Feature Request: Compare Data to Previous Range in Charts

It would be GREAT if we could easily compare the current data to the previous range. For example, when I’m looking at this year’s revenue chart, I want to see how that compares to last year’s revenue. Or if I’m looking at the last 28 days of new subscriptions, I want to know how does that compare to the previous 28 days? This is pretty easily done with line charts, by adding another line with less opacity or a different color, but I understand it might not as easy to implement with other chart types or segmented charts.

Does RC Paywall handle discounted first year?

I’m interested in setting up two introductory offers. First, the user will get 7 days free, then the user will get a discounted first year (e.g. $50), then the user gets charged the full price for the second year (e.g. $100). Pretty sure I can set all this up in Apple and Google. Will RC’s Paywalls handle this with variables? For example, will RC detect if the user is eligible for either/both the intro offers (e.g. a free week and a discounted first year) and display the correct pricing via variables on the paywall? As far as I can see, I don’t see variables that handle different prices for different years. I only see one price. Does RC variables handle this multiple intro offers scenario? Like, using variables, can I get the paywall to say something like “$50 for first year, then $100 per year after that”? Or does RC just display the discounted first year, and it’s up to Apple to display that the second year will go up in price during Apple’s checkout process?

Local Currency & Currency Symbols

When designing a RC Paywall, if I use a variable like {{ total_price_and_per_month }} will the dollar sign always be used, or will people in other countries see the price in their currency, with their currency symbol?

Why are my credentials showing checkmarks but not fully activated (turning blue) in RevenueCat?

I've followed all the necessary steps to configure my credentials, and they are showing checkmarks for "Permissions to call subscriptions API," "Permissions to call inappproducts API," and "Permissions to call monetization API." However, these checkmarks are not turning blue, indicating full activation. What could be the reason for this issue, and how can I resolve it?Thank you for your help!

No refund button in RevenueCat dashboard

In the documents has been mentioned: Android purchases can be refunded directly through the RevenueCat dashboard. I have performed a sandbox purchase (non-recurring, non-subscription) within the android/flutter app. The purchase was successful and I can see the purchase in RevenueCat dashboard ( customer: $RCAnonymousID:bfe8546d439b47bd849b2235e93f0e59 ) but there is no “refund” button neither in the dashboard overview page nor in the customer profile page. (From the logs:) 💰 Consuming purchase with token phibohcmjclffkpkopkjlbag.AO-J1Ozy9REJrpu5UcdtOteFugJtIsyz1xvq2566sMpGjELrSLh_N1QhoGjE9D82o7yt4qJRVjpbIt4MQm8Ofnmalg6fEBx2zg

Why does the number of subscribers count increase in subscription retention chart?

In subscription retention chart, I found the increase of subscribers count compared to previous month.As you can see the screenshot below, the number of subscribers who continues for 5 months is 4. But the one who continues for 6 months increases to 5. What happened here?I expect the number of subscribers is only decreasing, never increase.Thank you for any help in advance.

Where i can find the RevenueCat transaction ID in the dashboard puchase history?

Hi,I'm creating a purchase history in one of my apps, I would like to use the RevenueCat transaction ID to trace the specific transaction to provide customer support.The problem is that this ID is not shown anywhere in the dashboard, not even in the details of individual purchases.How can I view it?

API Request - List Customers

Good afternoon,We are looking into building some reconciliation tools for our team to better understand and ensure that our mobile users are being properly registered into Revenuecat. We want to compare our users in our database and make sure every user has a corresponding Revenuecat record.Currently, we have team members manually running the data export job from Revenuecat and comparing user IDs from a data dump of our database. We are wanting to automate this process.Comparing the v1 and v2 REST API endpoints available, I do not see a good way to get a list of customers that exist in Revenuecat. In v1, I see there’s a customer endpoint that accepts an app_user_id as a route param, but this would require many API calls to loop through every user. And, on v2, the only customer endpoint available only returns web customers, and it’s still based on a customer ID.I would like an endpoint that returns a list of customers that has the following:app user id emailCurrently, that’s all we’re r

Where/how to remove a promotional subscription?

