Does https://api.revenuecat.com/v1/receipts acknowledge subscriptions on android?

We are in the process of migrating old subscriptions to revenuecat and will do this as we release a new version of our app. We will use the receipts API to migrate all old receipts and I think the documentation is clear it can be used for this.My concern is regarding new purchases of users on the old version of the app, when we have also released the new version. The purchases on the old version will go to our backend and in the old version they would be forwarded and acknowledged straight to google play API, but since we’re moving to revenuecat we would instead like to directly forward the purchase token to revenuecat, and not have to bother with the acknowledging.Will RC acknowledge tokens sent via this API or do RC only acknowledge tokens sent directly from google pub/sub to RC?Should I forward these new purchases at all or just wait for RC to get the message from google pub/sub? Thanks

Unable to fetch offerings on andoid - is it related to open/closed track review?

Hi,I’m trying to implement subscriptions in my Flutter app. Right now testing on Android.I have configured app store and revenuecat. The revenuecat status store is OK.But in my simulator I get this error (copied from the debug console):Requesting products from the store with identifiers: gs_3999_1y_1w0Products request finished for gs_3999_1y_1w0Retrieved skuDetailsList:😿‼️ Error fetching offerings - PurchasesError(code=ConfigurationError, underlyingErrorMessage=There's a problem with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from the Play Store. Is this related to app store tracks? In my attempt to solve these issues, I have created Closed and opened testing, but both are still in review. Is this what is causing the issue?Is the issue because I’m using android emulator?I’ve been trying to resolve this for three days now. All the subscriptions are active and the revenuecat status store is OK. Please help!

Managing Subscriptions across Multiple Applications

Hello, I'd like to know if you manage subscriptions on several applications (iOS / Android). Let me explain: I have 3 applications (A, B, and C)On all 3, I'd like to offer the same subscriptions. Each of the apps has its own functions (but they all use the same user account), and I'd like if the user is already subscribed to A, I'd like to offer him a discount for B. If he takes the package A and B, he'd also get a discount for C. Is this possible?I'm at your disposal if you need more details in my explanations.

One subscription to different users

When I subscribe with a user, which is the same email as the cell phone account, then I logout and then I login with another user, this new user appears to me as having a subscription when it doesn't, it's like the subscription of the first user also happens to this new one.

how to purchase in debug mode?

I am missing some fundamental here, noob question.The products are displayed both debug and in internal test (when I build to google play store), i can click purchase in internal test, but cannot do that in debug.I am using flutter. In my `main.dart` I set my configs. await Purchases.setLogLevel(LogLevel.debug);late PurchasesConfiguration configuration;If I’m not allowed to click purchase in debug mode, then where/how do I actually code my app then and see purchase flow?

Handle multiple accounts subscription

Hello everyone,I am creating a market place where a user can register as a seller and subscribe to publish his products, however i managed the subscription flow, but i am facing the issue is when user logs out and login with different seller account, or he create another account, in that case he would have the same subscription and will be able to publish his products.I searched and i found something called Restore Behavior but honestly i did not understand it at all, am using react native . I really need to solve this problem very urgent, any help will be highly appreciate it guys😣

While testing on both ios and android using the same user identifier, i came across a problem ( I think...).If i start a subscription on an ios device, then log into the app on an Android device, will i need to have a seperate subscription for that device? Michael

Dear RevenueCat,First of all, thank you for developing and maintaining this solution. I have been users of your service in production for a few years now. It has been working great. However, recently I start seeing this error message in Google Play Console for my app. “You're using the InAppProduct API to manage subscriptions, which is now deprecated and will stop being supported for new apps in January 2024, and for all apps in May 2024. Start using the new Subscriptions API to get new features including multiple base plans and offers, as well as prepaid plans.”I have some questions related to that. Potential Subscription Error due to pending developer release

Hello all, I recently released an update for an app I created and to ensure subscriptions worked I gave myself a promo code while the app was in pending developer release.Rather than using a promo code I made an actual subscription purchase which went through fine. My bank account was debited and everything was unlocked. I have now a few weeks later reinstalled the app and no subscription can be found when restoring subscriptions. It shows as active in my phone settings subscriptions and when I try to make a new subscription in my app the ios popup says I am already subscribed. Has anyone ever heard of an error where when making real purchases with a pending release it can prevent your receipt from validating thus making your Revenue Cat subscription not work?

Need help with implementing promo codes for subscription discounts

I'm currently facing an issue with implementing promo codes in my app. Currently, my app has only one subscription, but we would like to provide different "promo codes" that offer discounts on the subscription based on the code entered. After reading the documentation on promo codes for Android, I discovered that the Play Console promo codes don't exactly meet our requirements. They only allow for providing free trials to users and don't directly support subscription discounts. However, I came across the "subscription offers" feature and had an idea of creating a subscription offer with the criteria "developer determined." This way, I could create an offer with a discount and maintain a list of valid codes within the app. When a user enters a valid code on the app paywall, the offer with the discounted price should be applied to their purchase. With this plan in mind, I created a developer-determined offer yesterday. Today, I'm trying to find a way to retrieve that offer within the app

Duplicate sandbox transactions

The same sandbox transaction is sent to RevenueCat every time I close and open the app in the iOS simulator. Therefore I’m seeing it multiple times in the Overview:Is this normal when testing with the simulator?

Prod Purchases in Android not getting reported to RC

I am seeing some purchases and trial that are not being reported to Revenuecat. For example, someone purchased the monthly option, and I can see it in Google Play, but not in RC, did not receive a webhook and I can’t see it in my customers by using the purchase ID. This also happened with a trial. Do this users have the entitlement? What is happening?Attached the images.

Hi everyone, I put my app in Production yesterday and on every device I tested the sandbox purchase is still being presented.Is there something I need to change to enter production mode? How to do Apple monthly subscription grace period testing?

Hi there,I am testing a monthly renewing subscription and it’s going great with RevenueCat (thank you). I enabled the grace period on the subscription in the app store for sandbox only. I want to test it, to see what happens and what my app will do. I imagine, there will be one of these “Had a billing issue” events in the customer history and the subscription entitlement will remain active.But my question is, do I have to just wait for the sandbox to throw one of these billing issues into the mix and continually refresh the page waiting for it? It’s tedious to refresh the page because the sandbox data checkbox unticks itself also. Is there anyway to force a billing issue in order to force the grace period being triggered to be able to test this case?What I want to get out of the testing is:To see how long the grace period lasts in the sandbox environment. The one I set in the app store is for 16 days, but is the sandbox one also accelerated? To see with my own eyes, my app remaining in

Web Payment Alternatives Methods

Hi,We are planning to integrate a payment gateway to our app’s web version however Stripe isn’t supported in our country (Philippines). I can’t find relevant documentation for the SDK for any sort of postback or equivalents.Since we are already using RevenueCat, is there a way we can proceed without switching to another IAP platform entirely?I’d love to hear from you if you have any suggestions (aside from opening a Stripe Atlas account).
