users removed app after purchase, we lost purchasing information for them. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Renewal Error - iOS Sandbox

Hi, I have an App with only one subscription of 3 Months and 7-days of free trial.I made a purchase of that subscription, the free trial expired and the purchase was done.I canceled the subscription, and now I want to try to buy the subscription again, I’m getting an error from RevenueCat.  error: domain: “RevenueCat.ErrorCode” - code: 16. I can’t complete the purchase due this error.I also see this error in RC dashboard.  Does any one idea of what is happening?

Ensuring timely monthly item delivery for Pro subscribers

Hello everyone, I want to deliver monthly items to our Pro subscribers and I could use some guidance. My main concern is ensuring that regardless of the subscription type (monthly or annual), our users receive their items on the same date as a monthly renewal would.Currently, when a user purchases a subscription, I have a backend function that communicates with RevenueCat's REST API to check the user's Pro entitlement status and provide them with the initial items for the first month. My aim is to schedule an event for a future date to facilitate the delivery of the next monthly items.This raises the question of how to determine the appropriate date each month, especially considering the varying number of days in each month. I'm particularly curious about how Apple or Google handle these differences, as I want to align our delivery schedule with their approach.  I would appreciate any help!

watchOS TestFlight "Account not in this store"

I am trying to test purchases in TestFlight on watchOS.Unfortunately, I get the following user-facing alert: “Account not in this store: Your account is not valid for use in the U.S. store. You must switch to the Czech store before purchasing.” Buttons: “Change store”, “Cancel”.Tapping on “Change store” opens the App Store. An empty sheet slides in for a second, then disappears. That’s it. The issue is not resolved.This all sounds very wrong, I am in the Czech store all this time. On a paired iPhone, everything works flawlessly.Any tips?
