How do I check if all payloads are successfully sent to Adjust?

Hey there, I would like to know how to check if all payloads are successfully sent to Adjust?I can see on the individual customer level, but would like to check if all payloads are successfully sent to debug a data discrepancy issue. Thanks!

Why does the Active Subscriptions Chart reflect the total of actives and cancelled in the chart tooltip and summary table below? This overstates actives by including cancelleds in that sum.

Why does the Active Subscriptions Chart reflect the total of actives, billing_issue, cancelled, cancelled_trial, free_trial and intro_period in the chart tooltip and summary table below? This overstates the active subscriptions count.The actual active subscriptions count can only be found by exporting customer lists and pivoting or filtering for ‘active’ status.Shouldn’t the tooltip and table filter for active status as well? So as not to overstate active subscriptions.

How can my merge my existing projects so they can chare subscriptions?

Really exciting news about the new subscription sharing between apps feature.I had already set this up using RevenueCat and some custom server and client side code to enable users to access their subscriptions across multiple apps.Now that our apps have been auto migrated to projects, I’d like to have them all exist as one project with several apps. Is there a process to do this? In my specific case, I have 2x iOS and 1x macOS app, each with their own subscriptions at identical prices with my custom logic unlocking the entitlements across the apps when users sign in. It would be much easier to have RevenueCat handle this.Thanks in advance!

Unable to process refunds for recent Android subscription purchases

Hi!In the last week or so, we've been unable to process refunds for recent Android subscription purchases.Example 1:—android user charged for yearly sub a few days ago, requesting refund.—when clicking into the charge line, there is no option to refund. i’ve never seen this with such a recent purchase.—shows user as ‘trial expired’ and is currently not subscribed… but was charged —when clicking on the purchase line, it shows a failure for webhooks… not sure if that has anything to do with not being able to see / process refund?Example 2:—yearly sub purchased 29 Nov 2021, but shows as 'Subscription expired on 2021-12-07'—seems timing logic for cancelling trials has overridden the yearly subscription logic If we refer users to Google Play help, they are referred back to us.Anyone have any thoughts or advice on this? Thanks!

Searching a user by email on the web console does not work

I am unable to replicate the Active Subscriptions number from the dashboard chart.From the transactions data obtained through the ETL exports, I have tried the SQL example found here, as well as variations of it, but the result always differs from what’s in the chart.What are the calculation details for Active Subscriptions?

Why the MRR discrepancy between overview and charts?

Hi folks,We launched our first mobile app with subscriptions recently, and I’ve been keeping an eye the RevenueCat summary and reports to see how we’re doing. But I’m a little confused about how MRR is calculated, and which number to use for daily reporting.First, I’ve noticed that the MRR number in “Overview” is lower than the current MRR in the MRR chart. In our case, MRR in Overview is currently 6.5% lower than the latest MRR shown in Charts. Is there a reason these numbers don’t agree?Second, your older docs talk about MRR being calculated over a 28-day period, but the current docs no longer say this, and ARR is described as being MRR * 12. Our numbers in Charts confirm this: MRR = ARR * 12. So is MRR now calculated over a period of 365/12=30.42 days? Or is MRR fixed to a whole number of days (maybe 30?) and ARR is just a bit imprecise?Thanks for clarifying!-Abe

Analytics: Average days of subscriber retention before voluntary churn

Is there a way in revenue cat to see how long (days, weeks, months) an users are premium paid subscribers before they voluntarily churn? Ideally this would be a cohort chart. I see there is a cohort chart, but I am trying to see this in days. On average how many days before someone churns. Is there already a way to see that that I am missing?

AB results wrong?

We currently have an AB test running, but the results seem confusing. The tests shows the following numbers: Variant A has an annual price of $49.99 and Variant B $59.99. From this, it seems more intuitive to me that Variant A is outperforming because the price of B is only 20% higher than A’s, but there are more than double the amount of active subscriptions in Variant A. Yet, the results section suggests:“Based on our most recent run of the model, at 1 years, there is a 67% chance that Variant B has a higher LTV.”Can you explain to me where this result comes from? Maybe there’s just a lack of additional data in the dashboard that would show the real reason, but with the data available, it seems very off for us. Thanks

Is there any chart that shows the number of renewed subscriptions per month? I know that I can see the renewal revenue and the total number of active subscriptions, but I am trying to find a way to also find out about the number of renewals.Thanks!

Exporting data on a per transaction basis (by user ID, date, amount paid, etc.)

I’m trying to export transaction data on a per transaction basis, rather than per user. I’m using a Customer List to do this.For example, I’d like each row to be a transaction by date (user ID, purchase date, amount paid, product name, etc.), whereas the current export shows each row as a single customer.