The documentation states what I copied below, but in fact there appears to be no control in the dashboard to remove a promotional entitlement: Removing Promotional Subscriptions​Granted entitlements will automatically be removed after expiration. To remove access to an entitlement early, click the :fa-times-circle: icon next to the Granted Entitlement name.(from this page) The event data for the granting of this entitlement clearly indicates it was a promotional: "price": 0,"price_in_purchased_currency": 0,"product_id": "rc_promo_Premium_lifetime","purchased_at_ms": 1712048102051,"store": "PROMOTIONAL","takehome_percentage": 1,"transaction_id": "07cfd55a01f61543a7e525bcf8bf9950" Please tell me where/how to remove a promotional subscription from a customer.Thank you.

Is it possible to not track non-consumables?

I'm using RevenueCat to track my subscriptions, while using another tool to track non-consumable in-app purchases. The problem is that RevenueCat adds the revenue from non-consumables to the MTR, and this increases my cost with RevenueCat.Is there any way to exclude non-consumables from RevenueCat?

React native paywalll condensed footer coming soon?

hello revenue cat and friends, i’ve been using the RC paywall for the last month and I wanted to make my own custom paywall now and use the footer version to add my own custom scrollview above it.. but the only problem is I cant seem to use the condensed view in React native.Is there any plans on this coming to React native revenue cat customers soon?would love to see condensed option in React native library for revenue cat paywalls :)

User's current subscription entitlement as customer attribution for Targeting

Hi, currently I have one default offering, and I wanted to AB test two new offerings but only with non paying users.How can I do so that paying users will see(if they manually open the paywall from settings) the old offering and non-paying users will see one of the two new offerings?I figured out that I can select whom to show particular offering with TARGETING feature, but in Custom Attribution there is no such attribution that helps to determine user’s current subscription plan.

Localization of paywall failed

I was able to get correct contents in Koreanbut in Japanses, revenue paywall element(which I can customizing through paywall section on revenuecat) are not localizied. I’m testing with simulator using storekit in xcode.As you can see on the screenshot I attached, price looks right because it’s coming from apple but contents from revenuecat dones’t seem right.Weird thing is that everything in Korean works correct…..I tested with Hindi but it dones’t work eitherAny suggestion or solution would be appreciated.  Korean version looks right like below

reset Eligibility of introductory offers

I am trying to integrate RevenueCat in Flutter. While I’m testing on iOS with Paywall provided by purchases_ui_flutter in storekit setting, when I first got the paywall, it showed introdutory offers text and button. But after I subscribed, even if I delete the app and rebuild with xcode, Introductory text and button I set in paywall doesn’t show up anymore. How can I reset these situations? I’m trying to see how it looks with various localizationsThanks in advance.

Subscription analytics

Could someone guide me on how to retrieve the total number of unique users who have subscribed to an offering for all time using RevenueCat? I'm looking for a method either through the SDK or the dashboard to accurately obtain this information. Any insights or examples would be greatly appreciated!

Breakdown Subscription Retention Chart by Country

Hi everyone,Is it possible to breakdown the “Subscription Retention” Charts by country? I couldn’t find any setting that let’s my chart breakdwon cohorts by different attributes. Besides, when I try to filter by country (e.g. country = United States), the number seems wrong, it shows much less results than I expected. Anyone know why?

Defualt offering not able to change

When I am trying to change the default offering, why I am getting this error: There is a problem with the internet connection Also while creating the experiment, is is getting created if check the API call in the developer console for POST request, but the GET request is giving 404 error with the code 7233.

RevenueCat Customer List Sandbox account gives "Internal Server Error"

Why am I getting “Internal Server Error” when trying to access some of the sandbox customers under Renenue Customer List Data? Furthermore, the error is not always consistent - when I revisit certain sandbox customers, the error may appear, even though moments ago, they were fine with the yellow banner. Is the subscription monitoring not stable with the sandbox data, given its nature?

The more subscriptions the less you pay

Hello everyone,How would I set up a discount depending on how many subscriptions my user has at a given time? Or is there some kind of group/package/bundle that they can upgrade to, grouping multiple subscriptions in one?I must say I am very confused with the language used by RevenueCat as far as entitlements, products, offerings, and packages are concerned. But maybe that’s just because English isn’t my first language.At any rate, any help would be very appreciated :)Thank you
