Dasboard Recent Transactions shows the number of transactions more than it should be

Hi!, sometimes when I create a new sandbox account and make a purchase, the dashboard shows the number of transactions more than once. My appstore settings seem to be okey. Even though I purchased it once, the package seems to be renewed by itself. I only have this problem in apple, there is no such problem in android

An entitlement provided by subscription purchase doesn't override RC promotional entitlement

In our application we have a logic of a 3 days free use period, that we provide to the user by granting them Promotional Entitlements through RevenueCat API. During that period user can manually click the upgrade button to start a play store/app store subscription. We would expect that once the store subscription is purchased, promotional entitlements would be replaced with the ones from subscription. However this doesn’t happen, which causes some problems. For example, we can’t tell if user is currently using play store/app store 7 days subscription-trial (available once, after which they got billed automatically), because `entitlement.storeType` is always equal to `promotional` and `entitlement.periodType` is always equal to `normal`. Also all the entitlements have product indentifiers starting with `rc_promo`. Only after the promotional entitlement is expired, they get replaced with correct data from app store/play store.  Currently as a workaround we manually revoke promotional ent

setAttributes don't show in Sandbox Dashboard, even after actions taken

I am successfully setting the user’s attributes in my RN app with setAttributes, however, they do not show in the dashboard. I’ve waited over 3+ hours at this point. I’ve put the app in the background, and quit/re-started, but they still do not show in the dashboard. I also invalidatePurchaserInfoCache in our dev environment. What is needed to get this to work?

How are people handling tracking apple offer codes?

Apple limits the data they share with their offer codes, so the customers appear with $0 revenue in RevenueCat.How are people working around this? Wondering if we should set up a webhook for the data, or just rely on Apple’s reports, or something else?

Discrepancies between customers number in overview panel vs the one in customers panel

In the overview panel I see a number of customer ( 398) that does not correspond to the one reported in panel customers (9) . Why there is such a difference? Thanks in advance to anyone that could provide support

Same app used for different users

Steps:User A logged in with App User Id A. User A make purchase and a transaction created against user Id A on revenue cat. User A logged out from the app. User B logged in to the same app with the User Id B. User B make purchase and a transaction created against user Id B, But User A’s transaction app user Id updated to B.My issue is I want both the transactions with separate App User Id and to updated with latest one.Where and What I am missing here? Is there any configuration I need to do?

Experiment with Free Trial shows no data

Hi, I have an experiment running with a product that uses a 7-day free trial that shows no data after running for 8-days. I had assumed the data would appear once trials begun converting. This doesn’t appear to be the case. Both products are being purchased and Trial Converted events are now being sent to my CDP and appearing in the RevenueCat ‘trial conversions’ graph.

Facebook - Revenucat Integration. Not seeing Purchase event

Hi, connected RevenueCat directly with Facebook SDK (previously used Appsflyer), to cut down project’s expenses. After relaunching my campaigns purchase event doesn’t show up in main dashboard. Purchase in my case if Trial Start. Went through the integration part a few times, everything seems to be ok.  What am I missing? Where I should look at first?

How can I use filters for users with offer codes used in the In-App Purchases?

Hello Revenue-Cat Community, I’m looking to solve the following challenge:We created several different Offer-Codes for our In-App Purchases, which are used for different Sales Chanels, for ex. Influencers or Websites, etc. That is working great.How can I filter my Charts in Revenue Cat to see which OfferCode is used?I’m seeing the OfferCode used for the sale when tapping on the Transaction, but I can't find a way to filter for specific offer codes. Do you have any suggestion for that challenge?

Number of renewals for Yearly plan happening each month

Hello, I’m trying to see the number of renewals for our Yearly plan happening each month but can't find this in the Charts section. When I look at our Yearly renewal revenue in a given month and divide it by the Yearly renewals in that month from the Subscription Retention chart, I see a subscription price that is much higher what it should be. This suggests that there are Yearly renewals happening each month that are not contained within the Subscription Retention chart. My guess is these are upgrades from our monthly plan or other non-standard renewals? Is it possible to see the all Yearly renewals happening each month in RevenueCat? Thanks!

Price in purchased currency

Hi,  When filtering in the customer view, can we please add a filter for price in purchased currency. We’re trying to identify customers who have redeemed a promotional offer, and are currently using a range on total spent. This leads to lots of false positives in our reporting.  Additionally if this field could also be sent as part of the Amplitude integration that would be super helpful for our reporting.  Thanks

Why is the app_user_id column blank for the majority of users in my exported customer list?

I am trying to export a list of all customers with an promotional purchase however most (over half) of the users that are export do not have the app_user_id column set.I know for a fact that all these users have an app_user_id as this is used to grant their promotions. It also looks fine for the sample of most recently active users that display in the customer list on the website as they all display their app_user_id under the customers column.I have compared the list of most recently active from the website  to what was exported and there are ids on the website that don’t appear in the export.Can anyone provide insight into why this columnmight not be populated for majority of my users on the customer list export? Any help is very much appreciated.

MRR calculation with promotional offer

Hi, I’m wondering how my app's MRR is affected by purchases made using an iOS promotional offer.I have a subscription that I sell discounted for $17, which after one year renews into a $35 subscription.During the first year of the subscription - is my MRR increased with the subscription's full price ($35/12), or by the discounted amount ($17/12)?Is there any view where I can visualize (prove) how the MRR is increased from a purchase?

MRR Movement - Question about Churned MRR

These questions are about how churned MRR is calculated in the MRR Movement charts.  QUESTION 1 - Billing Retry and Grace PeriodsHow are users who go into billing retry/grace periods categorized during the billing retry and grace periods? Are they placed into the churned MRR bucket, and then back into new MRR when and if their subscription is recovered?Or are they only placed into the churned MRR bucket when the subscription actually cancelled?QUESTION 2 - Reactivation after expirationIf a user’s subscription expires and they then joins again later, is this this considered New MRR?

Do Experiments include Lifetime products value in their LTV calculations?

If running an experiment between two offerings – each containing a subscription product and a lifetime subscription product – do the results of the experiment consider the value of the lifetime product in the calculation of LTV?I see no mention of lifetime product metrics in the table of data and so it’s unclear to me if Lifetime products are factored in to the LTV equation. Therefore, it’s difficult to know if the results of the experiment consider any uptake in sales of a Lifetime product.

Reporting on offerings

Hi i am looking for some help with a few questions. The first is that we will be using offerings to manage discount codes across iOS and Android and then tracking the use of those codes throughout the user lifecycle. I have two main questionsAre we able to export the data broken down by offering (I have had a look at the reports and can see that I can segment by offering but as we don’t have any data in there yet i cant see if that data would then be segmented when exported to CSV??  What happens if I remove an offering? I would like to be able to remove an offering so that it doesn’t get returned in the future to the app (and therefore isn’t a valid code) but then also still be able to report on users that are a part of that offering? is this possible? Regards Jon

Hello,How can I report on % of users crossgrading?For context we have a product that has a monthly, quarterly and an annual subscription. I can report on monthly churn, but what I am not sure about is how to calculate how many of those monthly users have not really churned but moved to a a quarterly or annual subscription. Thank you!!!