Expected Revene Chart

Is there a way to define a report (list) or a chart that shows the expected revenue in some time period?For example, I can get a report of all the current active customers with a positive auto renew intent, which are expected to renew next month. However I’d like to calculate also the expected revenue of those customers, based on the current status of auto-renew. Is that possible? Thanks

Charts - Missing Intro / Promotional Conversion Chart

I think it’d would be nice to have a chart about intro price period conversion to the full price subscription, just like free trial conversion to paid subscription. Is there a way to get this data from the platform? Thanks.

I want to calculate the trial conversion rate with data in the new UI. In the old UI, I took the ratio of total trial conversions to Eligible Trial conversion. I cannot seem to find their analogs. Where should I be looking?

Dear all, when looking at graphs – RC starts weeks on sundays. Is there a setting to control that and switch to monday — as it causes discrepancies in our data throughout other services. Thanks a lot.

Hello,I can see active users on the front dashboard  during my sandbox testing. I filled up all the details. We are testing using SWIFTUI and iOS 15.1 on a physical device. However, when I look into details I am not able to see the details. Please elaborate on this.

Inconsistency in conversion data within RevenueCat

Hello - I’m trying to track down an inconsistency and hopefully someone here can help. I’ve noticed in the past week that when I look at the Conversions data, it shows that all trial conversions are zero: there are trials started, but all are labeled as Pending, even though the trial period has ended. When I look at individual days and users, I can indeed see users that converted from trial to subscriptions, but the charts that are supposed to aggregate this data don’t seem to reflect the data that I see by looking at individual users. Any help is appreciated!

Customer List is very slow to load and doesn't appear to reflect new customers or changes to state?

Hi Folks,I really want to love RevenueCat since it comes so highly recommended by so many people, but I'm having a few issues that are making that hard. The first is that the Customers List page (https://app.revenuecat.com/lists/) is very slow - a fresh load takes ~6 seconds before any information is shown. Looks like there are 2-3 requests that are queuing in the backend to me (me, subscriber_lists and manifest).  These requests are taking nearly ~2s each.The `query` request can also be slow, around ~1s. Timing from Safari: And query:Note that I have less than 10 customers, I am a little worried about what might happen when I (hopefully) have hundreds.The second problem is that (unless I’m doing something wrong, which is very possible) even after I’ve waited for the list to load it doesn’t appear to accurately reflect the state of my subscribers. For instance, if I register a new customer via AnonymousID it doesn’t appear in any of the lists, I need to search specifically for that ID

E+12 numbers in Excel on Windows

We just created a Customer List Export. But after decompressing the file all time stamps and other numbers were converted into E+12 numbers. Unfortunately this help article (Viewing Customer Lists Exports | RevenueCat Community) does not help . It seems that the time stamps are already converted to E+12 before extracting the file.I am using Windows & Excel.How can this issue be solved?

Access exported Data through API or REST

We want to integrate some of the dashboard/customer List data of revenue cat into our overall business KPI dashboard (using Klipfolio for this). So far the only way we found to export the data is through manually downloading the csv files through the “export buttons” on the Dashboard/Customer Lists.  Now I am wondering. Is there a way to access the same data via an API or have them automatically exported/send to a certain email address?This would help us a lot in integrating the data from RevenueCat as single source of truth into our business.  Thanks for any help or suggestions on how to make this work

Webhooks integration and http

Hi,I am integrating webhooks in out AWS backend application. I am wondering if webhooks can use HTTP? Seems that webhooks seem to work only with SSL certificate.Is there a best practices section for webhook implementation? I haven't found it and it could be a great resource for us. Thanks for any help.

What event does FTE(free trial end) triggers?

We’re getting a sudden influx of cancellation webhook calls after we introduce a new pricing model.It has 7-days free trial period and then monthly subscription.What events should be triggered given this user story:User starts a free trial Free trial ends after a week User chooses not to go on with the planI think events trigger like the following: `INITIAL_PURCHASE` → `CANCELLATION`. Is it correct? If FTE does not trigger `CANCELLATION` event, we can’t explain cancellation increase. Additional Question:Also in revenue cat charts, do active subscription contains trial users? Or active subscription chart and active trial chart are not related to each other?

Webhook/Segment Integration: Proceeds Calculation includes Tax

Hi,Is there any way to define how RevenueCat reports developer proceeds for the Webhook/Segement integration to account for local taxes?Currently you can choose the ‘report proceeds’ option within the Segment Integration settings, but the calculation doesn’t reflect ‘Developer Proceeds’ as defined by Apple. The calculation by Apple removes local taxes from the ‘customer price’ prior to applying the take home percentage. (GROSS_REVENUE - TAX) * TAKEHOME_PC.For the Segment integration, the calculation for revenue seems to apply the `takehome_percentage` property to the `price` property (which is only actually shown in the web hook output and not shown on the Segment event)  – it doesn’t account for taxes at all. CUSTOMER_PRICE * TAKEHOME_PC.For the web hook, we’re only given the customer price converted to USD – no option for developer proceeds at all. I’m sure the local currency complicates it, but it would be good if we could get the price in local currency AFTER tax.Ideally we’d have:
